so I'm guilty until proven innocent am i guilty until proven innocent what's up guys is Brendon J and obviously you clicked on this video because you want to know why the heck we got the cops caught on us while we were River treasure diving while we got tickets all that good stuff and don't worry I'm gonna get into that but real quick I think it's important to have some backstory here so you guys didn't know me Tristan and D Almighty we all come out here and do River treasure diving it's something we've been doing for well over a year we've been doing for quite a while now so it's not like our first rodeo here at the river it's something we do quite often now with that being said me and Tristan actually just got back into town Tristan was in Alaska I was in Hawaii we just got back and we come out here to do a river treasure video and obviously you guys know what happened but I wanted to show you a clip of the intro just to help you better understand what's going on here it's really important that you guys see what I'm wearing in my intro it's this exact life vest right here this is a life vest a personal floatation device that we wear and I'm going to go ahead and show you guys right now a clip of the intro where I have this on just so you guys can see it alright so we're finally back we're finally reunited you get to see me and my boy yeah Pete wants Hanalei back in college or Tristan yeah we were both finally back in Columbus we'd be alright so obviously you guys could tell that I was wearing my life jacket from the very beginning of this video and that will come into play a little bit later all right so enough of the backstory let's go ahead and get into the video [Applause] what's up what's the problem what's the problem this should be interesting oh you guys agree with the coal session that covered swimming in the river treatment device okay you know when I read it for me or I don't have to if I have it right here okay what do you want to just tell me what it says do you want me to actually read it yeah good idea you know it's all it's not like the truck don't you I do have an iphone but do you want me to take that out what are you talking it cuz that's in the parking garage well I'm going both you got the stock paper what am I getting a citation for but it's copilot and 1445 what is that the one I just showed you the one you differ it my vest yes what is it you two head out officer what I didn't have this on and I had my camera running when I didn't have this always ask anybody on that are you kidding me look I have everything fully recorded I was wearing this the whole time I can go underwater in this I just have to hold onto stuff show me show me on air okay I have it on a GoPro this can't go into water on a GoPro it's another camera that's incredible man I had what part did you not see how could you tell me you couldn't see this from up there this is a certain color this is black it matches the front when did I have time to put this over there no no you can't issue me a citation if you clearly didn't see me pull this out point to someone how do you want to talk to anybody over there yep he said I wasn't wearing this bro come on Wow man Wow what'd I do for you okay okay I took my turn my camera on why I walked over here yeah okay wait I hope that zooms in I hope he's got great mega pants if I show you with that on okay okay well guess I think very simple but you're telling me with your eyes you did not see this I didn't I see it oh that's incredible that's incredible well like I said you got a carom I got a incredible this is incredible oh wow as much as we do for this city and you're gonna give me a hard time about this when I clearly have this on don't want to talk to me on a part of your shirt is black that this is black okay so only for that reason I'm gonna give you a bit of a doll okay and I write this out they found whatever okay but I could see he he did not have a bet on him and that one heat and he gonna get if I kissed you in the river well a decimal and I see I was gonna get us up here then you're not getting one cause that do plenty and I can't watch and say that that okay but I ever catch you I just didn't like the fact that you told me out I was getting a citation because what what you said you didn't see and I think now and I'm not trying to say that I mean good we film full-time but I mean I think now that there's a camera and it's it's big right there a sudden like because it was like he getting you here you go I mean his is obvious but I'm saying like I was guilty until proven innocent until we pulled the big camera out and before no sir all right oh you cook you get em breckel all this on okay and like I say I can eat the look back on my camera I I'm not trying to be there I want you to you know I really do you know I just didn't like the way you came at me like I just threw this on you know I'm not that guy man come on I mean we're just good dudes out here we're cleaning it up lures and trash and cans dude we got all that on film to have a go you know what's crazy is like this city is like so like yes good job guys good job guys and like I'm clearly a clearly wearing a vest I mean yeah Mike my shirt is black the front of the vest is black but dude come on don't tell me I just freakin put it on and when I walked over here like you couldn't I suppressed crazy I didn't like how he came at me was over a hundred yards come on dude Philly I mean we're literally picking up lures yeah we're having fun with it but at the end of the day we're cleaning up the river out here and we're picking up cans we're picking up trash we're also picking up lures a lot of you guys don't ever see it but like we pick up a lot of trash that doesn't make the videos like the river treasure stuff makes the videos we're out here cleaning up the city cleaning up the river we're cutting line we're doing all this good stuff and make it safer forever that the city is gonna hound us about this and you know I get it you know what it's a law I understand that it's a city law it's not a state law it's a city law we know this river the bottom of this river better than anybody me Tristan and Jake know this river better than anybody and you know for the city to just kind of like just no respect no warning or anything nothing no warning that was not I mean this is there's never been anything like that and he's going to give me a hard time when I'm clearly wearing a vest I was swimming in a vest walking up to him in a vest and he said I'll give you the benefit of the doubt but that's when we pulled the camera out I mean come on man when we didn't have the big camera on him he was sitting there saying like you you weren't wearing that dude it's been about 20 or 30 minutes since like this whole ordeal but we've had time to like sit and kind of cool off I just wanted to pick up the camera and say you know I hope this didn't come off the wrong way me Tristan and Jake you know we come out here we've been doing River treasure for well over a year I mean Jake's been doing it for a little bit longer but we're super passionate about the river you know we do a lot of good stuff here I mean of course we do pick up the cool lures we pick up the GoPros the phones that stuff always makes the video because you know let's be honest that's the stuff that like you guys want to see but there's a lot of stuff that you guys don't see I mean I remember there was a lady who fell in we helped her out Jake literally just saved someone's life the other day it wasn't recorded Tristan's done I mean what you've out be while here for sure I know people I mean people who slip in people slip these rocks all the time I mean there's a lot of stuff that happens here but there's even other stuff you guys don't see like cans and fishing line we pull out cans all of the time they're littered through here class all of this stuff there's like a hundred pound braid everywhere like big big heavy braid this is stuff you can't break with your hands this is like really heavy-duty line that people use for striper fishing and we'll cut that stuff up because fish can get caught in it people can get caught in it I remember I did a video where I saved a turtle that was caught up in it I mean this is like that's the type of stuff that we do here at the river it doesn't always make the videos because let's be honest the lures the GoPros the phones that's the Banger stuff that you guys like really want to see and so a video of us pulling out all these aluminum cans isn't like gonna be great content but it's stuff we do that just doesn't make the video so there's been multiple videos that we haven't been able to make yes we literally just cleaned up the river and yeah well I mean it's something we enjoy doing and I think that's what you're getting at like we don't always come out here like YouTube ready we just come out here because we enjoy it man we respect all the life out here the fish the turtles I mean everything man basically long story short what I'm trying to say is we're super passionate about it we do a lot of good things here and at the end of the day is a city law city of all yeah it is and you do have to obey the laws but it just kind of sucks that this is our first incident we've ever really run into and there's no leniency here there's no hey man I understand what you're doing you guys come out here a lot you know the river we're all dive certified we're scuba certified we've actually had professional training to do this type of stuff dude we've spent a lot of time in this river and for them to just straight-up pull out the paperwork on us man I mean he was going to pull out the paperwork on me and I had the vest it just I didn't like that I didn't like that at all but you know I guess the more of the story here is you just got to be smart about what you're doing you know do me Tristan and Jake take risk every time we go into this river absolutely we absolutely do I mean is it dangerous absolutely have we had the proper training we definitely have and we we do take very serious safety precautions we all have really really sharp dive knife so we can cut any line or anything that we become entangled you know we're scuba certified we do use the buddy system nobody ever dives alone I mean if something were to happen a shallow water blackout anything like that we have a buddy who is trained on how to handle these situations so at the end of the day do what you're gonna do but be smart about it so you know what do we do from here I mean the river treasure it's definitely not over we're still going to continue to do this we're gonna have to assess a few things to make sure the city stays happy even though they are really happy with what we're doing and we do bring a lot of eyes to the city I don't know I'm getting off track here I just want to clear that up I wanted you to know where me and Tristan are coming from when we were talking to the policeman and we weren't trying to be disrespectful I hope it didn't come off that way we're just super passionate and obviously I wanted to stand up for myself with this whole life vest thing because I was clearly wearing it alright guys well that's obviously it for the video make sure you guys go check out Tristan's video I'm sure he's gonna have a segment on this and he's going to go into a little more depth because he actually did get a ticket so you can see how much it cost and what he has to go through for actually doing good things here at the river all right he's out guys

Of course the cop has to stop to this behavior. The degenerate bum is stealing work from one of his union brothers. We can't allow people to clean the river without a unionized contract.
