Hairless Kitties Take A Bath | Cute Sphynx Cats

we are starting with Mochi I believe this one is mochi hi he is a blue Sphinx and apparently out of all of his siblings there's four cats here right now he is the sweetest and most well behaved so far none of them want this treat which is unbelievable to me I am obsessed with these cats okay come here come here I'm going to wipe your face first normally I save that until the end but okay I'm sorry I'm going to do it first because it is easier I need to clip your nails all of you cats have been they move a lot make it very difficult for me to do your nails why you move so much okay maybe you'll stop with the happy hoodie allthough I kind of doubt it you know something I noticed that I never really noticed before is that Sphinx don't have whiskers I didn't know that I don't know how I didn't notice oh are you frozen come here let me do your nails you were supposed to be the sweetest out of all of them and you are being the most challenging right now it's okay I got to do the other side okay good boy good boy no you must stay you must stay you're whipping your tail you're very mad come here stay there no are you growling please don't bite me okay okay okay I'll take this off how's that all right now I need to do your ears they all Shake nasty wipe those out so Sphinx cats are very dirty because they don't have any hair the oils on their skin attract a lot of dirt and dust the dirtiest Parts oh my gosh the dirtiest Parts on them typically are their ears and their nail beds nail beds being the most dirty part I would say and their bum holes those tend to get gross so they do need regular bathing cleaning of the nail beds and cleaning of the ears your ears are not as bad as your siblings ears were it really depends on the individual cat how often they need to be bathed some people say the more you bathe them the more oily their skin is and the more bath they require I think it's really just dependent on the individual cat some need more bathing than others for example I'm sure all four of these cats were last bathed at the same time and so far one was far more dirty than the rest and I'm sure that that is also dependent on what these cats get into so some of the cats might be more rambunctious and get into a lot of dirty spaces in the house while others might be a little bit more laidback so I'm sure that all plays a role what are you doing what are you doing come here come here stay here quite nasty now it is time for your bath so I am putting on exfoliant gloves because it's easier to hold the cat but also a lot easier to clean especially the nail beds you want something a little bit with exfoliation in order to clean that because it does get very stuck the dirt okay good boy these cats are a lot easier to bathe because they are used to bathing as they get bathed very often so I don't really have to worry about them you know not that they won't try to escape but they're not going to panic like your average cat so I don't really have to hold them by the back of the neck or worry about that kind of stuff nope you got to stay here I kind of wish these bathtubs were a little bit bigger for cats like Sphinx because they like to walk around a lot so if it was larger he could walk around all he wants hey hey hey you're supposed to be the easy one and I think that they lied are you peeing or just dirty no you're just really really dirty okay you're dirtier than I originally anticipated the exfoliant glove also helps you to clean their butthole cuz that gets very caked and can be really hard to wash off when these cats move around this much especially when it comes to doing the paws my hands really really ah ah ah do not do not start to hurt hey hey hey hey hey hey hey you are used to this why oh boy okay fine this water is I don't have words okay let me see your nail beds I have to extract every single one of them in order to get in there so push on the nail to get the nail to come out to extract it because the dirt is all where the nail is inside of the skin now this one's growling at me hopefully he doesn't bite me cuz I really don't want to have it cat stay hey you're very cute you're a beautiful little cat please let me clean your nails I don't want to send you home until they are SP and span his nails are literally black they all are you guys are nasty So for anybody saying something something such as why are these cats so dirty this is not because of owner neglect these cats get very dirty like this in about a week's time so I guarantee you I'll ask the owners at pick up but I guarantee you they were bathed probably about a week ago two weeks ago at most so it doesn't take very long for them to get this diry but okay I left you for this channel channel two and the more difficult ones for channel one and as it turns out you are the more difficult one I know that you get this done all the time so why are you acting like you don't so your nail beds might not be perfect even though I'm trying really hard because you're moving a lot wow this is really difficult no you're not jumping out let me just finish your nails please oh my God okay his nail beds are done to the best of my ability they are I'm going to say about 90% clean but he is moving so much and I am broken no holy moly okay you're almost done now that I have finished wrestling a sphinx hey relax oh my God okay wow Mochi wow that was something that was really something okay so Mochi is done yes you are done yeah okay here you go here you go back in your house go on thank you nope get in there go thank you come again okay now we need to do your sister so Mochi was a female not a male this is a male this is squid hi squid hello squid hello are you going to be the passive gentle one you look very nervous are you nervous would you like a treat nobody else wanted one so I'm going to assume you don't want it but let's try yep nobody wants a [Music] treat okay squid I think I'm going to have to force you out of here everybody else came flying out you don't want to be here okay oh you look very scared yours are back you are not thrilled we shall clip your nails if you are passive and just let me do anything I want I will be so thrilled cuz my hands are killing me after doing three of you so if you can just be the good boy that would be greatly appreciated do you look like a squid good boy yeah you're a good boy I need to clean your ears so I'm pouring ear cleaner in there in my attempt to soften up any of the wax because it can be very hard to come out oh okay I know I usually wipe them out first with a cloth I take a Q-tip because there's lots of crevices in these ears where the wax will sit and you will not be able to get it out if you don't use a Q-tip so that's what we're going to do good boy good good boy yeah I know really got to twist it I know you don't like it but you're being a good boy oh my God that is nasty you know a lot down there problem is when they move their head so quick you don't want to go too far down the ear because you can hurt them so I'm trying not to but when they go to flick their head it can be hard to control how far down this gets but I'm going to try that other ear CU I feel like if there's that much gunk in that one did I miss a whole bunch down here yep I did I feel like I've used every Q-tip in this pack so far I feel like I could just go forever and continuously clean it out but we are going to stop and go for a bath there we go so the happy hoodie did exactly what I thought it would do and it immediately made him freeze so he stopped trying to escape on the table so hopefully it helps me with bathing he so far out of his four siblings is the only one that reacted the way that I needed him to too with the happy hoodie the other cats didn't seem to care and also didn't seem to like it thank you for sitting in this tub like this this is very helpful and I'll probably get you more clean than I did anybody else good cat good squid you're not even making a noise okay we're going to start with the nail beds so push them out and then I'm really scraping with my nail and the glove at the same time his nails are almost fully black not even just where the nails retract but the whole nail seems to be very very black Mister what have you been getting yourself into okay so Squid gets the award out of the four another thing they are not hypoallergenic so if you are allergic to cats you will be allergic to Sphinx nope nope nope oh my gosh NOP nope nope nope let go let go you're climbing on me and you're very dirty still nope nope nope no you cannot climb on me nope yeah climb that way well I see the happy hoodie freeze has worn off good boy the good thing about bathing a sphinx is that it's very easy to rinse them and make sure all the soap is gone cuz they don't really have hair I've groomed a lot of sphinx that have pretty well no hair but these guys today have quite a bit of peach fuzz all around their body a tiny little layer of fur you're all all finished come here let me dry you off nope where are you going where are you going you've come to life kitty cat okay he really wants to go home so I'm not even going to put him on the table I'm just going to put him in his crate cuz he's freaking out get in there oh now you don't want to go in there go on oh please Goodbye Oh you're the only one that
