The boys?
It's pretty standard now for photoscanned environments. At 1:03 you can see the wall looks smooth, like cloth. basically what you're looking at is a photoscanned asset or environment, with minimal normal or roughness mapping. The lighting is probably baked in, which means you couldn't really adjust the lighting much, and interactive lighting would also throw a wrench into the mix. Put a single lamp in the middle of that alleyway, and the illusion falls apart.
Granted, this looks absolutely sick. But also, from a production standpoint, that better be the exact lighting and angles you needed
