This is the first time I see BFS with 4 landing legs!. My guess is that this is one of the two design options for BFR legs that Musk mentioned at the Dear Moon event. (The other option being the chosen one - legs integrated into the two fins and an added fixed fin for a third leg.) I think Musk made a good choice. The fins look much better! My guess would be that both options added a comparable amount of weight to the vehicle.
