yeah guinea is unfortunate but it is not all together surprising i agree with some of the things that my dear friend puedo has said remember the military will not leave why should they precisely because those who ought to have implemented and ensured that the rules that we had all voluntarily signed on to would be complied with no single ecowas member state has been intimidated by its members to sign on to any of the protocols on democracy and good governance and on conflict prevention so what i agree with cordon is that we need to accept that the elite consensus that has been built around shared values shared norms cooperative behavior does not work first because the commission has failed to play the role of a supranational commission capable of using multiple instruments at its disposal to bring about behavioral change two that the heads of states themselves have failed to bring peer pressure to bear and something i don't buy this exposed factor argument that oh we engaged him so why didn't you tell us when you were engaging him because right now it's about credibility i mean the credibility of the whole institution is presently aztec how does this institution that we all agree does have an important role to play play of or perform that function in a manner that brings about trust that brings about stick holder by aim now
