you can see alias set up our geometry with all the intensive forging he's done my job is quite easy do a little perimeter cleanup scuff the surface be able to hand it off to him for clay and heat treat Rick's gonna clean up our overlays and I'm gonna come in here and hawk some metal off this guard all right let's do a voice see I'm grinding edge up a lot and make sure my edge Fitness is just right at the perimeter a little bit here I clean up all those marks at individual hammer blows made on the blade get to the point now where I can always break it off and once I get it done breaking off I can go ahead start cleaning up all the edges we'll make sure the blade stays nice and cool as I'm working all right now I'm going to finish cleaning up the edges on this little bit once I get that done I'm going to go start on the pommel as you can see I'm starting to smooth out the edges on this going by pretty quick [Music] [Music] all right looking good for a rough now I'm gonna go to the problem [Music] here's my palm oh I got a plan oh I'm gonna get into this like Leroy Jenkins in the dungeon Levon [Music] all right have all four of my facets on his blade now I'm going to start defining the edge up here on the tip Matt cleaned up the blade and then I applied clay to it the clay set up for a sagu jamón which is a straight line running along the edge all I need now is a little bit more drying time over the worm cinders [Music] now that the blade is ground to shape and clave it's time for the heat treat we do something a little different that we usually don't do on man-at-arms we're going to punch into water lily is just moving the blade in and out carefully to make sure it's heated even and it's ood it's good to go he's going to go right into our horizontal punch tank down there you want to interrupt it quench and you quench pull it out quench pull it out see the blade gaining a lot of curve already about right look and crack oh good thanks [Music] thank you for watching our 360 content make sure to check back for any other 360 videos we put up on the channel
