consume in South America trying to do but well I threw the pot a couple of them but they seem to make you happy to me though right yeah what'd you do to get maximum stretching and texturing think you do need thick walls to start with and then it's a matter of removing as much as you can from the bottom without losing the texture over state of textured area yeah like the Sun yes that's right for four years yeah generally the effect probably put when rolling system work Joe or simple grapes says on the floor a bit too big and she laughed at all but thanks she's not a pop at a large since they had pretty but so before I put them on I do just sort of visualize them and serve just get a bit of a sense of the inside because and how heavy they are as well so this one is fairly straightforward I'm just going to basically send two aside like you normally would nothing and sometimes with some balls I actually run my finger around the bottom edge and just feel that that's nothing really true if it's literally dipping down on the side then I might try and just get a compromise between centering this and leveling back because what you don't want later if you've turned a problem does the tap mop side is a little uneven so trying to forget and even just checking these corners they're running brazenly through but that's going to be fairly critical rather than corners so I think that's about right so again now I just really rip off as much play as I can fairly quickly and decide where the foot ring is going to go because I recycle all my clay this what the file pipe a sort of a dual recycling system at home is my play one is that all this shavings just go straight into a bucket mix in the wheel and it will go straight back through the puck now I just put a little water on at the end of the day and as long as it's clean why it hasn't got rocks in it and stuff from something really long doing it's just my normal throwing clay it all goes into the bucket the bucket fills up and then went on the next time I'm hugging playing I just got a straight back through the partner like I keep it soft a little bit of water sometimes I think with a bit of a slip keep a plastic bag over the wrists of the stuff goes into a much bigger bin and that gets lunged see it because I've got bits of sponges throwing tools more sources into it you know and it's a mixture of playing I don't know I I don't know what my is in there sometimes but to try and avoid the amount of sitting and lunging and drying out in a phrase that I have to do in the summer I try and keep all this stuff from going through that system and it just goes you don't try that no this stuff would just go straight in the bucket and 20 lead over 40 litre bucket now I do have to be a bit careful here because if I go down too far on this corner I will I have gone through these corners occasionally but I do try and also go down enough to get rid of areas like that but you know I have to be with me be careful a fairly big Ward markets a bit harder Campbell yeah for you big red plastic buckets Marty I yeah I'm sorry very good very true there's no plastic balcony so I'm beginning to think that's about the size and I want marquetry to be so what I'll do now before I finally finish the outside I'll go down in here and get an idea of how wide that they have picked the bases inside because if I have suddenly if I'm suddenly going way down in here much lower than there then obviously I need to take more so I've just it'll give me a bit of a guide that they have first I'm getting that's to roll up something getting close certainly I might have really less time to give so that's pretty much right there in the middle the final turn our life from the top and that's finished in there so obviously I can take a tiny bit more off and sometimes I'll stop and just press one of these areas and just see if it's time to get a bit soft if they are only trouble now there's a couple of things I have started to do a bit lately which are quite light one is that quite often they're just little extra things that I'm doing but if I think I'm getting pretty close to the surface that I want this is soft enough to do it so take the back of the turtle but you could take a rim and I actually start to just get an age that just goes over slightly and then I just soften it so I get a little beaded edge hanging down other than the area that something's happening just there I just just detail and softening too much the other thing I can do up here and I did up on one of the other halls the other day is to take this get that so afraid and then I'll just tap that back to get that tasted sort of fried stressed climb over just there and then if I'm dipping it in slip tipping slip I'll stock more or less at that fine so I just let that us bare clay and it's just got those slightly dizzy breasts or which is quite like I don't know it all the time then pickling them okay so then in the sort of middle a little bit like an old carving knife it's it's well warning this very show and I'm just thinking for a second if I'm going to cut the I could where's mine it's whether the food that I cut that I'm going to try and just match it on one side or maybe just having both quite a bit work we're doing is and the guy just Terra endure want to get down vertical or normal to sort of come at an angle or do your wants as that are removed it I think I'll keep this one just feeling fine now I like to go from riding to narrow so I'll just start here then do you want them quite as sharp as that so for example sometimes I'll just take away the showers there's often signage is for the average you say the average is enough they're just just take the tiny little shampoo off a change and one thing I didn't this one I don't spend important the cut then and now just a really plain is fun to me but I don't find a file to come just something the Sharpie is are the other things we do sometimes is take a straight metal kidney because at the moment I haven't got any shadow lines on those feet so I take ten years or a kidney or a metal rule or something sometimes fairly flat around the workshops in and flat get my fishing knife and then just put that there just a little bit of a shadow line on of course I could have done it five Jennifer lived in the first place when I turned up and now just a little bit of just cleaning up just especially where those knife cuts Wendy and if I went a tiny bit deep just close them back up again a little bit seal them just any sharp edges it just just soften them off but not too much I mean I don't want to lose the detail but these edges just just soften them slightly so they're just not quite so sharp don't get a sponge and just completely plastered with water and slip and stuff and get them get a smudgy face - okay now take that off a lot of there is still a degree over costless to it you feel that now don't touch the bikes yes it's still like that so there's still a bit of drying to go and I like things that also have a degree of robustness and solidity to them online - really flimsy like us so the the area's you've gotta watch those chords when you turn them because you can if you turn too much there you have start to get too had one too lots of animals about just a set of teeth and when you guys and you can see the damn ice on the side but yeah
