Great Finds At Our First Garage Sale Of 2021! Vintage Comics And Toys Purchased/Score

[Music] i go to work and come home and what happens actually she the whole table is filled filled full of stuff she went garage selling today in march it's you don't find garage sales but first part of march so let me tell you what i did i had a sale on ebay last night about 10 o'clock so the item was over on our storage unit so i thought i got to go get that i want to ship it today it sold last night so i'm going down our road and it's like oh my gosh there's a garage sale i thought go get what you need come back get your stuff packed you have other things to do and then go to the garage sale i got a table full she got a table full and between the garage sale and good i went to goodwill you got to keep going back because they're going to saturday i guess or sunday they're going to do it all weekend they're getting ready to move so and last year yes we bought we got stuff from the same place and made a killing so and well she got sitting here on table i'm gonna show you this and i think we're gonna get in the truck and go so let's get this done so we can go back over there yeah just they may have more good stuff all right here's three things there's four things i don't know anything about these it is a mcdonald's toy i remember they did power rangers the mighty morphin power rangers the movie white ranger with falcon ninja zord or something i think they have two of these yeah two of them power rangers i don't remember mcdonald's having this big a toy and the black ranger were the ford the frog and i haven't wiped these packages or anything with a wipe and i i will do that i've done everything but these and this is a space jam i don't remember mcdonald's having things like this i picked out only the mcdonald ones that were in the big packs and this is all i could find so all of this is marked so where do you want to start got an earthel looney tune her talk or [Music] i know they would have told me in there that is ertl and i know in the back is a little cheap note because i came home and did my homework we got to find the rest of the train i didn't i didn't know they did this but what can they say so it sold for around 14 on ebay that's what that note means and they come in she bought a lot a whole box full of stuff no they haven't seen the box full yet this i picked separately oh this was picked up safer than me and she bought she brought it in i didn't realize this until i looked at it because i sent him a picture after i went to the post office this ninja turtle rey flett as i hit say it f-i-l-l-e-t collect i chick-flicked it and realized oh filet i didn't realize that his leg is damaged well the little plastic pieces down here that broke off so i went ahead and looked him up on ebay and damaged and they said the damaged one that had the yellow the package had yellow this one has not yellow sold for 35 so a damaged turtle sold for 35 so it's gone on ebay and she got some call of duty stuff brand new college brand new in the box it's selling on ebay for 22.99 and it's got a 58 pieces in there wow yeah i don't i don't know much about call of duty because i don't either i just know when i saw call of duty that it had to be something so i have three of these call of duty's special forces verse sub mariners submariners and it has an item number on it a gfw 67 there's a hundred pieces in here this call of duty and this one is desert snipers versus pronounce that for me mercenaries i knew that one and how many pieces are in that it's on the front 113 pieces okay this is black ops 4 standoff with 105 pieces i am gonna put this as a lot of three and they're selling with a lot of three for somewhere in the 40 to 45 range so we'll put it on and accept the best offer then she got some halo halo and these are both the same i'm going to put those together ctf base crushers if you're going to put them as a lot for about 25 that's what they've been selling for and this has got 81 pieces in it it's a halo skyfire thank you suit exosuit and it's selling for 12.99 what else yeah i got a puzzle it is a hallmark puzzle this is from here i got a date back here where'd i see it 2004 i think why can't i get it when i want it anyways i think it's from 2004. a thousand piece victorian getaway jigsaw puzzle with the lake house so it's probably going to go on for about oh 2004 hasbro so it's going to go on for 18.99 or best offer we always do best offers so that's going on ebay before we show you this box here i went to goodwill ran into one of um a subscriber a good friend we've known gary for a while so hi gary he'll say hi beth and jim so i went in there and they had a brand new corning ware french white one and a half quart baking dish with the lid you don't even have to box it well i will box it in a box and pat it so our postal service doesn't beat the crap out of it so they're selling for about they're listed for dollars twenty dollars imma put it on for 19.99 best offer probably 15 bucks so that come from goodwill this is anchor hawking let me see if i can read this it's got a number 1932 anchor hocking it's a vintage design hold that oh [Music] i think it's like a nine inch square um it's selling on ebay for like 35 dollars so i won't jinx myself but i will wrap that very good when it sells so there is all that why don't i do this i'm going to get this off the table and you can pull that up did look one of them i've got some post-it notes on the first few and i didn't get that far before you got home yeah future so this is from 1979. it's from 79 this is a star log let me see a date on it yeah that's it's march of 79 i looked it up space wars it's 78 and this one's listed for dollars on ebay it's not sold but it's what it's listed for so it doesn't mean it will sell for that that one's listed for 15. so what kind of this was space wars what is that superman the movie okay here's mad the movie grease about a 13 value yeah it's not worth that much so i looked it up i think it's on the no if i didn't put it posted on it 1978 donald trump okay it says exciting changes for buck rogers this is star log i like it because who's that nano nano morgan mindy so there's a bunch of the future sirloin huh good start battlestar galactica people may people magazine 78 i think the gentlemen that had these put them all in these well yeah you buy them and you put them in there that's what we had a little conversation that he did have a booth at a flea market closed it several years ago so this is star trek on this star log docker who and you can see he has price tags on it which i'll have to take off another star log people it's superman that's a people magazine how long ago was that 79 1979 i've got to look that one up so all of these are star log but they're numbered like doctor who number six number eight 21 22 so i have to go through and put them in the correct and maybe sell them as long as that's a lot you know according to the numbers and you got all few featured future i don't know what this is this is april of 79. i don't know there may be somebody out there collecting omni what year is that one 79 that's october and this is april of 79. now it said in the box this is he must have been divided when he sold it those look like they're all mad and i like this our price 75 cent cheap so um mad magazine that goes it was 19.99 70 all the way back to 76. i've got 86 79 i bet that had to do with jaws don't you think this one's april 79. now you're going to need to correct i don't know i've never heard of this have you yeah cracked magazine you're trying to where'd you see a date it's a 60 cent book so you know how long ago that's been and oh that's the fawns i thought that's who that looked like fonz and richie i don't know this is something about marathon man um yeah 50 cent book is what the original price was charlie's angels i know them just by looking at it laverne and shirley the pawns and uh rocky balboa i'm not sure who this was got no idea close encounters the worst kind that's what it says seven can we i don't know what this was shut ups now this is when they were a dollar an issue for cracked for more what do you suppose this is a bunch of celebrities you know all of these i'm going to have to look up and another one from girls so i think i counted 61. i could have counted wrong you never know so even at a dollar a piece that's 60 dollars and you got one in there what'd you say was some were 15 and some were 12 and so i think i did okay guys it's just going to take a lot of time and research um i couldn't pass it up later yet we got to go back there don't we yeah i ain't been there yet we gotta go and i know she probably passed something up so um maybe we'll have more to show you all right guys this is where i was at of everything they are selling and moving out of state so we thank them for all these free shipping boxes and we'll show you more of what else we got we're back from groucho just saw all the boxes that they gave us for shipping what jim just bought was not out when i was there and that's a good thing because i got a score i couldn't have spent the whole day there i had other things to do so what'd you get we got we got some comics micro micronites 75 cents i might do something i have to do some research i don't know when that was but we got all kind of i know i just shook you i'm sorry but it came out gi joe it's a little messed up these are these are the ones that wasn't in the sleeves here's a 1976 adventures where are you seeing the dates at some of them yeah this doesn't it was a dollar rom rom annual and sonic a couple sonics okay this sonic some of these aren't in the best shape because they weren't protected another sonic and these are probably because sonic is more recent these were that's a 40 cents honey if i've seen it right there it was 225. oh number 40 i thought it said 40 cents would that be volume or issue probably issue i don't know another sonic another sony that's a sonic two tails and an x caliper now we got where's the last one of those okay i've never heard of this one did you see the press on that one oh yeah i did yeah we've never heard of these comics you soggy you soggy is that how you say it yo jimbo jumbo here you can really see it so guys i know we're not pronouncing it right but i think jim's name's in there somewhere i'd say all right he had these priced at two dollars a piece when he was selling them several years ago so again even at a dollar a piece we didn't count these i don't know how many we have i ain't counting them and that's all you saw you soggy we'll probably sell them as a but i was going through the box and these aren't or these are he did put them in protectors didn't yeah lois lane 20 cents that's got to be early 70s i don't know maybe earlier there's a 25 superman right it's dc comics right because that's what the dc means a 25 cent superman got several superman and batman and super dog that that's that's just you got batman i have to go through these and look these up you know another 25 superman another 25 superman i'll hold it up there so they can see it here's a batman man bat 40 cents 30 cents for justice league america all right here's a superman which of these nine deadliest foes did this to superman it is a 30 cent comic i don't know about these because he's put the price tag oh no you can see the 50 cents right here yeah but you got one two do you three this one six seven did you count this one the same she-haw oh they're all the same yep same issue number 19. oh wow i thought they were different but as i looked at it they're all number 19. all right so who knows what do we have here if you guys know masters of kung fu 60 cents volume 25 and you know there's no some of them have ups ups or whatever the heck they're called upc's yeah none of these do oh this does yeah some of them do some of them these might be on the back so i guess somebody's taking them friend that i ran into at goodwill i told him about this garage sale so he told him that they needed to subscribe to our channel so i hope that they do we did give them one of our cards so now what do you have here and i've got 51. it's got x-men x-men hero they're in the original wrappers but these have been open and i think this has got something to do with star wars because there's a lot of these in there because it's got star wars on the got a lot of x-men a lot of invade you got a couple of things that's what i was looking for august in 1997. so let me pull some of these out there's a that one's got the root got the poster in it yeah it's these dudes even that one's been open some of them been open some of them are still closed i know the ones that are this says something dc like this one hasn't been toys where are they and it's not been open february of 98 and has a number six does that mean it's edition so toy fair f-a-r-e toy fair yep that's a little bit rescue i want to show that one on there risque this is a winter special edition winner uh wizard winner with the undertaker poster you know toy fair i i guess i'm not i don't want to sit down i'm gonna hold him too that you heard it he's gonna sit down and he's gonna research him right yeah you may have to but did you just see that you i'll hear that now what does that say star wars toy fair okay that's a toy tell star wars thing so this is 99. so have you found anything of 2000 and above in this 99 okay so we're in 2021 this is some kind of we found the bird that was in the box of the the ones that i originally bought after we quit she she looked down and filmed the bird i don't know what it goes to i know it good i think it's part of the middle millennium i don't know this is some kind of disc that's in this one and this will tell you how old it is it says try aol for free for 50 hours that's 1997 that that was in did i show this i probably used one of them or two of those here's a red and stimpy mini comic that was also in this box this is our garage sale fine today you know if we sold them all oops for a buck a piece right there's 51 bucks just on this is 51 and there was how many in that 60. we didn't count those oh we didn't count those my first purchase was 60 i think there was 61 but we'll go with 60. there's 60. there's 51. 1011. the time there's probably 40 or 50 in that 151 we are gonna do five to six times our money or more because of those toys the call of duty on the magazines we're going to do five times what i spent on this box i'll probably do five times on what i spent it's gonna be interesting to see if we can go back and get more so all right well it is um time to cook dinner so what are you having what would you like to ask our subscribers they don't care
