Grand Theft Auto 5 All Trailers Reaction

[Music] welcome back definitely not definitive i'm ken and i'm bethany i wish a couple of kooky crazy kids in love that love doing some trailer reactions together we are we are kooky and crazy so uh we did a trailer reaction to all the grand theft auto 4 trailers a while ago and uh our community wanted us to do one for grand theft auto 5. and so that's what we're getting to finally uh it's been on our request list for a while what we do of is a lot of requests we take requests from the subscribers and from non-subscribers you know just drop a drop request down in the comments uh for a video you'd like to check out and you know we'll add it to our list it's a very long list yes it is a very long list um yes i mean other than that i don't get much else let's let's start it let's do it why did i move here i guess it was the weather or the [Music] thing that magic like you see it in the movies give me something that sounds like really that's what [Music] so i bought a big house came here thought i'd be a dad like all the other dads my kids would be like the kids on tv sit in the sun but you know [Music] [Music] fine [Music] that was a little teaser i definitely hear the ray leota thing yep yeah give a [ __ ] yellow stairs your son james he's a good kid oh geez oh my god that's awesome let's bounce bounce [Music] [Music] oh my god oh my best friend that's franklin the son i always wanted yeah whatever jesus your therapist has a lot to answer [Music] what do you want i don't know i want something that isn't this [Music] why do i have to hold your hand through this for me like crisis [ __ ] oh [Music] but at the same time i really want the other stuff too he's like a ray leona meets joe pesci kind of playing chaos well i'm not sure that's true oh rich i'm miserable [Music] oh nice i think you need a new therapist the queen going okay [Music] so you giving me a lecture about not being a good enough gang bang that's all we got that's what i heard i'm always trying to get out of this [ __ ] oh i got respect if you're in l.a it's like a game or like a movie or something like that you gotta have like a car chase like in the uh there's a crush major drug deal real little bit of time bring me my card [Music] all right a lot of friends i mean things could get really messy oh god keep him away from me and the children [Music] [Applause] [Music] once a week wow the music choice for each trailer is just perfect it is 100 [Music] with grand theft auto 5 rockstar have tried to re-imagine the open world game in a number of ways the game world is beautiful massive and diverse the sprawling satirical reimagining of modern southern california covering mountains and oceans expensive stores and strip malls urban decay and untouched wilderness beaches and backwoods and hypocrisy you tell me exactly what you want and i will very carefully explain to you why it cannot be [Laughter] so what we doing here we're working amigo for the first time the game features not one but three would be heroes that's great a one successful bank robber and now less successful family man you know if you're a real [ __ ] what did you just say to me franklin a humber street hustler convinced he's surrounded by morons you can't read for the assets of a dead man cheap [ __ ] and then there's tremor less said about him the better introducing three lead characters transforms both the narrative into one interwoven story and the structure of individual missions oh wow that's great this helps to give missions new levels of diversity and intensity yeah this is a lot more difficult [Music] when not on a mission the use of three lead characters also allow for a touch of voyeurism as you can drop in at any moment and find out what your new friends have been up to as they go about their days geez papa too much more of that maybe i won't be dead by 35. [Music] that's the world is not crazy huge it's packed with a vast array of things to see and do cars to customize planes to fly clothes to buy sports to play nirvana [Music] is oh simply wonderful and you somewhere stuck between joyful and peachy oh that's i'm going to say that from now on i'm stealing that's in the game to make every aspect as fun and fluid as it is everything from driving and shooting to tennis and bike riding it was fun and responsive [Music] these men are dangerous thieves it's an industrial area right so i'm taking vehicles trash trucks block hill drop set to survive they have to set up and pull off a series of increasingly audacious heists gentlemen some plans for your attention the player sets these up themselves then decides how they execute them and with whom there's two ways i see of doing this when going smart let's go [Music] are we going loud and down [Applause] [Laughter] you decide what to spend your money on anything from sensible investments like tattoos and fast cars those are sensible risky ventures like stocks and los santos real estate wow and then there's grand theft auto online which we will show you properly soon that's there's so much going on in this world i mean it's like i haven't played since uh san andreas like wow can't believe everything that's there i mean you can get tattoos or play the stock market yeah i mean like with grandfather online rockstar games is hoping to bring the heart of the grand theft auto experience to a living online world with multiple players just what you choose to do in that world it's up to you the game combines a persistent and continually expanding world full of personalities welcome to paradise and a huge range of both structured and unstructured activities for you to do oh that is nuts after you fly into los santos you're introduced to the world and it's many opportunities for earning and spending money you need to better represent yourself you know what i'm talking about having fun and getting into trouble you can run around on your own making friends and enemies or band together and form a crew then tackle a heist rob a liquor store or compete in classic online modes or do much more besides complete any job and you'll make money and earn reputation then you can spend petty cash customizing your character their outfit weapon of choice for favorite vehicle as you make some real money maybe you can buy an apartment so friends can stop by and hang out or buy a garage fill it with custom vehicles and then take some racing by land air and sea that's more simply cruise around showing off everything you do helps you progress through the world introducing you to new characters now keep your mouth shut about new missions rewards and almost limitless opportunities rockstar will be constantly developing more content for you to enjoy but you'll also be able to design your own races oh that's fun and death matches using the content creator then you can share them with friends and world [Music] online brings the freedom of the grand theft auto experience to multiple players in a dynamic shared world man it's so crazy this game is involved i can see why people are obsessed with it though because like you can have an entire virtual few weeks like [Music] over a decade ago he's totally ray leona you're back in the game i guess yeah so like his face has a little bit of joe pesci welcome back man [Music] we're all professionals we all know the score this is a legit business all 1k's tax returns quick i'm going to keep cool my job my score you are a lonely pathetic psychopath [Music] coming september 17th rated m for okay wow uh that was i mean i can see why this is like one of the the best games out there is grand theft auto 5 i mean i like there is so much that they added to this game to make it uh different you know and unique from the other grand theft autos that uh it definitely has my interest piqued on this one um i might just skip i haven't played four like san andreas was last when i played just skip four all together just go straight to five i mean this is great i mean i haven't played any of them but i i just i never imagined a game to have so many parallels to real life in such a way that like god help in virtual reality becomes a thing because like you could just live in there you would virtual reality you want to live you want to live in video games i'm not gonna lie like i really want them to have a really cool jurassic park virtual reality game where i can go and i can like run away from dinosaurs they talk about you know the different investments you can make or whatever and they talk about like you know the good investments are like stock market or like fast cars or whatever but like i was like like a car loses its value as soon as you buy it you know like it loses like half its value right away and like i've heard real estate is what you should invest in if you're gonna invest so you know that's my two cents that's all i know so who's your favorite character out of the three i i really honestly only remember trevor's okay because he just he's such a wacky character that he he made an impression on me i'm like he's probably not somebody i'd ever want to know in the real world but in this world he fits like a glove and i i just feel like he would he's endlessly entertaining once once he showed up in the trailers i was i was a little bit more hooked just because i mean the guy's running around in tidy whities i have no idea yeah i think trevor might be the most fun to play with uh i kind of like i'm most interested in michael's story um you know the bank robber trying to make you know the family life honest life now yeah an honest amount of slides not going so yeah i mean it's tough to walk away from them sure like you know just try to walk away from all that rush and adrenaline and excitement and everything like that just you know go and do yoga like i mean hey you know wrong nothing wrong with yoga nothing wrong with meditation all right i enjoy both but you know it's it's definitely not that kind of exhilarating russia's robbing a bank you know back in my day when i did that i was gonna say i don't think michael michael's wife enjoys yoga and meditation i don't think michael's really in that world he doesn't fit into that l.a lifestyle in that way not yet but pretty soon he'll be eating avocado toast and he'll be doing yoga oh give him five years and it'll take what's we have to do when you move out to l.a you have to eat avocado toast and avocados and everything just generally speaking and you have to meditate how you can do yoga all right so let us know who your favorite characters were to play with um in grand theft auto 5 and hopefully this will be another game that we play on our live streams that we're going to do and uh you know we've got like i said our gaming list is now starting to grow like our reaction list and uh you know we're happy about that as well because there's a lot of games we got to play and get to um yeah i'm excited for it yeah me too just remember that our reaction to all the grand theft auto 5 trailers is
