Got scammed, FB Marketplace seller sold me an Air-cooled boat anchor.

continuing to tear down on this engine guy sold it to me said it was running and works perfect mhm ready to go well this piston hear that it's moving up and down it's supposed to move sideways a little bit left and right but not up and down also engine blocks cracked right here can you see that where am I sorry right there cracked the inside of this housing as you can see the oil pump sheared the heads off the bolts and there's metal shavings all inside of here so if you can see all the metal shavings in there so the pump was put on wrong it didn't reach all the way in he over torqued this split the case and then when it was spun over it sheared all these off and destroyed the inside of the pump which is right here you can see the back of the pump where the cam was spinning is all tore apart which in turn put metal shavings all in the engine and destroyed it also on this pump this gear come on hard to do with one hand it won't even go in there we go but if you look this gear now that it's in there I can turn it a little bit and then it stops right there it won't ow it will not spin so the pump is bent and it's done so this is just a disaster every single thing I take AP part on this thing so far it's broke it's bent it's put installed wrong it's cracked uh so the only thing that's probably good on it is hopefully the Dual carbs and I don't know if the heads are any good yet I haven't checked Val seats or nothing um but you know the sum plate maybe is good but uh obviously metal shavings went through this entire engine um I'm going to have to tear it apart split it to see what's going on and then I'm going to have to take this guy to court cuz this thing is a boat anchor
