Good Eats In Kuchai Lama | Can Eat Or Not #5

how [Music] i grew up here i used to study in here i love this place and we are trying out three restaurants from kuchalama i'm going to review them for you guys so you can come all the way to gujarat to try out those foods yes sarah egnos are you ready we are ready let's go [Music] [Music] i'm a mammoth [Music] [Music] i've never eaten an entirely before in my life [Music] [Music] [Laughter] oh because i don't really have much experiences of eating curry noodle in my life but the ingredients are very generous and then i like the food the food into the curry soup it's really nice all right so curry noodle the most important thing has been so this bowl of carrots are very robust in flavor and you can taste the lemon you know it's very hyung very fragrant it's a legit bowl of very little i love it so it rains on the top light in your garage [Music] [Music] a bit like luster i can't taste the butter they give tons of butter but you can't taste it yeah we still take the calories in so what for all right so sarah is having the signature thing [Music] [Music] the reason i always come here is because so they make a mean champion super good so right now it's time time for the little jungle coffee house in three two one [Applause] my favorite lunch spot here wow wow this is a seafood kelvin yeah so right now we are in iwc plastic seafood eight years ago they started up as a like a seafood wholesaler especially of heavy crab but right now they are the biggest heritage wholesaler in malaysia the end of the year is harry crab season which means all the handcraft right now their crab grow their cracked egg their crab paste is the best it's the most expensive most expensive and the best in terms of taste and everything and we are right here let me just briefly introduce the dishes porridge they cook it with the crab mixed into it and then cook the porridge so that's why the porridge is and of course the staff of this restaurant the happy crab the crab the crab man he's the crab okay let's start with the foreign [Music] that's how it's that's how good it is bro this is not porridge bro this is main course you know but if you ever ever reach the main course my god this is [Applause] yes one good start this is a good start that's a good start okay right now we are trying out the tiger prawn steamed tiger prawn so this tiger prawn right is imported all the way from penang he's a friend of the owner they raised it as their own child and then so this is yeah and then you sell it [Music] [Laughter] so usually wow i hope my girlfriend don't watch dc right chiller plunge you can ask me come here for her ain't nobody got time for that how substantial [Music] it's a lot of meat and it's very firm when you chew it very nice okay thanks to the owner just now he actually taught us how to open up the hairy crab and everything well that's a that's an experience itself and i think that itself yeah i understand how the structure is attractive this is national geography for real i think this alone says that you guys should come here and try it out it has a very unique day there because this is my first time having harry prep i think the raw right it's a bit like the egg yolk yes and then it'll be like egg yolk very creamy and very fragrant and thick i think it's thick for me texture tastes a bit like salted egg yolk kind of sauce the taste is really different something out of this one i would say that this crab is a new experience for me because it's my first time trying this out so it's my first time actually tasting this type of taste yes i cannot say it's the best but i would say it's the only best because it's the only one i've eaten so far and you need taste yes usually at first i was quite scared to eat but once you eat it especially you just just want to eat it continuously you know [Music] i'm speechless for words and everything okay from what the owners say right supposedly are the new hairy crab but it's more tasty than the female one although the thing one is much more expensive but you say if you want to eat every crab go for the male one i think i used two words to describe the taste of exotic and exquisite wow wow well both of them are still eating let's do thumbs time for iwc acoustic ready yes three two one very nice [Applause] okay so iwc acoustic has a total of three thumbs up which means it now it's harry crab is please come before the season ends you need to try harry potter it's a wonderful experience all right so now welcome to our third and last final stop of the day we are at the cafe simply because it's the cafe you get it yeah i don't even know why a girlfriend but maybe it's because of the bee anyways i've been operating for four months and funny story is they open during mco usually during mco people chuck fluff they do but this one like hey man we like to be the extraordinary we open anyway so um this restaurant is cafe right here it's more towards asian japanese type of style fusion that's my type of restaurant i like asian girls i like japan pam they became one that's why it's called the cafe so the one i'm having is they have fried as you can see inside they have pork mushrooms cabbage and [Music] hmm [Music] okay so i've just had a [Music] is pretty sweet and salty so it has a balance there and i feel like the gum really is a bit not too crunchy and crispy so it's a bit like chewy okay so i really like that taste with is not bad i would say that the rice the egg and the pork really complement each other really well it's uh the taste is bubble beverage very nice it's a very safe dish if you really enjoy this all right so for my fried foodon i thought it's a [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] the taste is not that outstanding okay so now i will move on to the gyoza yeah i like the skin i like the sauce where the sauce is the skin is like mochi texture it's also a bit crispy [Applause] i just lost the wheel to talk today but i would say it's good luck okay [Music] so i like the sauce because it has really good so if i throw vinegar okay so right now we are about to go to our thumbs time so actually already yes all right so in three two one sometimes one so [Applause] [Music] squad [Music] yeah my favorite has to be iwc acoustic hairy crap yes bro uh it's a whole new experience all your seafoods are very fresh and one last protein for all of you please be sure to come before the season ends my personal favorite was the [Laughter] [Music] i think it's a whole new experience i've never eaten crap in my life it's something very special and i strongly urge every one of you to really try that out yeah my favorite it's really hard to choose between the first and the second [Music] because first one uh i love the curry noodle it's affordable for a single portion i will definitely go there and for the experience of course i'll go for the heavy crab wait wait choose one okay choose one you have to choose one i don't either
