GOLD RUSH - PARKERS BUYS YUKON LAND! ($500,000 DRIVEWAY)

[Music] alright this starts off where they left off at Parker and Tony made an agreement that he can get up to six thousand ounces that 20 percent on both plants Parker is getting ready to leave Tony altogether when til he said now go ahead and say get the gold show that he doesn't want to lose Parker and Parker's like I can't get away from this guy to save my life okay he's I'm trying to get out away from the guy yeah I'm still here and it's kind of looks like it's kind of upsetting the truth is okay over there so no access park is referring to Tony removing his Road or having it removed which by the way Tony naturally like this it's away from Tony so this new piece of land Parker's looking at sits between Ken's ground and Tony's ground that little stretch right there but it will provide him access to the property that he leased from Ken but he's got to purchase it outright not lease it he wants to purchase it and the guy that leased it to him said there's a cut open on it that we opened up and we didn't touch it and there's like five hundred grand in gold sitting there you just gotta go in there and sluice it so Parker said that's a bonus to him buying this land doesn't like you guys I don't want you guys this sucks not easy to get out huh Parker put their butts right out on the side of the road like you ain't messing his deal up for me get out so why Parker tries to swing a deal rick is banging on SLUSA fur on the last cut trying as much gold as you can out of it gets brown ponies so after two hours of negotiation for this little piece of land here about this ground is there should be a little jump on that stripped and there's hay there absolutely so I overpaid a fair bit how much nine dollars there is both get background and my votes gonna be together with big red so the season might not be done yet bigger yeah so Parker said he overpaid for this law this land but there's a catch they said that there's a cut in this land that was been opened up and none of the ground none of the gold has been touched really they didn't go down they just got the overburden off and it's ready to be sluiced so that was another bonus to him over paying for is he can just start sluicing immediately when he moves his equipment there so he said all he has to do is put big red there and let it's loose out the rest of the year in this one spot they can do their last remaining month in this one spot so they're really counting on it whoa wait a mess yeah it's not pretty let's lose eyes can see so what they're looking at here is the actual cut that the other people left and they're supposedly supposed to be gold underneath it all they got to do is drain it this eject really well you talk about going to some extreme measures to get yourself a little access just to go to work yeah that's pretty extreme you know his roads been taken out by his neighbor's well Tony of course you can tax I can't access his own property from that way so the kid had to go off and buy land just to get to his land that's crazy he had to buy a driveway basically for five hundred grand hope this cut pays out for him after five years this is fine there's so much water in here it's there so you can get the water just see what we've gone so Rick's headed to Parker but there's only one problem they got to go right directly through Tony's camp to get to it so they're not to do his first test pan in this cut and the old owners claim that there's over 350 ounces of gold in their bare minimum and Parker's getting ready to test that out to see how the gold is looking for a test and a little sake see bedrock showing up so here ooh that's gotta sting it's not like somebody sold them a raw deal there it's already been mined out and the guy claimed it wasn't they somebody's pulled all the gold out of the ground according to Parker Wow like a shyster got over on him ah let's see [Music] I'll be getting my truck starting it up and headed right back to where I just left through the guy that I gave my money to we're gonna have a chat put serious chat is a gold miner just like the rest of us yeah I know what's left as far as the pay goes and urging down like really the reason for buying it is track systemic and seriously jail as far as buying ground goes it's that's a start well you're gonna keep checking all that stuff that you know sister's been down there just banging away so we have some go all the way up and maybe pay for some of that ground you got that's good [Applause] fifty six hundred eleven ounces we're well over a thousand board and all last year and we have a driveway we have access to our own land that released without bugging or getting Tony's way well he got a total of eleven claims five hundred grand he has access to his new place he does own the land as ten other claims I said police it is a lot of allegedly untouched land there so you'll have to just see but at the very least he has a five hundred thousand dollar access
