three four we have four uh invited speakers two are my colleagues the other two is from external uh to share with you the trends uh new trends in the tech um digital ai augmented reality to be shared to especially you as an enabler i will push the poll later when they do the presentation because nine of you are here now i push now lah so that you all can answer launch okay there you go um this is further ado uh let me talk about the ai digital student so empowering brands in digital transformation uh this is two things that we're gonna talk about i've been given only 15 minutes uh i will just pick some of the important things that might be uh value adds to your services uh well about the rest you can just text me later on okay about this uh we silicon intelligence uh is founded in nanjing china back in august 2017. there are a lot of ai companies doing different things but ours is mainly focusing to the ai digital human uh many on servicing industry we are currently the leader in lp nlp if you guys do not understand nlp means natural language processing in other words the so-called the robots understand what you're saying and be able to analyze it and give you the response accordingly here we have a secure round of investment from uh some of the notable vc such as tencent it's acquired capital wasn't something like kazuna malaysia uh the rest are banks who used to be our existing clients tend to be investors now we are in the c series and we are hoping if everything goes smoothly we hoping to release the company by next year uh this is the ip that we have got uh in other words we started everything from scratch we do not do oem odm things like that so it's our own uh trademarks and ip rights this is some of the words uh on the left hand side most of the customers are from financial institutions government uh and this is the first year that we we are coming out from china so we're hoping that we're going to start in malaysia first later on we're off to the south asia uh well we are the one of the most hunted unicorns in china south china in china back in last year 2012 to 201 and now let's get started we have four pillars i'm not going to talk more about this but i'm going to zoom into digital human uh but let me go through simply about what it is all about uh first is that the this is our core business voice point voice point so you know what we will be able to when you listen like for example you'll be called bank you listen that that's uh immediately distinguish that as a robot but with ours you can't even differentiate whether it's a human or it's a robot over here is that the same thing but it can be intercepted by a real customer service or we also have ai digital signage so uh let me zoom in to digital human some people they will ask what is digital human right so digital human let me give you a very straightforward uh clear picture about what digital helmet is all about so first uh you may what we need is that two videos from you uh first video is about 20 minutes of you looking into recorder and speak speak for about 20 minutes regardless of the content and then the first the second video will be without saying anything fill with your impressions and gestures and then we're going to need your content scripts and maybe you have product picture the videos and let me know what language that you require so that will be like hi everyone i am the digital human created by silicon intelligence welcome to the asia influence so these are samples hi everyone so value to brands is that the we're going to reduce as you know that the you're going to for a company they need a lot of materials collaterals they need some customer service but over here we're going to reduce that for you and we're going to strength we're going to strengthen your brain image solve your language barrier increase the speed of predictive production as you know right now a lot of marketing collectors is all about not just about articles write outs pictures it's all about short videos right so normally when you do a video it takes about you know from from taking it from the shooting until you do you do the final touch-up production it takes about at least a week time or awake class but for us it's almost a real time and we're going to help the the companies to extend this transformation and enhance the online compression rate so for example for brands who utilize the digit human in fact the boss can be the brand's ambassador itself because nobody knows your company better than someone else right so some people they might be camera shy you know they don't know how to do to do the spinning front of the camera or video recorder maybe you can use this to to enhance your frame image alternatively you can also use the celebrity of kl for example you could if you get the you know the the the permission from tony fernandes you can use that you know things like that so just give you a side sample to showcase to give them some uh little information this digital human will act as the little helpers and you can also utilize the gentleman as your virtual promoters uh for example that the as you know that the getting a new stuff is very tiring you know you're going to spend money to train them up resources sometimes they will give some arrow you know they can't really speak what they uh what they they did the product feature as well so this is some samples that we have in china [Music] foreign and we also have customers doing for uh you know for life selling products because in china it's i mean for for most e-commerce uh retailers it's important for them to hire someone to do 104.97 right so this customer they're using it to uh post on their live uh e-commerce platforms during off-peak hours hello and that's about it so we'll create the the the multi multiple sales promoter because uh regardless of language uh say for example if you want to penetrate into uh thailand middle east or which you do not have someone that can speak the native language you can utilize these digital humans see some samples i love you you are my greatest gift from okay you could also have uh this determined to to promote your products this is the customers are always uh from thailand they wish to penetrate to china and they do not need they didn't have anyone who understand mandarin chinese they don't have someone to do translation for the products and this is what we do for them [Music] from [Music] they these are samples that we give to our customers but at the end they're using a celebrity uh from thailand to do the product promoting you can also be a domain expert because say for example if carol you know it's uh it's good into e-commerce but she wants to be the fortune teller she can't be the fortune teller because what what she needs it just gives given to us and we're going to produce the the human for for her so these are customers that we have in china uh they they're using this document to further elaborate to promote the destination [Music] [Music] on existing platforms or app or things like that it's best for a property developers it's for a education providers and many more at the behest of rep bella abzug in 1971 and passed in 1973 the u.s congress do to promote the women's equality back in august 26th women's equality day the date was selected similar concept to uh to do to cover the videos because by doing a video it takes time for you to create one to edit you know to do to take the shooting so this we only need the script from you and we digital human to speak about uh but that would be would be done in coming to my time okay last two questions are you honest i still have a lot of questions i'm how much is how much how much does it cost i would say it would be a fraction of it would it be a fraction it would be less than less than uh making your own video production less than oh that's very very safe today it depends you see no uh it depends on the background that you need we can make a 3d background yeah uh we can we can do more like the layout and the overall presentation it depends so in a nutshell it depends on how many minutes say for example there will be a package of of course you can do one video uh but you also can do like 10 video 10 10 minutes of videos you break it down to 10 minutes or 10 videos or each video about one minute or you get half minutes or two minutes or five minutes per video you know things like that so it depends on how you're going to break it down to from the overall total uh minutes of video per unit okay let me rephrase that i'm uh i'm a startup i'm having my own company and i want to see whether this is a viable option for me can i afford it of course you can apply for for micro sellers can they afford your service uh yes of course of course definitely don't talk about pricing first wilson how do they come in contact with you do you have that slide the holding start so to give him understand it they will show you the the your your bank account transactions and you can even ask the gdpr to do the uh fund transfer things like that so in china it's full flash two very much good morning everybody uh thank you mmdak and caroline for having me here today uh wilson we should talk uh very impressed with what just shown uh i said it for the first time hopefully uh we chat after this as well so um yeah i'm really honored to be part of this uh community to kind of share with everyone what uh we think the future of experiential e-commerce uh is about or will be uh if i made this let me start with some context yeah i think in the face of digitalization and disruption in the new economy we all know that the change has become somewhat of a norm and hence the mastery of the customer journey the complete sum of experiences that the customer had to go through when interacting with the company and brand have become increasingly important for any company that wants to sustain the growth globally right as a business and we also noticed that the need for immersive user experience has been the key driver behind the explosion of the commercial use of augmented reality which is what next air is about in the likes of such technology by market leaders across several industries the rise of 5g ai and smart glasses as well all right it's also lending a lot of strength and the adoption of a company to harness the power of ar augmented reality right i'll be just sharing some latest trend and some of the use cases in ar that we are seeing i also demonstrate a bit on how ai will accelerate the adoption of ar by transforming a product into an immersive experience from a 3d ad to engagement uh to to buy and then i think uh we all know that the future is happening right now and because of covert is changing quite quickly and uh together you know we are looking to create those infinite uh possibilities and experiences if they are uh for all of us to help our clients uh to be uh the growth leader um the hbr article that appeared in 2020 end of last year mentioned that uh ar application has been arise you know with this whole virtual try before you buy experiences from previewing furniture and products in our home with uh brands everyday brands like ikea and in the u.s home depot to virtually trying on luxury fashions uh with companies like louis vuitton gucci using glasses dresses and all the stuff i think the what was thought of uh here was like a once a nice to have feature has become quite essential technology for retailers all right and you see that coming more progressively due to covid and definitely the pandemic has accelerated we all know that shifted the whole digital shopping move all right by i don't know roughly five years um nelson did a global survey uh in 2019 uh sometime in october 2019 and that was before the pandemic consumers registered ar and vr as those top technologies they are seeking to help them with their daily lives all right now what's in the numbers that just appeared um according to shopify which is one of the biggest builder of uh e-commerce site the conversion rate of products with error content is actually 94 higher than products without ar the 51 of consumers uh are willing to use ar technology as a way to assess whether or not they want to buy the product this according to harvard business review survey and shopify again uh informed us all these ar players that ar has helped some of the brands to increase conversion rates by up to 250 percent all right i think ai has proven to be um uh not just a gimmicky uh kind of a pokemon kind of play all right that we are familiar with but it's proven to add enormous value for consumers in the whole shopping journey i think it's time for our business leaders uh your your clients and brands you know to not only reimagine retail but to really um propel the immersive shopping experiences into the future shopify is so into ar right now they even bought recently primer and ar app that let user preview the effects of tiling wallpaper paint changes to homes i think home is one of the most interesting place where ai is working very very well so we're going to look a bit more at the home and the furniture e-commerce segment in greater detail today just as a reference point for what uh ai is doing now ar for e-commerce uh is able to address a three-critical business problem especially in the home and furniture uh front um in the u.s there's a survey that found that a good number of the top 100 furniture retail e-commerce shops uh have only basic e-commerce functionality in fact form intent uh do not have a quality product images all right and that's quite mind-boggling uh we know how important it is and more than 85 percent do not have a 3d view or area view and this is actually limiting their online sales because we all know that good images and complete view of products online is a very critical sales process um and then of course the market is saturated with many competitors in malaysia uh there are more than 25 000 e-commerce sites according to shop rank furniture and home category alone is almost 2000 and that's including those uh selling those outside malaysia selling to malaysia so the market is really saturated with many players and it's actually very tough to stand out in the eyes of the buyers that you're serving right all your clients are serving the last thing is that one of the big problem in the furniture space definitely is this whole uh product return issue and because furniture is difficult to visualize in personal space when you shop online with photographs even with video it is reported that you know there's more than 10 product returns um and when it comes to clothing it's 30 40 uh we all know that product return especially in furniture is a very large this is a logistical nightmare all right you know you move the thing out of the warehouse pour on the truck and went to the site to deliver assemble and then you can bring everything back and all those things this costs uh it's a very costly expense to exalt and uh so how can ar help we're going to look at a few more data points on consumer behavior in this whole furniture industry 72 of searches in furniture category comes from mobile devices maybe they're in a train having lunch couch surfing whatever but you know so we if we add mobile web based ar i will not only enhance the shopping experience but actually allow customers to visualize the product uh with the back camera uh in their own personal space maybe when they're back home or in the office according to deloitte 40 are willing to pay more if they could test the product with ar hence increasing the revenue and the profits for your customer 61 according to deloitte uh prefer to shop at stores that offer ar and 71 shop more often with those offering ar this will certainly increase the brand uh differentiation in the crowded marketplace that i mentioned earlier and improve customer loyalty through repeat purchases this is where nextec air solution can partner the e-commerce community to build the future performance in malaysia we all we transform 2d to 3d images within minutes all right i'm going to show you a quick demo on how we do that okay let's uh have a look at this quick demo um all we need uh is just one image in most instances and up to six images for complex products or we can use a product sku page like this one on houzz and pull the image down we um start by uploading uh the image onto our platform and then we will click uh to start the segmentation process and then we choose the help products we want the segment in this case is the wall art and then we choose uh materials then we sum it after choosing materials we submitted for segmentation right the ai engine now will start to ingest image and start to process the 3d model creation uh through uh several steps all right and as you can see from the screen that um there was a steps that the ai will go through right starting from uh ready for packaging and processing and so and so forth and this um uh what you can see on the screen this product image took less than five minutes to generate the 3d model uh in the interest of time i've accelerated the visual so that we get a sense but it's done in about three to four minutes uh in actual effect so to give a sense of to give a sense of um an almost immediate 3d model of many type files to use so uh we can produce uh obj file gltf extension and so and so forth this also generate a qr code and an iframe to embed into your e-commerce site in a matter of minutes so not weeks or months that you face today and you export it to a treaty advertisement as you can see here and i'll elaborate more about uh shortly about this whole 3d and participant concept that we're trying to work on so from here we just witnessed basically how we leverage an image from this original house.com webpage to create an ar experience matter of minutes we can just we also can put just a javascript on this website and the air machine is able to read the image from the description such as the size the material the dimensions the color to auto create a 3d model and upload the complete air model onto the site without human intervention and ai has just basically transformed and democratized the 3d model creation and the mass adoption of er this disruptive technology is transforming e-commerce and retail space today you know next we're going to show you how we can take a product into a 3d ad network easily with our end-to-end solution customer journey continues with enabling a better connection with brands and products right we use 3d models that we've created or we have created to create those eye-catching advertisements and capture the customer attention to activate the conversion experience we are seeking to work with partners everywhere in malaysia as well to help clients to create 3d ads to into ar product pages and engagement to try and ability to buy seamlessly literally we're talking about just product to ar experiences now what is the value proposition with ar brands in iar for brains right um i mentioned earlier ai is a great differentiator for brands we see luxury fashion houses like gucci lvmh are using it to engage their customers and various references are telling us ar actually helped multiply the roi on marketing to drive sales i will go into the details here today you know because of time constraint but stats show that you know increase the brand awareness due to what we call memory encoding because consumer you know remember the content better this is very critical for brand awareness and then brand recall it also influenced the customer more through increased engagement with the product having errors significantly reduce bounce rate as well and therefore increase the quality of traffic to the site and basically ai drives four to eight times engagement rate of online participant this obviously leads an increase in purchase intent hence leading to higher conversion as high as 11 x through uh they are ads there's also a 25 less product returns all right and generating a 3x return on advertisement spent now um basically uh to summarize uh uh what ar can do basically 3d ads drive greater awareness 3d ar product pages influence and improve um the whole consideration of a buying purchase they are experienced the virtual try before you buy kind of approach reduce card and check out abandonment and this will lead to more conversion and generating more sales now among the tech giants the paradigm has already shifted yep and now google has start started to index ar assets allowing 3d ads to be on their display network which is significant this is a very promising move by google and we're the first to market in this area to provide a speed and scale the solution for ar creation and 3d ads and even we look at the rest of the big boys all right our ar assets are also compatible with a snap with facebook and instagram this allows extend the global reach of the 3d ar advertisement the tech giants are already making the move right to push 3d ads forward and we i want to work with everyone to write on this tailwind of what we think is the next generation of advertisement with a user-friendly 3d uh ad creation tool so to facilitate uh this growth of 3d ar at network we have developed an uh kind of easy to use uh or easy to build ar ad creator tool this overall flow view of how the actuator 2 works six simple steps log in you choose the ad size you add a background and then you add the 3d model you already have make adjustment fine tune and just create that 3d advertisement you'll be available this month i'll be launching this month so uh keep a look out for it and for those who are keen to help us this too not only to democratize the creation of 3d and ais but also help to drive a mass market adoption of pr um when is being pushed out as an advertisement this will be a a clear example of how ar ad can capture the attention uh of uh people who are browsing sites and because it's more interactive more rough start teddy buggy which i'm i'm still used to the concept of uh pocket talk therefore i'm seeing from a perspective of a customer but now i'm seeing more to this is other and so there's a lot of platform players also here so no fella only show people have all these on their on their the to be degraded how about the rest are you look um are you looking at opportunities also to work with giants like lazada shopping or even our small market players the long term of course definitely actually uh the um we are we have a go to market a strategy to work with uh e-commerce uh site builders uh the platform the marketplaces and uh but the truth to be told not all products uh need to be 3d no products uh need to be era so i think there's some selective uh product category that makes a lot of sense all right ek has been doing um era but you cannot deny it is so cool in ar yeah of course without question i think the key thing is that um uh it's not the cool factor is what we appreciate but what we are doing is that we can actually because of ai uh produced with just one image uh at scale all right at a speed and now that kind of one of the biggest um hurdles in the past whereby we noticed that the hurdle of creating the object you know and a refreshing object is always it takes time right some takes weeks some even take months to complete right how heavy is the integration needed for platforms uh actually uh for the e-commerce side just a javascript yeah just a script like um maybe about uh three lines and then you just script eating like this what do the questions i actually asked a few already [Music] so ask that one then that so technically it can turn photos into 3d model right so uh how complex can the photo be um complex uh the photo i think um that okay it's more complex for the product than the photo yeah uh to be honest with you uh but the cleaner the photo of course this is ai right if you give a piece of sofa or a lounge chair in the midst of a very busy bar the ai will get confused right because they're reading image recognition uh what we prefer is just clean product images all right don't have to be high quality yup because ai uh will do the right uh the refining in terms of the uh uh quality by using their own uh uh algorithm to kind of estimate and predict the color and shade but essentially it's more of the complexity of the object uh it is some certain object it's not easy to to use ai like cars because they are inside and outside because ai in general is not talking about outside the model all right it's just a visual to see how it fits into your house not to cancel the car and experience that one can be done before another technology that's from cat to poly that means you give us a cat drawing with confidence yeah uh no uh it's not more complicated it's just that it handles more engineering products whereby cat drawings are more specific need green screen or just white will do oh why would you do transparent object like glass yes yes yes yes if i do glass you can see uh down and you can see up uh wherever you place the thing yes that means you put the the phone uh on top of the glass you can see the floor you can see your hand under the glass as well so it recognized glass as an object the whole thing is assembly line yeah right let me just assembly line we identify the parts and we construct the parts it's just not like um a flat rendering we recognize the parts this method this glass all right and uh and if it's on the website we can read it ourselves a day i can read it uh itself as well yeah so i see marty is very interested he only asks a few questions i'm going to reiterate one question that he asked before so basically whatever you have if your platform has a marketplace with product in it that product with this engine it can transform into 3d yes technically speaking yes 3d but not just 3d you know [Music] yes customer can use the forward and imagine is he said it's especially handy for people like my wife who cannot imagine unless it was bought actually one of the interesting thing is that um in one of the customers that we had we have uh the customer use it to um kind of a gauge whether can go through the door or go through the lift all right because sometimes you know you can't engage and then you said [Laughter] [Laughter] yeah this will be very handy oh my god i was i was looking at ar back when it started now he has advanced so much let's integrate to shopping or see multi again yeah that one is more depending on uh uh shoppies uh allowing us to integrate all right but i think uh yeah basically if you put a qr code that's established onto your shoppies site you can trigger from there get your feet to connect techno that's great now on the 8th of october put this on okay give me a minute okay as carol mentioned i'm from the business digital adoption team so what we do is promote digital adoption amongst the smes uh and i'm here to talk about the sme digital accelerator so we found that how we come about with the program is that we found that majority of the smes they're not aware uh of the digital adoption i mean the the the know-how the readiness they don't know how to start their digital business business digital transformation journey so there is also a lack of structured approach and there's no handholding to assist them to adopt digital and there's also the perceived high cost when they want to implement new technologies so with that what we've done is we've come up with a program to actually help the semis with a structured approach for them to adopt digital we also enable businesses to adopt digitalization in specific areas and we also ensure that they implement with outcome-based results so for this year what we've done is we've collaborated with sada seda is the center for uh entrepreneurial development and research this is a wholly owned subsidiary of sme banked to whereas theta will execute and manage the program based on mdx accelerator and also we are targeting uh the small medium enterprises mostly in the mid tier we are also targeting on four sectors the retail fmv logistics uh and professional services professional services are those accounting uh legal firms and so on uh but we're not limited to just these four sectors any other sectors can come on board and join this program as mentioned we're focusing on specific areas um digital presence like you know digital marketing and sales we also have e-commerce we also have the back-end processing like your hr payroll crm procurement uh also remote working uh erp and we're also targeting on new uh areas like cyber security and also data analytics so we are focusing on three personas uh this uh the first one is actually those that do they are not even aware of uh technology so we don't we we don't want to target them we want to target from the second type which is enlightened that means they are aware of technology solutions and they are ready to adopt solutions also the third persona is eager that means they have implemented solutions they now want to upgrade they want to explore other areas for them to actually benefit uh their business and the fourth one is of course uh where they want to innovate they're ready to actually go deeper for example they want to adopt ai they want to adopt uh big data and so on in their business so with that we've come up with a as mentioned the uh structured approach for the businesses or the sms to top digital and we've come up with a framework where the sms once they are on board the program they will go three to three different stages stage one is where you will be uh digitally onboarded viacetta's learning management system or lms then there will be an assessment via their ai powered uh solution called elsa you will also be going through a workshop on design thinking this is for you to identify your pin points and also lean model canvas this is for you to then i prioritize which pin points you should then target and then of course we will also match you with our technology solution providers or tsds we have more than 400 at the moment and then we will also have an awareness session where we'll inform you on the available incentives and funding so the stage one will also will only be for three days so the entire program is for three months but stage one where you will need to uh be on board and register for the workshop is only three days and then you will have access to the lms just in case you want to revisit certain videos you want to um have further questions with your trainer you have any issues or any clarification that you need to seek with your technology service provider so once you've clarified everything you move on to the stage two this is where you need to implement your solution so you need to work with the tsp to adopt a solution and if needs be we will match you with uh any existing incentives so my click uh ini later will be talking on the sbdg grant so that's also interesting but if you say that you already have your own tsp you don't need the grant then you can select from any solution provider you don't need to be selecting from any of our existing list and once you have implemented we will then move to stage three where we we will track and monitor your progress because we need to ensure that there is improvement in either your sales in either your process cycle or your man hour so that means you either increase sales you reduce your process hour you reduce your man uh your time cycle yeah so once we have identified the top 50 uh from the entire program we will then help to showcase your success stories so we will promote via mdx website also social media platforms and then uh the top three uh performers from the program will also be uh getting financing assistance from cedar so that is casada is working with a sami bank is the subsidiary of assembly bank so they have given this top three uh financial assistance yeah so we have uh opened up applications starting from september early september application is ongoing the registration is free we are opening this to all assemblies in malaysia so uh irrespective whether you you're just a one-man person whether you have hundred percent as long as you're registered with uh ssm whether you are cynthia berha whether you're an enterprise you can come on board and join us so as mentioned training workshop sessions will start in october we will break you into cohorts or into groups and uh finally in december that is where we will assess your performance yeah so you uh so so you can see this are some of the uh features that we have provided in the program you will have digital training you have access to the tsps and so on yeah and uh these are some of the press releases that we had uh we to to inform the smes that on the collaboration with sata and also to inform that the uh program is actually to help you post pandemic yeah because we know a lot of the assignments are affected so we need you to be adopting digitalization to also help uh your businesses further yeah so that's just that's it a simple the partners we of course at the moment we are opening this only to the registered tsp so do come on board register with us uh because we are also opening or starting another accelerated section for 2022 that one we are targeting a bigger audience uh could be also a different sector different industry so register uh with mdac to become a tsp and then we will also help you to feature your solutions and they can also uh broadcast this to their merchants right yes please share this with your partners share this with your network uh so that we can help to get more uh smes on board and go apply if they are custom-made any as long as they adopt a digital solution so it can be an existing system it can be custom made but they need to actually implement and then we will need to monitor the progress so that means by december they must show some results by december martial resort huh yeah okay right next question how much is the maximum fund per company for this program or just for the top three winners uh the financing is only for the top three but of course uh you can still list with sata after the program ends to also find out more in terms of the financing but we also have our grant that annie will be sharing later for you to leverage on uh yeah so this is different uh from scg right different yeah well i mean you'll be sharing later is different so if you already if you already have uh any existing grants or any existing funds you can just come on board register to select your tsp then use whatever existing ground that you have now now can the dsp apply for the ground as well uh if they are not a registered tsp they can no i mean can tsp apply for a dip from different tsp i think they themselves apply for this yeah i mean as long as they are not a registered tsp they can join the program and adopt the solution so if uh if an existing dsp can apply for because they are the solution provided they are already adopting digital we want to encourage smes who are still not adopting digital to come on board and then they can work with the tsps so if your dsp cannot know cool any more questions yes we promote your solution that's what we help that's what we hopefully that some of you benefit here and and and thank you uh jade and also to aimee who they are not from our unit they are from another division in our digital adoption uh ecosystem division so we invited our colleague to cross uh promote their programs to our e-commerce enablers so i need please get ready just like while we while razon and i move rugelach tell me today all right okay uh ladies and gentlemen uh good morning i'm ain't from business digital adoption i'm back okay basically i'm the same thing with the jade okay so uh today i'm going to share with you uh how to onboard as a tsp as well as on the sme business digital agent grant for your clients okay all right so um let's start okay all right uh basically an uh sme business digitization grant is an initiative by the government it was announced during budget 2020 it is a matching grant a 50 grand up to 5 000 per company and uh the fund uh worth 500 million over five years and limited to the first 100 sme okay so in this grant initiative actually we partnership it was given to bsn and we partnership with bsn and our role is actually to provide advisory on digitization area as well as to identify and perform a new decision on potential tsp that will support the sme uh that participating in this grant initiative okay so um [Music] all right uh okay as a tsp what would be the advantages okay ts2 would be a part of the key digitization effort by the government because you'll be our trusted partner and then uh you'll be giving you'll be getting a support from mtech and partners on tsp own awareness effort and then there's another added advantage because a tsp overalls offering to the potential customer and it is a channel to share views and suggestions of regard to the digitization uh to m.tech vsnl and mof from the industries and it is also a platform for a tsp to promote its capability under one umbrella uh under a m that promotional campaign okay um all right uh uh what is the definition and eligibility criteria of the technology solution provider uh actually tsp in in short form is actually a local uh tech based company that we identified to support uh the grand initiative uh to be part of our tsp okay the company must be incorporated under the law of malaysia uh must be owned at least by 51 malaysian have paid a capital of uh 500 000. sorry 50 000 sorry um i must have successfully deployed uh the digital solution in any one of the seven digital areas that actually uh my my click gate already mentioned earlier i'm going to mention it again later okay and the company must have successfully successfully deployed a digital solution to at least 100 unique enterprise in total okay all right uh so uh this is about the current okay uh basically uh now the gun is open to sme and cooperative okay and um uh the criteria for the grant for your client will be it is available to sme and cooperative registered under the reverend law in malaysia the sme must have must be at least 60 owned by malaysia and uh it has been in operation for at least six months okay and they must have a minimum average annual sales turnover of fifty thousand okay these are the seven uh digitization area uh as jet mentioned uh before current is open for digital marketing and sales ecosystem hr payroll crm procurement erp accounting and tax e-commerce and remote working okay um all right uh these are actually basically a process flow uh in applying for the grant um actually this is something uh which is simple compared to smart automation grant which was recently launched unfortunately i can't share about the sag now because uh the club is already closed for submission uh last week okay uh maybe maybe in in the future if uh we open again uh sag because looks like uh you know from from mr uh uh i just mr vince vinson right and um mr yao boon okay uh it looks like actually uh the solution uh fit uh fit uh the smart automation gun actually okay um oh sorry okay uh okay if you see that uh this is the sme digital journey uh for sme to to actually um on board into digital uh basically the first three bubble digital present e-commerce uh and digital operation is more suited for uh sme business digitization grant while digital uh process and advanced uh or emerging technologies are like like just uh now our two friends are presented actually more suited for sag okay uh okay now uh we we do have a hundred gold digital uh platform that gives advocacy uh that actually is create assignment and excitement and build awareness on digital option and we have evolved into uh you know conducting a workshop to nurture and enable businesses to identify and adopt uh digital opportunities okay now uh let's move to a hundred gold digital coaching workshop uh which has been uh launched uh in the uh june this year okay for for this workshop actually we we have uh onboarded eight coaches uh from from the top tsp okay uh the objective of this hundred goal uh digital coaching workshop uh is actually um i'm sorry uh before that uh uh this is this workshop is actually a series of workshops to help a business to attain a practical practical digital adoption guidance okay so the objective is actually uh to provide fast and efficient way to address digital russian need by sme and it also give a practical guidance on a created a digital solution package that is easy and fast uh deployable and it and the coaches also are for uh for participants that attend the workshop the coach will actually provide a recommendation on the next step for businesses to scale up their business operation and move to the technology value change okay what would be the outcome from this uh workshop is actually the participant can improve their understanding on digitization opportunity and support and the sme obtained a pushing in the right direction of adopting digital solution meaning that um uh for this participant um uh something from here and uh they are not obliged to take up a solution from the coaches okay uh they they have a freedom whether they want to go um and get their solution from the coach uh or from another dsp okay and also from here they also can actually increase the digital skill set among the sme all right so uh we are actually targeting uh 100 business 100 000 business businesses to be benefited this year so uh i i do hope that you can share with your um network and uh your network as well as your customer uh to actually uh come and register for our classes okay all right so um these are the oh sorry um okay these are the uh what's up what's up structure okay we'll give a coaching session okay uh giving the overview uh in general about the digital grid plan uh the success story will be sharing uh some such a story and then uh will help the businesses to to identify their business pinpoint and then again understanding on how uh and what are the opportunity uh you know in digital uh adoption and they'll be uh receiving a practical guidance to use uh the digital solutions okay uh in terms of the recommendation okay uh the the the coaches will provide a participant with a recommended digital solution uh and they will propose a digital strategy to be integrated into their current business model okay and uh also uh suggest a next step to move up to the technology uh value change again uh there is no obligation for the participant to to to take up um uh their digital solution are from the coaches okay they they have a freedom um to to to select their own pst if they if they are self-funded or if they want to open the uh to get assisted from the grant then they will they are able to select from the list of 539 tsp we we have at the moment okay and then uh we will have uh on the tracking and monitoring to ensure that the participant actually are on the right track uh you know in india digital adoption um so there will be a lot more intervention along the lines uh uh especially uh like like just now uh my clique jade share with you all about sme digital uh digital accelerator and then up from from this uh swatch shop also they can open uh to go for any uh financial incentive and and maybe in future will be a lot more uh things happening with the 100 go digital uh platform okay i think um uh that's that my uh that sent my presentation today uh if you have any question then that we are open to are still in the uh i think uh the different way has not been the appropriate okay so and uh another thing uh that i think uh this is a bonus for you bonus information for those who attend because you are all enablers uh it's gonna be uh tougher uh to to become our psp in the future because uh we are working uh towards that to ensure that we we only have the the most uh quality and um uh what we call a compa uh competitive uh pst on boards see the burning question starts coming in now i think okay the processing time takes very long sometimes three to six me to six months and document career to bsn keeps going missing for that semi-digital grant how to overcome this okay all right uh actually there are two separate questions there are two separate issues here okay let's talk about uh tsp application uh okay uh we actually receive an overwhelming uh registration from a local local tech based company uh apparently uh when after the launching of a disclaimer last year uh we we face uh mco okay and at the moment uh bsn is still processing the grant manually and we are working on a platform uh whereby we will uh i think we're going to launch maybe next year all right for tsp to actually submit the sorry tsp and sme to submit the grant application uh on the platform for bsn to process so we hope that it's gonna be faster because what happened is that during mco uh the office the officer is not like i'm back okay like that we have our so we put our disclaimer that guys the processing is not done by us yeah we're putting our intervention in yeah that will be lunch this year yeah basically uh we do not interfere with the process of the client okay the approval uh the dismissment come from the bank yeah we do not interfere with their processes but uh uh please uh i think uh we have to uh understand that during mco uh with the arrangement working from home working from office and uh they can't you know go back to the office like we we used to do that's why uh some of the grant uh i started some of the application and and remember that uh bsn have more than 400 branches all over malaysia yeah so like likewise mdx is all about giving solutions so we are giving the best answer we are trying to look on how we can resolve this as well so we can't really put our feet in it because it is other people's uh job but we are putting our intervention in so making that thing smoother and so okay uh i need is a tsp still an ongoing process of solution provider to register as tsp is that still an ongoing uh process that the tsp can apply when their documentations are ready is that a deadline uh at the moment we are not putting any deadline we are in the second year of this program okay the tsp application is still open but that in mind we receive lots of application but it is incomplete so those application that completes uh actually uh is in queue for us to process okay guys i think you have worked with us long enough to know that mdac documentation we don't play play you make sure all the documents are complete you don't complete we don't process it as easy as that so that's the tip for you make sure submission complete okay you give a b yeah because uh actually uh here actually why why it is done that way because we want the you know uh the potential pst to understand the process in terms of the documentation the arrangement everything because they are the one that going to actually assist the sme when we get to the documentation submission to the bank so uh we hope that uh you all understand uh you know when we said uh arrange the documentation in you know that way then it has to be that way because when you submit to the to the bank okay uh you're going to help the sme so um uh this is where actually uh you play a big role um is that is there an agent name but um we don't have it yet okay we don't have it yet but maybe in the future maybe in the future yeah cool okay next question goes to all and that stuff whoever they can answer because this is out of the topic secret um any grants for cloud printing software enablers which department should i refer to uh i need it tomorrow what is this cloud printing uh software right now remember we go to physical burma's marketing to go and do our photocopying right so there is a solution within our within our attendees today what they did is they they they crowdsource the printing solution for the students they send the files over to this printing it's a cloud and then once ready they they send in by the on-demand delivery to these students or us or lawyers or whoever wants a printing solution because that time uh printing places all locked down monday can't do printing right so you want to print your books you want to print this so it goes for a cloud printing module so they would like to know is there any grant that you may advise them god or not maybe not with mdec but maybe with somebody else would you know be able to answer that um maybe yes maybe no uh it looks like the solution actually falls under uh remote working okay yeah under the seventh digitization area okay uh it falls on the remote working just that i'm not too sure whether there's any uh tsp that uh provide that services yet so can they apply sksp for that uh yes i think we can consider that all right so jessica you can try and apply tsv because you provide the category falls under remote working uh category any other questions there can tsp apply again same question can tasty apply for the digital okay this is the one that uh okay uh this actually this uh this question we uh we received a lot of inquiries physical to this uh maybe uh at the moment are not yet but we're going to actually improve a lot on this uh undergo digital platform so uh hopefully we can what we will look at something uh in the next quarter uh in the you know first or second quarter next year okay cool canada can we uh can i have like a five minute uh at the end yeah to allow the partners to ask reaching one year but uh due to mco uh last year so what happened is that uh i think the bank uh the bank agrees to actually allow a tsp to the second year okay but this uh so at the moment actually we're going to uh very soon okay we're going to actually clean up the list okay uh of the existing tsp uh because yeah daily apply or we contact them ah okay on that i think that we are at the moment uh we are finalizing the framework okay that will be announced uh to the psp you know yes i think you're honestly concept is very simple if uh once we have done it you will get email from us until you
