make little shapes like this [Music] make them around the entire balloon nice [Music] once it's all dry carefully hold the tip of the balloon then put a cup nearby now snip the top of the balloon and loosen your grip to let the water out once it's empty take the balloon out see ready to take this party up a notch [Music] what's that watch this it goes on top of my phone light and now we dance
