Giving Matt's Off Road His Surprise Rokon!

all right so get back on this basically what i'm doing is i'm laying everything out kind of where it goes on the floor and then magically just poof it's going to all appear on this frame so we have it all labeled in baggies we've got the motor front gearbox basket front fender mud flap handlebars and all the wiring we're just boom boom boom laying it all out that way it's productive when we go to throw it all together wire will and some of the old grease off of it how about we put the motor in real quick it's too heavy for me dinner will you lift that it's way too heavy for him you might take one carefully guys you got it hey you guys heavy motor be a man blow your back out two three four if we could just throw everything in like that that'd be so much better yeah these guys are geniuses it lined up carrier bearing gearbox rear brake bracket okay get the drive shaft all in store expertly installed look at that gender coming in clutch tough wipes just making it shine we're gonna get got to get learnt on all the wiring routing we took a video of it but we got to go and actually watch the video at the time of reassembly none of the videos are out this is a secret nobody knows this is the fun stuff trying to figure out how things went like ping right where it needs to go i think that means we're connected oh my gosh you know what'll be cool we race these well we'll race them of pretty much all we got for tonight we just have tomorrow morning to get this thing finished because we've got to head to hurricane so it is tomorrow it is the next morning we're up and at it 6 30 a.m we're all happy to be here because we got to get a lot of stuff done and we're headed down to hurricane hillbilly's going to be polishing up these sprockets because they're aluminum i'm putting the fender flappy dew on then we're gonna get this bike all put together no shiny [Music] so i'm just pulling one pole putting all the rivets in [Music] it those are just aluminum pop rivets that's what was in it oh that's what goes back in it getting the fender all tightened up how to pull the front gear box out a little bit to get the bolts in for the fender fender is installed now gearbox has to go back in wire's got to be under there is it shiny yet dirty very pretty keep in mind we are not metal polishers we're gonna do this front basket then we'll get the headlight put on baskets back on we're gonna get the headlight installed okay the headlights all installed got the ground wire on hillbilly's gonna put the seat shock in we're gonna get the seat mounted make a mistake flush and right it's too early i've already scratched the frame it's ruined just eating i got these brakes working better than they'll ever work so when matt's speed racing ed he can slow this sucker down now we're gonna get these pulleys on all right that one's on this one i might clean this up a little bit it's gummy so i'm gonna hurry and clean it wipe it off before i try to slide this in because it's got a lot of grease and grime that's just gonna stick and create resistance so we'll be back i got the front pulley on we're gonna put the foot pegs on we're gonna do it all backwards just paint so we made new threads okay so now i'm gonna get this seat installed [Music] all right so we're gonna get the rear light put on dinner had to go to work because it is eight o'clock and he is more valuable working on other stuff we're gonna get this all kind of done and then show you when it's finished all right so we've got the front wheel installed we're going to get the chain on we've got this back fender on we've got the rear brake light on we're just about there we've just about got it done we're going to hurry just get this thing put together because we've got to get it loaded we've got to get down to hurricane what do you think matt's going to say it's yellow it's very yellow and he did say he wanted yellow this would be yellow that color yellow all right so we finally got it finished don't look at our tools on the ground because we don't have time to clean but we're gonna get it all cleaned up next week look check this out we even got the throttle taken apart got it working perfect everything's all put together now we're trying to figure out a trailer situation so we can get all this stuff hidden inside of it and get down to mats man this thing is sweet we had half a quart of gas so we're gonna have to go to track supply get us some more of this pre-mix you know this reminds me of a bee [Music] she pairs like a kitten like she did before [Music] our headlight's not working now we'll figure out the headlight later and the brake light that's not gonna stop us from getting this thing taken down the mat [Applause] [Music] he's running great matt better love it good morning all right so we made it down here last night we did not unload the rokon until this morning because we got here at like two o'clock in the morning so we only have one last thing to do we got to make it his own so we're gonna decal the gas tank and this puppy's ready i'm just going to put them right on the tank it's official we're going to be headed down to mats we're going to be going and doing a reaction video so as soon as we're ready hillbilly's going to jump on this and he's going to be driving it down to mats then we've got a surprise we bought mata roko it's that one that we rode oh you know oh okay i'm gonna get me one and we're gonna be the slow rollers we're gonna have a biker game so we're pulling one on him so we got one more thing i think we need to go outside for
