laptop computers little desks behind there you know what uh a quaint single bedroom bachelor pad wide quaint quite quaint indeed but we have multiple properties now i know i know and they keep on bothering me all day every day it was a pleasure living here goodbye okay so now we're getting close to this liquidity five grand while we were a lot closer but i just kicked somebody out because i need to redecorate this particular spot here but let me check out ferry street real quick most of these apartments when you first look at them most of them need to get entirely different layouts like the layout is super stupid and i hate it and i want to cut everything down so this was like this weird zigzag so i made the bathroom and i made the bathroom a little bit bigger and the bedroom and put on this side and made the living space perfect for a single person to roll in here i could possibly put two beds in here maybe maybe maybe but we also can rent rooms out now oh it's fancy only make it five grand oh and our storage area whenever you repair something in a new place you can store it instead of selling it a couple fancy things we're level 23 so let's go check out this spot this is also my apartment both of these rooms i have rented out and so i get two separate incomes from two separate people oh no someone's someone's bad oh negotiations or negotiations yes get out because what i need to do is i've been getting about two to three grand out of every person that comes into this place so once i kick her out i can then begin a renovation and add what i want to add which is going to be a computer a little computer desk right here and we're going to upgrade our television sets i kind of mimic this off of a college dorm like a co-ed college dorm two single two double beds so you can you know bring somebody in for an evening if you please adding the two tvs adding a nice pc system right over here to make this place pop and also adding some photos some pictures just a couple extra due dates and see if we can't pop over 12 grand and unlock the new area we just gotta wait unfortunately for her to decide when she wants to leave so let's go ahead and uh yeah sure i don't mind the babysitting babysitting's easiest joint yeah but babysitting is the easiest thing because all you got to do is just maybe make a couple repairs sometimes your uncle can help out you're earning then we're gonna renovate and then get that extra cash can you please shut up let's go to the bathroom first they want laminate fine you can get laminate i got laminate all day kind of laminate one of these campers it just seems like quick money but they never come up for sale and we've all we've decorated both of them so we don't have to do anything crazy to them you know bathroom air mattress it's all good baby and let me tell you something these wall shelves are amazing especially if you need to add some extra doodads what not to hand me downs they're perfect for adding anything when it comes to decorations or to even small plants hold on here a second and then it boosts up oh i can't put it up top here a lot of these shelves you could put stuff up top a lot of them fortunately these are not these are not the best but it'll work so wall decor what do i need for wall decor oh yes oh yes it is get black curtains it's nice because these windows seem to actually like these curtains seem to fit the windows i don't see like right there just seems like it's a little off if your ocd is immense it will kick in and you won't be able to think about anything else we got lightning bolts here now these are only available for certain jobs like you don't get the items after the job it's kind of a bummer you kind of kind of gotta level up gotta get you gotta get your level on but this room is technically done when it comes to what it's necessary to be in this room so let's go ahead and move over to this one this joint all right bedrooms hardwood which ones are bigger we'll get more value out of this side over here with the hardwood nice hardwood oh yeah brown walls what's up with the brown walls and we have some bricks i kind of dig it it's a lighter fare this one over here this one gives a little bit of a kind of a an industrial kind of look and i dig it but let's just go with this for now we'll go ahead and get a single bed most of these are going to be pretty basic just stick to your guns i usually when it comes to single beds i put them in the corner that leaves you more room to roam but you know you can decorate however you wish it's just my little thing that i like to do uh and i'm putting up some basic lamps again gotta stay within budget wear nine grand and then because once you're done with all these i'll show you what you gotta do to really make it pop and get that thing to five stars you know what i'm saying bro i kind of dig these chairs here it looks nifty it might be a little too expensive though so we might have that'll be the first thing gone if i need to do something with it now let me go ahead and i'm gonna pop these wall shelves i'm gonna do kind of like a little three banger maybe even a four banger i don't know getting wild oh oh yeah so small decorations now you can take some books or a nice little a schooner it's not a schooner it's a sailboat a schooner is a soil boat stupid head you know what there is no easter bunny over there that's just a guy in a suit ah let's see and then this way you can put all sorts of decorations plants i know we can put some plants they love plants everybody loves plants who doesn't love plants but grab one of these cacti and you can place this in here there we go i knew i could do it flowers abound aplenty oh this place is going to be off the chain but don't forget get yourself a little carpet action in here too this thing looks just like it shouldn't belong because it shouldn't we need some more wall decorum this has more of a pink vibe to it there you go pretty all right in this bedroom linoleum floors you got it you want to see some gross stuff you want to see something gross bang i mean it doesn't i mean it can work a little bit if you could pick out the right stuff especially since they're they want they want gray on the walls too hey i'm your man since we have a kind of an industrial thing going here let's just make it just make it look like they're they're living in a warehouse okay so these walls are done for the most part most of their rooms are all just kicking in do they have any special items sometimes at the very bottom yes so we need kettle and darts well we can throw we throw a set of darts in here no problem watch boom this area that we have nothing to do with um what else kettle oh i can put a kettle in here watch out amazing so what you need to do is hit alt and it'll show you all the rooms that have the decor scores this one's a hundred percent so you don't need to do anything with this one this one has a hundred or seventy one percent you click on it it'll add it'll show you what you can do to add an extra decor score so i need some wall items some wool plants they love wall plants they can't get enough of them maximize to put as many things in here as i can so we'll go ahead and we'll move a lot of these items because i want to put the tv up against the wall here so we're going to move this right here i'm going to take our television set let's go we're going big baby and let's get it get ourselves a nice lovely couch oh yeah get a carpet it's the most expensive coffee we have and it kind of fits it's going to be a little bit of a we're going to have a christmas house it's going to be green and red apparently gross let's go ahead and move this over a smidge a tad a hint this over to here you know get some curtains and in the kitchen we'll get ourselves a beautiful lovely hood let's get a microwave crack-a-lacking the weird setup got a weird setup going on here ain't going live give ourselves a nice toaster and let's get we got a blender and a kettle fantastic which problem is bud oh no that's okay later hater what we're gonna do is we're gonna line up a bunch of books on the shelf here dream catchers throw it up there while we're at it and let's get some art while we're here it's the only poster right now that gives just an overabundance of color i like that and let's put a couple here sell that we got a banger in here just the top of the line stainless steel products as far as the eye can see and that's about as tippy top as i can go other than just changing the entire kitchen
