Hey everyone, welcome today's video where I'm
gonna give you my top seven sites for finding interiors and templates for
your KDP books to publish on Amazon and hopefully make some sales and
hopefully make some money online. Not guaranteed, but unless you
give it a shot, you'll never know. Now why am I doing this?
While often I get asked, where can I find KDP interiors? Because when creating low content and
medium content books to publish on Amazon, it's one of the most difficult
aspects of the book creation process. And a lot of people want to
know where to find interiors, where to find free interiors and
where to find good quality original interiors that you can either edit or
directly upload to the KDP platform. And in fact, I'm gonna show you the site where I
got the interior for my bestselling book from which to date
hassold over 22,000 copies. Now if you've been here
before, you know the score. My name's Paul Marles and I do
videos and hack to make keep it, keep it and grow it, and that's
your money I'm talking about. If you do like videos like

and score came from. Anyway, let's get straight into this
and the first site is Gumroad. And here I've done a search
for KDP Interior and on this site you'll find a whole collection of
interiors that you either have to pay for or some interiors that are free. And there is quite a large selection here. But one of the main reasons I wanted to
show you this is that I do in fact have my own Gumroad shop here where
I do have a number of free interiors that are either ready
to upload to the KDP platform or that you can edit. And in fact
I wanted to show you this one here, which is the lined paper interior, which amazingly has been
downloaded over 61,000 times and has over 1000 5 star reviews. But the reason I wanted to show this is
that you can actually use this in the free software platform, Canva and you can edit this so
you can use your creativity and create more bespoke interiors.
You can add your own graphics, you can remove lines, adding
things like prompts, adding quotes. And so create books like prompt
journals, gratitude journals, so it really is flexible and
absolutely free to download and use however, which way, you want. Second site is Book Bolt,
where to find these interiors, go to bookbolt.io, click on resources, then click on Interior Wizard. And if you scroll down you'll find
that we've got a lot of different free interiors that you can use and
these are dead easy to download. You just click whether you want
a bleed or no bleed interior, choose the size of your
book, choose the page. Count, and then just hit download. Now you've got a PDF ready to
upload to the KDP platform. Now we do have these other options here, which you can see are grade out and
says members only. It's not free, it's either $9.99 per month
or $19.99 per month if you join the version where you can
create puzzle book interiors. But it just gives you some extra different
types of interiors that you can use. Next for third, and this is
one of my favorite sites, particularly for free
interiors and that is Canva. Now when searching for interiors, I wouldn't go searching for things
like KDP Interiors or KDP templates. You won't find much comes up. What you've
got to do is be a bit more specific. And here I've put in logbook just
to, to give you some examples. And a lot of these are free. You'll
notice some do have this gold crown and the words pro written next to it. Those are for those that do
have a pro version of Canva, which is a monthly subscription version. But a lot of these you can
use in the free version. But I'll show you an example of
this in a moment. Before that, I just wanted to show you this. I did a search for coloring pages and
actually I was surprised at the range of offerings we've got here. We've
got things like coloring pages, but we've also got things
like puzzle book pages, color by numbers pages,
word tracing pages. So you could use these actually to
build up things like activity books as well as coloring books, but all
different types of books there. So it really is a good resource and again, if we look at these examples at the top, they are free to use. So let's have
a look at one of these examples. This medication log here, this opens up
the template, gives you some details. It's for an 8.5 by 11 inch book. And all we need to do is just click on
customize this template and it will open it up in Canva. And we can do a whole range of
things with this particular template. So we can do things like remove
the background, remove that image, we could change the font
here to something else. Let's change that to archivo black
and we can change the coloring as well. So we could change the color of this
heading and we could choose something like pink if we so wished. And then it's just a case of duplicating
that page and building up the interior of your book. So again, that's all
free of charge. A great resource. Next or fourth is one of my
favorite sites and that is Creative Fabrica. The reason being it's
one of my favorite sites is that there are thousands of different types of
interiors and templates on this site, but it's also my go to
site for images and fonts. And one of the most important things
is that you get the commercial license to use a lot of these resources
in your books and so saves that headache of worrying about whether
you're gonna get your account shut down because you've used something that
you shouldn't have used on your books. So we'll just do a search
for KDP interior and you can see we've got wow, over 147,000 results. And here you can find interiors
for almost any type of low content and medium content
book. So instead of doing
a search for KDP interior, you might want to be a bit more
specific. Now it's not free, I will leave a link down below in the
description as with all the other sites I mentioned. in this video I'll leave a
link in the description with that link. You do get special offer which is
available to viewers of this channel. And in fact you can get the
first month for free and download up to 10 items. So you could in theory download
10 different interiors and as I said, they've got the commercial rights. So really is a good resource and
thoroughly recommended. But number five, I hope that's number five, we've got Etsy and here I've
done a search for KDP template. Now you find the templates on Etsy
are a little bit more expensive than the many other sites, but you do get what you pay for and
what you'll often find is a lot of these interiors are of better quality, easier to edit and a lot
of these are original interiors as well that you may not find
on some of the other sites. So that's a good resource. Next we've
got Tangent Templates. Again, another of my favorites. The reason being, this is where I got the interior
for my best selling book and it's a really useful and easy
platform to use. It's not free, however, it does cost $59. When I took out membership here, I
think it was $49, that was back in 2018. But considering from that $49 investment, that one book has made over $42,000, I think that's a pretty good return.
So I'll show you how easy it is to use. You've got all these different interiors
here and it's just a case of clicking on one, putting in your trim
size or choose 8.5 by 11, putting in your page count,
choose bleed or no bleed, this particular page is
only available in bleed. Then clicking on Download Interior and
that will give you the PDF interior that's ready to upload to
the KDP platform. And the
beauty of these is that they are very good quality so you have no
worries when you do upload them with things like formatting issues, again, you've got the commercial rights to use
these particular types of interiors and this site does offer
other features as well. We've got the interior designer here, so you can create your own
interiors with a mixture of images, shapes that are available on the platform. But what I particularly like about this
is it does have a handwriting font, both a normal handwriting font
and a lined handwriting font. So if you're into creating
handwriting interiors, this is a really good resource. And
it's got lots of other functions here. It's got a pricing
calculator category explorer. So if you are having difficulty coming
up with categories for your books, you can search under particular keywords
and it'll give you suggestions for categories. And there's other features
as well. This one here, tangent builder. Again, you can build up an interior
with different types of
pages from those pages that they do have on offer. Now
lastly at number seven, we've got Fiverr here. I've
done a search for KDP Interior. Here is good because you can
get more bespoke interiors. You can actually have a discussion with
a creator and create something that you may not be able to find on
some of the other sites. And you can create something
that may be a bit more original. So you know you haven't got issues
with things like duplicate content or interiors that other people may have used. And here you'll find a lot of different
creators offering services not just for interiors but also covers as well. It's one of my favorite sites for
actually getting a creator to create a personal bespoke cover to use on
your book. And you can get edits as well. So if you don't
like a particular design, you can get them to
change it a little bit. And you can also get creators to
create the whole book. So you can, they'll create the cover and
the interior and in fact, here's an example of a l my
first learn to write workbook. Now one thing I would say if you are
using fFiverr is that you do have a discussion with the creator to make
sure that they do have the commercial rights to use the images that they
use to create the interiors or book covers cbecause you don't. What you don't want to do is find yourself
in that situation where you publish your book and then Amazon
comes at you, or worse, cancels your account because you've
used images for which you don't have the commercial rights to use. So you
just have to do your own due diligence, have that discourse with the creator
and make sure that the images used do have the commercial rights. Now if you are interested,
