ladies and gentlemen it is one of them days it has been raining all morning since I woke up I was thinking I could play with some guns play with some chainsaws or both thing I want to do is fix one of these chainsaws here that's what we need right there we got the 440 and the 435 which I replaced this on there so I don't I had the sticker on there these should be compatible what I got going on here is I had this in the holster of my trailer one day I rode down a hill with my trailer behind me with the gas can in it so when I went down the hill the gas can slid to the side the trailer knocked the trailer over and flipped it so my I saw was sticking out the sides when it hit the ground it broke this anti vibration thing here it's like broke pretty bad right there tried some paracord I've tried a clamp nothing will hold it good so I figured since it's just a rainy day this 435 I pretty sure that this 435 handle and gas tank an an anti vibration uh spring all this should fit this one I think they are compatible so that's what's up actually it was missing this part with no bar I paid 25 bucks for this uh 440 that's like dang near brand new took the bar off of this one and this part off of that one so a lot of these parts are compatible this saw I actually you can see where it was painted spray painted um cuz I found this in a dumpster found this in a Northern Tool dumpster it looked brand spanking new when I found it except for the pain off pretty much run it to death I ran it so this just a part saw now it looks to me I think we just have to take these out take this handle off here uh take that bolt out here that holds his handle on take that off this trigger that should just kind of come slide out of that I think that's pretty much it those three bolts and then this bolt that holds this part I think that's it so it's like yeah it's only it seems like it's only connected to the handle and then here so that seems pretty basic I think we just have to take the gas the fuel lines they're connected to the carburetor here so I think we're just going to have to uh disconnect the two fuel lines and that's it right yeah I think we just connect it from this bulb here and oh and then we have this uh that Tu there so it's a good thing that we're doing this one first that way uh if I mess anything up I'll learn from this one and then we'll do a better job on this one so and I don't know maybe during this process maybe we'll pop off some guns a couple times I don't know but uh wow just blew asses all the way in here and uh some wi in my coffee guess uh I should say if you're as bored as me today and it's raining and you want to hang out cool if you got better [ __ ] to do than to hang out and listen to me talk then uh you're free to go do what you got to do you know what I mean so that's the pickup tube right there this is The Post Line over here it looks like it just kind of goes straight down so oh the pulse line I guess the pulse line goes from the tank up through there to the carburetor so it actually slides through that hole Yeah stuff like this you're always just uh just I don't know I guess you just don't know until you know you know what I mean let's see if maybe loosening this up will give me some room to kind of see in there maybe see what's going on in there okay need pliers for that one if I was smart i' have taking a time to find me this size drill bit and use a dang drill for this but I got time little more there we go all right got that we'll throw the screws in there got us an extra handle all right so now as you can see it's quite a bit looser okay wish I knew if I could pull that out of the tank or not so this is the broke one maybe I need to try to pull that out of this one and see if it breaks or not so I guess I need to go ahead and take this one apart too so I'm going to go ahead and take this one off the same as I did that and then I think I'm going to try to pull this line out of the tank and see if I can remove that instead of disconnecting it from the carb yeah I think I'm doing that yeah in right order yeah so I'm going to start working on this one take the handle off of this one we're going to experiment with this one on the tank and see if we can get that off there so so we got the handle off of this one now looks like we got this part right here holding on that I didn't notice so we're going to take these two out here there's also an anti vibration Spring right in there attached to this gas tank handle I got to take that one out and this is really going to loosen it up this one should come off because this broke up front as you can see that's where it broke right there so this will come off without loosening this one up that one I got to take that bolt help also so this one out here all right this is the one that I'm not going to be using so yeah I want to see if I can separate these hoses from the gas tank instead of carburetor here so this is kind of some experimenting here all right what else we got going on what else is holding in here I need to take that one out too maybe yeah I think that's holding it in there too all right I might have to take the whole bar off the St just a little bit dirty all right all right now uh well dang I might need some air compressor action now this thing is kind of dirty I might actually put the cover back on this thing and blow all this out now that one's not dirty at all get in there goodness all right so now I should be able to get to this this now goodness and this one is right there okay and I don't know why that's not going down in there it's just full of stuff yes it is all right that's the same as oh that one's different than them other screws so I got to remember that one's different there there we go all right now we got our hoses right there this is the broke one so now we can experiment with this I'm going clean my hands first uh possibly I'm going to blow all this out and there's another plastic piece we don't want to lose Parts okay so I think I'm going to put my air filter back on and that cover yeah air filter cover and then I'm going to blow all this out and clean it this is uh this is horrible oh yeah all right I think this should be good enough from now I guess while we over here we out of paint in my targets can you see them I don't know if you can see them or not kind of far you see them can you see them way here wonder if we can hit this thing with the pistola I just painted them going try to hit that big one on the bottom there it's kind of far but uh I think we could probably we do it right got that little one on accident go I'm going right by the dang thing there we go we got it right by the dang thing well we got it one time out of a whole crap load all right we got 15 this thing holds I think 17 but I put like 15 in them all right let's see where we hit this dang thing there we go there we go goly oh one one more in the chamber come on can we hit it dang it well we need a little practice all right we need is a little more practice with the shoot maybe we'll uh get us in some more practice if we can accomplish this uh chainsaw Mission here blew this thing out pretty good it looks a lot better now what we really want to know is if I can I know one of these is going to the pickup tube well that one comes out pretty easy there so we can definitely slide that one down through here like so here this one just comes right off of this that comes right off of that pump there that's not too hard to get out just slides right through that hole there looks like so that was easy this one connects to the bottom of the carburetor down there uh I mean that actually looks pretty easy to put back on so that's not a problem yeah we're just going to pull that off and put that back on too that's what I wanted to know really where's my round uh there they are use my round ones so we don't mess nothing up here but we're going to reach right down in here and pull this off that carburetor up there see that's uh it's in a tight spot that's why I was wondering if I could take it off this tank so I guess I could pull it out of the tank if I take the filter off first yeah see that's the one there we go Gusty wind all right I think we got it with our pliers here good grief all right it's kind of a decent filter now they got grease all over it all right so now that'll just come right out the tank like that all right it's off now we just need the other one to put back on here this will pretty much never get used again because it's broke so so yeah I mean how's this one attached here and then that one just pops out like that so really I could have just popped that one off the tank and left that run through if I wanted to either way I mean either way it seems easy probably easier to take it off the carburetor than to do that but we did that so that's what we doing it is time to resemble dang this is exciting man all righty stick that through like that there we go that hole goes that way like that Clips right here that goes back to this pump uh know I can't think of the word you call that now put this back under here my missing rubber thingy here okay so that goes there I do believe oh I got a do that dirt and stuff we got that part off a little bit of a pain here be a little aggravating okay so that go slides in that and that goes in that this goes in that and then I'm I need the piece that goes there that's got to go up through that hole hole here that's going through there stick that piece in there and this piece sticks into that okay pull it it through here and then this goes in that hole there this one's going back in here and it's going to slide up under there and this screw this one's g in it like that this flips around that way oh we got to get our trigger in there [ __ ] okay so take those back out need a trigger wow it's windy today got my fire pit asses flying everywhere all right so that's got to loosen back up that trigger there goes in Parts flying everywhere good Lord all right I think most people cut all this uh these mishaps out all right um now we can put this back in there I think we're getting there I think we're getting this thing back together trigger works now we need one there stick this down over that put this hose bag on here getting close we're getting close can't see it you on there all right that looks like it's on there back in there I guess uh oh filter got to put her filter bag on all right I guess uh oh handle get our handle back on here stress it out some go that there we go got in place there all right go back to this one and I'm going to line that one up too for [Applause] we good we good sure they're all tight I think we might be good think we got this thing back together now let's just hope it runs that's how you know you did a good job is when it starts so let's see if it'll start put us some gas in there y'all ready there ain't no switch on it it's that right [Music] [Music] uh-oh you [Music] good [Music] dang it ain't broke no more all right we going to put this bag on Wow thank you Heavenly Father man we got Sals let's do it again cool let's put the bar B on this thing and call it done so we we have a running we have a husa 440x torque that ain't broke anymore so that is uh very awesome we have a few extra parts I am happy I'm glad I have this saw back together and functional
