Games Were Just SITTING at This Yard Sale... $10 to $50K Pt 8

we wanted to see if our business could turn $10 into 50,000 in only 5 months holy cow last week we doubled our efforts and sent two teams out to garage sales and spent $71 on finding a bunch of stuff to buy so we can try and make it happen jeez we listed our high-end collectibles on eBay to try and sell them quick for good deals because we have two rules in this business one the speed of cash meaning we can't spend money we don't have and two the fast nickel model meaning we have to sell everything in a week otherwise we give it away over the weekend we got the quick sales that we want getting $500 from some stuff on eBay the biggest sale over the weekend was the Lego Django Fett which unfortunately only sold for $180 but we made our money back and then we sold all the video games on whatnot for $1,441 but with those sales that brings our wallet to $386 and like we mentioned last week we actually have the opportunity to buy like a video game accessories palette for $1,500 so let's buy that now and I'm really hoping it's here before the end of the week okay it is 2 Days Later Al palal I have some bad news what the pallet won't be able to be delivered until next week oh yeah so sucks yeah that does stink but we did manage to sell the rest of the eBay items you said for 243 bucks yeah it was a pretty good score so that's good so that brings our wallet to $2,549 dang but I think that's still plenty of money for us to go out to garage sales with $2,500 I think that's safe to say yeah it's a Thursday and me and brother Dave are going out sailing today the name of the game is speed there there's going to be tons of resellers there so the first couple hours are crucial so we're going to try to get to as many sales as quick as possible mega sale let's get it I'm feeling good I'm feeling good I hope we fill up the car what do you think brother Dave I'm feeling really good I we we're due for a day um out the last two days that I've been out have been so I'm ready for a yay what do you really want to see today N64 GameCube always is always what I'm looking for so let's go by chance you guys have any like video games or trading cards or cameras or anything it's a neighborhood and there could be children playing so uh you know Drive responsibly and uh don't drive fast at all so oh this guy's got games he's got two stoves yep he's got games now based on what you have I'm going to guess this is a long shot would you happen to have any old video games line around the house video games yeah oh look he has cameras he does have cameras new Polaroid we'll take it for $3 all right there you go sir you don't have any more cameras or anything like that no I didn't look it up cuz he was like standing 2T in front of us but I'm going to look it up right now and let you know what it's worth all right it's worthless cool well we took a Gamble and hopefully we can sell and get our money back long shot but do you have any old video games lying around the each they're really nice yeah I got some games to switch Games Captain Toad me grab these and those and see if they have more do you guys have any more video games I you have these couple switch games is down there yeah well we'll have to pull her out but so good score I'm happy there he is the man the myth the Mew would you would you go any lower on the the Graco no not the okay we'll do the 20 on it perfect thank you just picked up this for $20 it's the best brand that you can get and I think it's going to sell quick I think it's like maybe 4050 it's not huge profit but I think we'll get it in the seven days I got this for who else my son I am very excited to give this to him he's going to freak he might actually do the I call it the the JT dance gets it from me is it $5 for all these yes okay I'll pay you for this and I'll keep looking thank you thank you would you go any lower on this oh yeah did you go five bucks yeah there's that thank you very much so we just picked up these for $5 a piece I think this is probably worth 25 these are probably worth 20 to 25 I'm feeling not great things are kind of slow so we're just having to take little winds where we can um we're trying to go really fast but we still haven't seen much success but we actually have a fellow reseller Michael cash who could possibly sell us some stuff later today so if we don't get much hopefully we can um hang out with him and and buy some stuff good how you doing it's fun to find games in the wild is fun to find games would you go any lower on it it's at 50 did you do like 35 I'll do 40 and that's for everything yeah okay go uh sure we'll do 40 there's that perfect thank you ladies and gentlemen we found games we got got a PS2 slim with two games two controllers and all the cords and a memory card for 40 bucks it just been a long time alpal since I've seen something like this in fact here yeah not that you have any hands this is our first video game find in a very long time and it just happened to be carrying our good luck charm so I guess I got to put it on that's crazy that you were car I just happened to carry it just this sale because I was like you know I should just see if it's truly good luck guess what and now you're wearing it so that's like double luck it's like double luck I feel ready to go D we're going to find some more stinking games man I don't know why I said stinking but it felt good felt like I was saying something powerful I don't I really I'm just insecure about the fact that I said stinking I don't stinking that just shows you character guess in your heart we look for for sure we'll take a look if you I can grab it and bring it down yeah that'd be awesome thank you let me go grab it I'll put right down all right thank you what were you guys thinking on yeah so he has a GameCube spice orange SP orange which I didn't think was an ntsc I feel like it might be it could be a pal that was transferred has like he said it was refurbished was probably refurbished to to actually play ntsc yeah I was wrong I have three controllers that power cord got the plugin for the uh what's it called audio video okay good shape that looks like you Japanese Japanese okay but these are are those Us games Us games okay so this is Furbish it was like modded yeah yeah yeah that's super cool it went through had it fully repaired and everything yeah you might games real quick not a problem I understand that entirely the older ones were not as well held up those games can too that one's I I don't even remember really having that one but I think we can do 75 me I've never actually seen this at a garage sale so this is another dumb thing that the didn't release so this is a Japanese console it's still good value though because it's just it's really rare to find and it's modded too so I feel like well what so I think we paid 75 bucks for it so I think that's paying up for it but I don't I don't know I don't remember what these are worth but I think it's a good score especially with those three games Simpsons Hit and Run it's a great game for GameCube KN for Speed underground is great game so I'm happy telling you alpal it's this jersey man it's this Atari 5200 and a n you can bring them out and and we can see if we'll look at it for sure yeah we'll give you an offer so she took five bucks on this Genesis mini now she's going to go get Atari and a there a is manual in there I don't know the manual and then let me check on that one the manual does not look to be in there but the box is in pretty good shape Airwolf and Caesar so nothing like crazy as far as the games go except like Dragon Warrior's cool def find us at garage sales is I don't know if I've ever seen complete a box at garage sales before oh and we got this go yeah this is a much better garage sale day than we've had in a long time it surely is so we struck out at the last couple sales I called Michael cash he said he didn't have anything for us today which is unfortunate but we're going to go back to the barn and show you guys everything that we got today pal what do we got well it it it was significantly better than last week when we went out um nothing yeah and got like nothing we actually found games and stuff it actually got to be aane was see a Pokémon Pok we saw Pokemon buy poon it's like Chase is saying see a toilet use a toilet so we got these all these plushies for a dollar a piece that's good wow that'll work and this was a dollar and then those I think we got for like 15 total I see Pokemon cards it looks like it's all modern for the most part how much did you pay it's all modern so it's all it's all these cards and then all back all this in here okay okay okay we got stuff is falling everywhere that's okay we got for 16 bucks oh okay that's worth it then yep that'll work we seemed like I knew I at least knew that it was all modern but yeah I don't even want to look through it too much cuz I know there's I figured it was a safe buy at $15 are these like little mystery packs or something I'm not actually sure it's all codes scan these you're welcome talk to me later scan them all this guy this guy ripped past it was kind of a gamble for us cuz we didn't know much about Pokémon but shoot all right what's in there so the PS2 bundle we got a PS2 bundle couple games for 40 bucks and then this this was on an ask the guy brought it out he's got this it a spice orange with three uh controllers and three games so KNE for Speed underground hit and run and Flushed Away that is modded to play ntsc I was going to say you know this is Japanese right okay 75 bucks for that I found an NES with games so this was Max is definitely the piece over this sa yes it is of the dang of the day we got this whole bin for 100 bucks oh yeah that'll work nice dang Mario 3 Dragon Warrior magic darts this looks like Monopoly some others this was on an ask it is a title game but this is one of the least expensive I have to say power the ask so you guys spent two $298 total which brought our wallet down to$ 2,251 let's Vault that so we can get back down to $11,000 in our wallet bringing us to $3,090 vaulted we are heavily behind Pace but I think this is going to be an exponential game it is an exponential game but we have got to get some really good buys that we can move really quickly and get this ball rolling hopefully the pallet
