Galaxy Buds3 Pro and Buds3 First Impressions... 🤔 (with Mic Samples!)

hey guys so I've had the chance to try the stem type Samsung Galaxy buds 3 Pro and the buds 3 this time they're all about sound optimization there's adaptive mode so the microphones in the earbuds can monitor the ambient noises in your surroundings and give you optimized sound and noise cancelling and even auto switch into ambient mode so you can hear important sounds around you like the sound of sirens and this you can activate in the Samsung waros app with the auto turn on ambient mode feature but I'm sure many of you are also curious about their performance so I'm going to give you my first impressions having tested their sound quality active noise cancelling transparency and mic pickup I've even recorded some samples of their microphones which I hope will give you a sense of where they're at in terms of microphone pickup now that being said I am coming back to you with my full review with in-depth analysis of the butts 3 Pro and the butts 3 so if you're not subscribed yet get with stems now with squeeze controls something that we've seen on airpods only that the squeeze and slight gesture controls are performed with the thumb which I think is more intuitive than how the airpods does it just using your index finger and of course they've got that charging case with the transparent lid as seen in the Leakes as with previous Galaxy buds they both use the Samsung varable app which is only available on Android devices and if you're using a recent Samsung device well lucky you you can access the settings straight from the Bluetooth paring menu instead of having to go through the app they also both support Samsung's ultra high quality audio C deack called SSC or Samsung simulus codak which streams up to 24bit 96 gz audio and as with previous Samsung Galaxy buds you don't get any ldac or apx support on these earbuds only SSC a Pity but I understand where Samsung is coming from it is to make these earbuds an integral part of Samsung's ecosystem now the main difference between the Galaxy Buzz 3 Pro and the buzz 3 is that the buzz 3 pro has the blade light indicator on the stem which indicates power and pairing status as well as assist in finding the earbuds in the dark especially it's also got two-way drivers and noise isolating ear tips which the buzz 3 doesn't this is a very important difference that affects noise cancelling and sound quality let me explain in terms of noise cancelling I did find the bots 3 Pro quite effective at bringing down the sound of human chatter I was in a pretty crowded room with background music and it managed to bring the noise level down to the point where if I'm playing music there's very little to no background noise creeping into my zone and yes I could tell that it is an improvement over the buds 2 Pro in terms of active noise cancelling the buds 3 which does not have noise isolating ear tips also has active noise cancelling but it was overall very mild and ineffective it was indeed something like the Galaxy Buzz life offered as then I still had to bring up the volume of my music to try and beat the noise around me which is very bad for my ears in terms of sound quality the bus 3 pro has a two-way driver setup which involves one pler magnetic Tweeter and one frequency driver each driven by their own amplifier and this time it can achieve a frequency range up to 40 Kilz no it's not a nless balanc amateur and dynamic driver setup but nonetheless it made a very strong first impression it had thick juicy Basse smooth vocals clean track separation and the timber of wind and string instruments sounded realistic and overall Dynamic exciting sound signature and most important of all it didn't have that sibilance in the upper mid-range which I didn't like about the buds 2 Pro so this time vocals didn't sound too shrill or too bright instead it sounded rich and smooth and there was great track separation too I actually went into the app to check if there were any so-called Shenanigans who knows maybe someone toyed around with the EQ settings before I got to try them right but they were actually on their default EQ settings so so yeah surpris to say that I'm pretty hyped about the bus 3 proos sound the bus 3 was quite a lot thinner in the Basse frequencies and I did need to turn up the volume to beat the noise around me but from my brief listening session it had a rather similar tuning to the pro model in terms of the mids and the highs I really looking forward to running a frequency sweep on these earbuds see how they actually are okay if there is one thing about the bu 3 Pro that I am very impressed by it is transparency mode when I put it into transparency mode and I do this by pressing and holding on the stem it really lets in a lot of the ENT sounds in a very clear way it's very transparent but it feels very natural as well it's like if I take off this earbud there's really very little difference compared to when I have the earbuds in that's how transparent it is not bad now let's talk about their mic pickup I found the busz 3 Pro and the bus 3 to be very comparable they both applied heavy noise gating in this particular noisy situation but I still sounded intelligible now this is actually something that's very hard to achieve for twws earbuds if there is a difference between these earbuds I think the bus 3's noise gating is a little more aggressive than the busz 3 Pro so my voice had a little less base in it and sounded more nasal than on the bus 3 Pro I mean have I listened to the samples I'm now making a phone call in a pretty noisy mod environment with people around me Bing like so yeah everyone's having a good time I'm here testing the M pickup of these Galaxy buds 3 Pro and now switching over to the Galaxy buds 3 in three two and one okay so here I'm testing the M pickup of the Galaxy bus 3 and this is the open your version in a noisy clouded environment as usual with people around me talking Yep this is the my quality of a galaxy buds 3 and 3 two 1 now overall from my first encounter with the buds 3 Pro they seem to be a huge improvement over the previous version in terms of sound sound transparency and even for microphone pickup now it is true that there is a large section of the market that feels that stem type earbuds don't fit as well as earplug style designs but there are also people who do prefer stamp type earbuds precisely because of its lighter fit or rather that stamp type earbuds fit better for them now for me I haven't really decided if these new earbuds are worth the up at this moment so I'm going to have to do an indepth analysis use them for some time so that I can get a clearer picture of where the bus 3 Pro and the bus 3 are in terms of performance versus the competition that's going
