some issues with recovery time until I started adding in Mobility like you said man do I wish I could go back in time and convince 20 year old Barbara to do strength of Mobility but it's never too late to start thank you for all you do Chris you are such an amazing trainer and I'm grateful for you every day right heel front huh you're tapping no no no listen to me I I told you guys to tap you
