squad hey man say man i said what's good too  jay man y'all know the advice i'm going to like   subscribe yeah i know i got another banger for  y'all today man now today y'all i'm here to bring   y'all to sauce bro i'm here to you know i'm saying  add a little razzle dazzle to your tuning you know   what i'm saying bro today i'm going to teach you  guys how to tune a little more professionally in   a set of course and now these little tips that  i've gotten have actually come from bdc pro   drivers x pro drivers you know what i'm saying so  people who actually know how to tune in a settle   and make it more of a professional tune where  your car has the maximum amount of handling and   you know what i'm saying you have a lot of control  you know what i'm saying so with all that being   said y'all let's go ahead and hop straight into  it as y'all can see right now we're in the wdt   180 sx now we can arguably say wdt it's probably  the actually no it is the most widely used car   pack on a set of corsa when we're talking  online and offline now you can arguably say   it could be um adc or gravy garage or anything but  i'm telling y'all right now it's it's wdt wgt has   been on top for a minute y'all so we're gonna go  ahead i'm gonna teach you guys how i set up my wdt   cars for uh i'm saying on the more professional  type of way you know i'm saying and i'm gonna   teach you guys what each individual slider or you  know i'm saying if you tweak this what it's going   to do and things and so forth like that you know  i'm saying so yeah with all that being said let's   go and get straight into this we're going to start  over here as you all can already see man i got the   drift set up already ready to go man but over  here in the gearing okay now for the gear ratios   some people don't understand this some people do  okay now this video is for my people who actually   know how to tune some people might not know what  things might certain things might not do you know   i'm saying some i'm just here to give you all  the sauce on everything i'm saying so of course   with the gear ratios all right we can easily say  higher the number smaller the gear ratio okay so   if you make this number higher then you're gonna  have more acceleration but you're gonna have less   of a top speed if you make it lower you're gonna  have lower acceleration but you're gonna have   a higher top speed you know i'm saying now  me personally when i'm using uh on circuits   i go with the nismos three seven uh or the  three point sevens right here but if i'm   doing a togue i bring this down to about we'll  do about the 4.36 and run it there with a higher   drivetrain rate now i will teach you guys about  the drivetrain here in a second okay now for this   um actually we're on cg all the land with it  right so here i would set up my car with about   125 kilometers at the second gear and mostly  push second maybe third if we got some straights   you know what i'm saying but yeah that's how i  was set up there now you guys can always use the   z32s which i don't know why anybody uses z32s  because the second gear always looks like that   it's shorter than the first one the os guy cans  those are really good to use too honestly i would   go with the os guy cans if you're not using the  nismos and then the s15 silvia's they're really   kind of smaller but not that bad you know  i'm saying the 180 sx's not bad on the second   gear the third gear is kind of long though you  know what i'm saying so me i'm going to go with   the nismos so over here in the tires now i'm  talking with the wdts tires y'all in the rear   i'm pushing 15 psi okay ideally you want  to have these tires sitting at 25 or below   with the psi in the rear and then in the front  you want them to sit 25 or bet between 25 and   30 i would say maybe psi in the front now  personally um yeah this is what i would run but   uh for the people who don't know uh for tire  pressures the lower the tire pressure me equals   more traction but you have a less of a top  speed okay think about that okay more traction   less top speed but if you have it higher okay you  have less traction but a higher top speed now the   only thing is with these uh with the psi if you  make it too high that can also cause you to have   excessive wheel spin and you will be super slow  so you want to find that happy medium between   grip and non-grip or grip and loss of traction you  know what i'm saying with drifting now this is for   the setup for drifting we're going to do a setup  for racing here soon but right now today's video   is going to be for the drift setup okay so moving  over to leaders of course gas gas consumption all   that now if you guys want to to if your car does  not swing that much add some leaders into that gas   kink okay as ah crank it up bro if you want to  crank it up all the way to 50 your car is going   to be a little heavier but you'll sway a little  bit more just a little tidbit for you guys okay   um turbos honestly you guys should know from here  less percentage on the turbo equals less power   okay higher percentage equals maximum power you  know what i'm saying always with me i'm going to   normally push between 80 to 100 with all the cars  that i use uh alignment in the front okay now here   we go with the camera okay now camber is a little  bit tricky okay now before you deal with camber   you might want to deal with suspension now let  me go over to suspension for suspension uh in the   rear you kind of want it to be a little bit loose  but you don't want it to be to the point where   the car is just excessively bouncing you know  what i'm saying so here i kept mine at about 50   but normally when when i say suspension rate okay  that's how soft and how tight that you want that   suspension okay so for here i left mine at about  50 and left the um uh the ride height in the back   at about 12 let me go here to the side so you guys  can kind of see i like my cars to fit kind of well   with the fitment you know i'm saying but i want  them to still be a little bit sturdy have that you   know i'm saying that rigidness but not too much  you know so when i say that you guys want to mess   with the suspension first is because when you  alter the suspension rate and the height of the   car that also messes with the camber and the toe  so you want to kind of do your suspension first   and get it to fit just right and fit how you want  it to feel and then go ahead and mess with the um   with the camber and everything right so here  of course you guys see how my fitment is now   uh with the anti-rolls okay now i'm gonna teach  you guys with this the anti-rolls the tighter you   make that anti-roll equals the less sway you  have in your car okay so you don't want that   anti-roll to be too tough to the point where when  you're steering it's just weird or it feels snappy   okay and you also don't want it to be too loose  to the point where the car is excessively rolling   okay you don't want too much roll but you don't  want too little roll now in the front i keep mine   at about 20k and then in the rear i keep it at  about 9k but 9k is the absolute max that i have my   anti rolls for the wdt's in the back okay now for  some other cars there's a little difference okay   with more uh higher power you probably want a  higher anti-roll rate you know what i'm saying   with the lower horsepower you probably want a  lower anti-roll rate so it's a give and take with   that one you kind of have to experiment with that  but the biggest thing is to worry about your wheel   rate and the ride height you don't want the ride  height to be too low you also don't want it to be   too high okay so after you mess with the  suspension y'all are going to go over here to   back to the alignment you know i'm saying now with  the camber in the front okay more camber equals   more bow in your car okay now both when i say  more bow i mean more bow and the tires now this   is actually really good though for drifting okay  you don't want too much though okay you want that   happy medium to where your car has traction on  the turns okay but it's guiding your car it's not   directing it okay so that's why most people run  about a negative four to a negative five camber   in the front and then in the rear since your car  is going to have that bounce you got to understand   your tires are going to move too so you want to  have a little bit of a positive camber in the   rear now this is a little too positive for me  right now so we're going to lower that to about   and somewhere about there you know what i'm  saying you want your car to be a little bit on   the positive side but not too much okay you want  that car to have the maximum traction especially   when it's moving and bouncing over these bumps  okay so yeah with that y'all see how i do it with   that and then for the toe in the front you want  more of a negative toe which is a bow out okay   in the front a little bit of a bow out don't go  above to be honest with you i'm a little bit above   threshold i would say about a negative point two  to a negative point one in the front and the same   thing with the rear you want positive though okay  and the rear you want a positive and that is a bow   in all right now for that and probably about  me about a point one to a point two really with   the wdt's i leave it at about a point one and  keep it nice and fresh there but you know you   can experiment with that depending on how you  want your car to feel okay and this is also a   disclaimer do not tune cars if you do not know  how you want your car to feel okay this is a   big thing you guys want to know how your car is  feeling you want to know how you want your car   to feel first before you go out there and you take  a car and you just tune the crap out of it because   you can tune yourself out of loving a good car it  could be a good car as is you know i'm saying so   go ahead through those steps first before you  start too many vehicles all right now dampers   i normally don't mess with the dampers because  normally the normal dampers that come on a car   are uh you you can adjust your driving to how  the dampers feel now if you want to know more   about dampers there's somebody already out  there who has a nice video of it about so   i'm sorry there's already somebody out there  who has a nice video about the dampers but   for me personally i see that in the front the  values are normally higher than in the rear okay   that is the biggest tidbit that i can give you  guys for mainly the most of the cars that i   see you see there's higher values for the bump  fast bump rebound all that stuff in the front   than in the rear so drive train now i remember  i told you guys in the video before that and   actually this was the video that i did on the  uh the uh big tuning guide that i used to do   i used to have my wheels locked completely  a hundred percent on everything and that   is identical to a welded diff okay if you  hear someone say they have a welded diff   that diff is completely 100 locked okay me  personally i if that car has a limited slip   dips are a limited slip diff which is a lsd i  would change the diff power to about 80 percent   the coast at about 70 and then the preload i  would adjust that depending on how much that car   is swaying and not swing and then if you know  i'm saying if you want more wheel spin you can   always adjust those values up and if you want less  will spin you adjust those values down okay now a   higher diff gives you higher acceleration but  a lower top speed and then vice versa a lower   diff percentage gives you lower acceleration but  a higher top speed because you have more traction   now me with the wdt's as you guys can see 80 power  70 um coast and 30 on the preload and it works   perfect okay perfect now for this generic which  normally here you'll probably see engine limiter   brake bias brake power stuff like that okay engine  limiter i let that ride all the way up baby i want   all the limiter but i want that if that car can  reach 11k i want 11 can the limiter you know what   i'm saying uh for brick bias uh in the front end  i uh keep it at about 80 but you can hold this at   about 70 to 80 percent you just want the when you  left foot brake you want that car to lock up just   a little bit in the front but keep escalating that  drift or keep you i'm saying elongating that drift   okay left foot braking definitely helps you guys  extend drifts okay and then brake power that's   up to you guys if you want it to be super hard  like me 100 if you don't want it to be super hard   lower it down you know what i'm saying that's all  you got to do and for now with the wdt's this is   how i set up my car i'm gonna show you guys real  quick though we're gonna drift cg autoland so i   can show you guys that this tune is it's perfect  bro it's perfect hold on let's go ahead and   turn her up just a little bit oh yes sir yes  sir all right let's go ahead and swing this   thing man but i appreciate y'all so much man  if y'all found this video just informative or   any way shape or form man y'all go ahead hit that  like button and subscribe for me you feel me and   also hit the notification bell because y'all know  we go live all the time baby and this is probably   one of our most used car packs when we go live  man so hey y'all already know the vibes man go   ahead and like subscribe it's your boy too jay-z  i'ma see you on the next one you feel me peace
