I've always had decent luck with Fujitsu parts. They are on my (mental) list of "consistently reliable" vendors.
Are the SMT parts on the bottom side glued? Or how do they don't fall off during the wave soldering?
Wouldn't they want more ESD related protection when the workers are handling the boards (eg: when manually placing the through holes parts & placing the boards in the tester)? Or is there ESD protection in place and im just not noticing it?
It's interesting that they test the board as soon as it comes out of the line. I work with industrial electronics and we usually make batches and test them in our test bay department.
