what is up guys stay safe here now when you first hit level 80 in classic wrath there are like 10 million things that you're going to want to do and that you need to do and it can be very overwhelming to figure out what order to do these things in so today i'd like to welcome all you guys to my fresh level 80 classic wrath survival guide so let's just jump right into things your first priority should be to start farming one of the four different primary reputation factions as they all reward a best in slot shoulder enchant depending on your role once you hit revered with their respective faction melee dps should focus on ebb and blade cast or dps should focus on the kirin tor healers should focus on warm rest accord and finally tanks should focus on the argent crusade to farm reputation with each of these factions you must first hit friendly by doing basic open world quests that you're probably going to get taken care of as you naturally level then purchase that faction's respective tabard once you're friendly which will allow you to gain reputation from monsters while in high level and heroic wrath of the lich king dungeons now wrath of the lich king heroic dungeons are known for being incredibly insanely easy which means you don't need to be worried about being under geared for them when you first at level 80. if you have some epic raid level 70 tbc gear or you have maybe some normal wrath of which king leveling gear some blue pieces you're going to be just fine and you're not going to have any issue clearing these rathwitching heroics pretty much the second you hit 80. then beyond farming reputation for your best and slot shoulder enchants you'll also be getting emblems of heroism with which you can buy your best and slot emblem gear from the vendors in dalaran additionally you'll be getting the actual loot from the heroic dungeons themselves several pieces of which will invariably be somewhere on your best and slot list depending on your class and spec so to summarize do heroic dungeons while wearing a reputation tabard every chance you get pretty much on a side note heroic dungeons and classic wrath don't require any keys or attunement processes any quest chains or anything in order to enter them like some of them did in classic tbc so you can just jump directly into them the second you had 80 without needing to complete any prerequisites at all you should also be thinking about sons of hodeo rep which will give you your best and slot helm enchant at exalted unless you're an inscriptionist which rewards an even better helmet but those are only for inscriptionists specifically you should also get sons of photia rep coming in asap by completing daily quests in the storm peaks which need to be unlocked by a quest chain starting with the quest called they took our men beyond just daily quests for the sons of odier you can also buy or farm relics of old war which conveniently drop in both heroic calls of lightning and heroic halls of stone in addition to their normal dungeons in their normal versions so keep an eye out for these two dungeons specifically while you're farming dungeons for your shoulder enchant and for emblems of heroism next up you should start leveling up your professions i'd venture to say that professions in classic wrath are more impactful than they are in classic vanilla and classic tbc now that is to say you will be severely disadvantaged if you ignore professions going through classic wrath so if you've done that for classic vanilla and classic tbc now is the time to stop it's a really really big deal in classic wrath more than ever everyone's going to make fun of you if you don't have professions and you will never get a girlfriend now there is some situational nuance that can alter your profession decisions depending on your race in class and what your gameplay style is but in general these are the advised professions for each class death knight should take jewel crafting engineering druid should take jewelcrafting leatherworking engineering alchemy depending on what your play style is this class drew it has the most nuanced out of any of them hunter should take jewelcrafting engineering mages taylor engineering paladin jewelcrafting engineering priest taylor jewelcrafting rogue jewelcrafting engineering shaman jewelcrafting engineering warlock taylor engineering and warrior jewelcrafting engineering so you can get an idea that jewelcrafting and engineering are both pretty good professions going into classic wrath to quickly piggyback on the fact that tons of people will end up being jewelcrafting engineering or likely both at the same time i should also mention that for the first couple weeks of classic wrath there will be a very time sensitive opportunity to make an insane amount of gold if you're willing to spend your time mining when classic tbc came out i was one of the very first level 70s on my server and for a solid week i was able to farm resources at a rate of 1 000 gold per hour and i imagine that mining in early wrath will be even more lucrative than that it also takes some time for the endless bot army of classic wow to get operational and up and running so you generally genuinely do have a window to make an insane amount of gold if you're willing to sort of delay your own personal progress for the sake of flying around and mining for the first couple weeks of wrath of which king i also want to take a minute to talk about your pre-raid best in slot gear and what your goal should be before trying to step into the tier 7 raids in classic wrath phase one if you've been sort of sifting through your period best in slot lists you've probably noticed that most of the gear is item level 200. of course targeting your pre-read best in slot pieces is a goal you should be working towards using some of the methods we talked about earlier in this video but frankly you will be ready to step into tier 7 25 man raids at around 185 average eye level meaning you don't necessarily even need your entire pre-raid best in slot list in order to clear this content effectively i also think you'll find that getting to average eye level of around 185 isn't particularly challenging considering there's such diversity in methods to acquire 200 eye level gear even if it isn't technically your absolute priebus it's still going to be very good for you and tied you over for a little while from various sources such as heroic drops quest rewards various reputation factions crafted pieces and boes compared to actual wrathletch king back in the day both heroic dungeons and tier vii raids have been buffed by around 30 percent going into classic graph but i think i guess this is my final note here in regards to your period best in slot everyone would tell you that has done ptr testing or beta testing is that the content in phase one in classic wrath is pretty easy so you really do not need to stress yourself out about it too much my final piece of advice is to make sure you complete your daily dungeon quest daily heroic dungeon quest and if you're a jewelcrafter and you probably are your daily jewelcrafting quests every day now the daily dungeon quests will give you emblems and bonus reputation while the daily jewelcrafting quest rewards you with tokens that you need in order to purchase the patterns for some of your bind on pickup best and slot gems in addition to various other bind on use patterns if you care about those for making gold or for a sense of completionism now don't get me wrong there are tons of other things that you're probably going to want to start chipping away at as well pretty soon after hitting level 80 especially if you care about completionism content as we head into classic wrath but i wanted this video to be focused specifically on things that everyone should focus on regardless of what your preferred play style is so if you enjoyed the video please
