Me, while watching this episode: What does split milk mean?
Husband: Milk splits into solids and liquids.
Me: Well, you shouldnโt cry over split milk!

Loved this episode! My fil makes an amazing French onion soup. He cooks the onions for like 7 hours or something nuts like that. I want to try making it with the cheese and bread at the bottom like in the video.
do you have recommendations for a plant based milk for this recipe?
