And maybe you come check out what we are making today We're following the croissant process from start to finish so it's a two-day process so we'll see what we gonna up to There's a lot going on here in this busy bakery after lunch. And just before we get into it, I want to specify that the word "pastry" in English encompasses a lot of things, including croissants, chocolate croissants , almond croissants, all kinds of fun things made with a puff pastry type of base. It also includes things like chocolate eclairs and other things we kind of consider desserts in American culture. In France there are two words that these things fall into.
