Free Class 10 Combine Update!!

flashlight went in the tailing system i can't reach and now the lights are going out should we use the camera can we see oh we are stuck now all right boy are we going to be riding the struggle bus today there's not even enough room for three men up there hello i guess there's room for a boy if you want to come got him so what is the plan here we're taking out this and gonna try to just ruin it with one sieve no that's not what we're doing we're taking we got to pull these out unfortunately because we're going to take that piece out right there the pre-cleaner is coming out of this machine so the idea of removing that this combine here we put those uh s-disc concaves in a lot bigger opening so more trash comes down on the sieve and it ends up plugging the pre-cleaner now talking to some of my buddies that run 790s other people from instagram online so the minute that you get these brand new you should pull that pre-cleaner out because it actually allows better wind on the sieve and it gets the grain right on the sieve immediately and so we're gonna try that out i guess uh nothing bad can happen from what i've been told um so we're gonna we're gonna pull them out unfortunately it's kind of a big job and i think we're gonna do it to both machines just because that is the first thing that plugs if you're in frost or snow um on top of it leaves and trash does get hung up on it no matter what concaves you're running well that that isn't good at all eric look at all the build up here why is the sieve closed because that's how you take them out so you don't bend the louvers like these are bent well it better not be i think you sent a little turtle through here or something maybe that skunk here we can manually open it and throw the calibration off maybe we should do this every year just for general maintenance and cleaning well i've done it because the back louvers wear out and bust off or you just straight up missing them i've never had that problem yeah i've had them out of the 680s too many times so this is what i'm talking about about potential build up issues and then your obviously your crop that you want to go through here doesn't go through here and you start wasting great brody right or you have to slow down to accommodate it which no one wants to do now we gotta take the uh sieve this is what's supposed to clean the grain and pull this one out you know the good news are the bad news what's the bad news it's catching something i think that is still in here how about the uh how about how about the good news um no it's friday we don't have any it is friday but we're working tomorrow now really in the belly of the beast that's nice in here yes hand me the camera tell me to do something with it i don't know why but they must think that we're washer fluid [Music] tell you what i tell you what if these dogs can only help out and there is basically the cleaning system of an s790 chaffer sieve pre-cleaner this is what's not going back in right here this is what the experts say to take out i guess right toby that's what they said should we do something so we're going to take this out this is out not going back in we're going to put some fingers on where this bolts on and possibly move these forward more because this is what keeps your grain when you're on a side hill from going all the way to the left side of the sieve or so on and so forth so we're going to push those ahead and you got to wait for parts so we can't even put this in yet so we've got the sieves and chaffers and everything out of both machines i am now going to move this stuff all forward and i'm going to probably put this piece on the back just to keep a little more divider so let's get to it right hopes all right next project on the planter we are going to be having a 6000 globe on the planter right here is the bracket we've never had that before but i think we're going to be doing auto path i believe is what it's called so basically the planter makes the track and then you can send that line to the sprayer and or combine or whatever you want to send it to and it knows exactly where that planter went so you may go up a side hill and the planter might drift a little bit i believe the tractor is also supposed to then drive to the side to offset where the planter is going and then the sprayer is technically supposed to follow that also but we have to install a harness and this bracket on the planter so that it knows where it's going to be at also got to do it to the bean planter too so we've got a lot of parts they've been sitting here since summer we ordered it when we were talking to our deer technician and ams lady so we have all the parts it's just to remember what was ordered for where flashlight went in the tailing system can't even drop the pan to get at it oh yeah you might have to run her out no no no unless you're buying me a new flashlight so there was already holes drilled in the frame so this goes right on there i need to tighten it up then i put my bracket on here where the globe snaps in then we gotta run some cables which we might have to have the planter unfolded for or i should say we will have to have the planter unfolded to do with this rat nest of a mess how are you doing [Music] tensioning i'm pretty sure he's worked like four days tightening the belts on these combines i'll tell you one thing that i do know for certain two guys three guys working out of one tool box doesn't work at all right brody his flashlight is now dead inside the combine he's gotta he's gotta split the chain so he can spin the auger to get it out of the bottom of the combine okay see this clamp see that clamp just showed up i ordered this a month ago and then uh called him back and was like so is my clamp ever came in what clamp we never ordered a clamp so they had to reorder it now i got it so we're going to install it to the uh 450s turbo remember when we were working on that so we're gonna do that before that gets forgotten about and wrecks an engine this spring looks like a maze in here can't even get around to where i need to go [Music] so right here is where the clamp goes so the air filters are up there where you can't see comes down through this tube into the turbo we've been driving around the yard and stuff with no clamp on there that's just fine but i don't know if you can see this is quite loose if you get that out in the dust without this clamp on there you're going to suck dust in here in your turbo in your engine that's when you'd see a lot of dollar signs going out the door so i'm glad i didn't forget about this because that would have been uh a bad deal that's should i give it one more ugga ugga because that's what i did last time and then it broke so i think we're gonna call her good she's nice and tight [Music] good she's ready for 2022 season so the yard here has turned into well it gets to be some nice warm days 30 out sun gets on the snow and it turns into a ice skating rink hooray [Music] dang dogs you gotta look out for them because they'll come ripping by you and take you out on the ice you have requested my assistance heavy happy happy help me take this out please what are we doing please take this all the way to the ground all the way to the ground i'm gonna what is the purpose of all this work being redone well you see we were gonna wash the combine so we had it shut and everything put back together but then other stuff happened did not get it washed and then parts runner showed up and he had the parts that need to go on that feed accelerator drum so sweet you see her back i thought you were going to hit me yeah sorry for the jump you're going to think that too look how bent it is right there where it pulled we must have pulled one of the blades off and went through the combine well that's concerning so he's gonna hit it with a hammer big hammer huge huge hammer and earplugs so how's your day been going it's pretty good that combines about put together um i think it's done actually except for what work there's always one except now we're waiting for the parts with the pre-cleaner but on the exterior of the combine we've got the belts everything's tensioned chains are on tension uh that one has all these back swept bars in it so we're ready we're ready to lessen the grain grinding and also ready for edible beans hydration time is it looks straighter we might need some heat on this become detached from the unit and bent it as it came attached and now it's bent can we squeeze it back together here i'll give you
