in [Applause] but i was young man 20 25 years old 2016 we had that pink album [Music] and it was funny because do you know that people boycotted a lot of christians and churches boycotted that album because we had on blue jeans now everybody went in virginia but that's okay in other words i was young thin but now i'm old so i have to bring in something new every now and then to help the og the triple oh gee to say hey listen what's going on during the pandemic the lord told me that there's the there's some millennials that have a sound and i need you to tap into it so i i reached out to one of my nephews that works with me and he said um would you check this out and he played it for me i said that's the word of the lord we gotta call on him now we're in trouble this pandemic and things about me and how good i am and all that stuff and how great i got it i identify with people who in the struggle so for sometimes i feel like you know i have heart sickness which is nothing but a little depression like i don't feel like getting out of bed i'm like lord where do we go now my legs i'm getting older now my kids are going but i sit on the side of the bed sometimes and i just say right this young man right here his wife i raised her you know she's like a daughter to me and then he came and took her [Music] she snuck in my choir at 17 through a technicality when i was starting a choir i said you had to be 21 she said well why i said yeah you know you got to graduate and all that stuff well she took that technicality because she graduated at 16. she said well i'm good i didn't know and then she ended up down through the years running me she was my manager she did everything and then he came and he took amen amen okay well it goes left but a lot of you sing his song and you don't even know it you stick it in your churches and whatnot uh we're in that we're there with that you may know his song you might sing it for offering you may sing here for worship my texas last week and he came and lived to me y'all may know him from tom brown the base in the keys from funking from jamaica and all of this stuff he was a virtual phenom he he was my friend and i
