music and I do understand and I it it puzzled me had me scratching my head too for a while um I am a lover of all music you know I grew up on black music White music pop music r b music early hip hop you know Jazz and uh and like I said from the I love white music and I'm just saying that to give you a category uh White artists I Love Phil Collins Abba Edgar Winter Grand Funk Railroad uh Genesis Phil Collins I said that already I think uh man the list goes on and on I used to love some Elvis music I love music definitely Chicago the list goes on and on I never was Prejudice or anything against any type of music if it sounded good it sounded good and today's music from White praise and worship artists sound great to me and always have I'm I'm from the old school of that with commission you know we was travel down the road and listen to hours and hours of Michael W Smith and Amy Grant and Petra Rich mothers we listened to everybody you know we didn't you know we didn't you know try to trip on you know when they're not about racism man we just if it's good and we talked about God it was powerful and it was we can find something to do we listened to it we never tried to necessarily be them we tried to take the good we heard from them and bring it to our culture and give it now it's different and uh there is a reason for that um the Holy Ghost dealt with me on this last week I was just driving he gave me a revelation um and I got to go back a little bit um well let me just say this when gospel music went more artists driven it went more congregation pay attention sit and listen to the artist and so music started being made that was to be listened to and they called it you know they said under the guise of ministry but it was really more under the guise of artistry so if you notice the style of singing changed to a more controlled very very um artistic very very well thought of and and and and skilled vocal performance um that now these artists are singing and they have control of a of a master opera singer or a master classical singer and these are kids and young people and even folks in my age that have amazing vocal promise so it became more that you had to listen to these people and enjoy them but you couldn't sing with them and that is a big thing so pastors had to do something different they had to go find music they had to go find music that would fit their congregation I would I'll elaborate a little bit more after this let's go grab something let's go grab the newest single that's out at radio right now and I'm gonna you I've been called into this Earth to tell you all that you know before I'd be settle I don't want to say that I want to listen let's just be honest man I'm 60 years old I don't have nothing to lose now if you don't see that I've been called to the body to bless the body and to leave and guide the body in the area of Fine Arts music Ministry and nothing I could do first but if you believe you can turn things around in your congregation in your church and in your Artistry and in your ministry all right so bless your family I'm about to do I'm about to show you what I mean so thank you again loved ones this week or this last year the past two years well they still may be hurting and still may be money you'll just continue to be with them and if there's someone that does not know you in
