hello my friends welcome to the channel planting Bridges I'm Megan if you're new I got me a little friend back there hi she still has her Fourth of July tattoos on her face looking fine how are you guys hope you're doing well guess what we're at a new Aldi today we uh drove across town and I have heard about this Aldi over here I don't think I've ever been inside of it actually it's been here for a long time but my dad you know my dad and his saving skills are top-notch and he likes to go shopping with me sometimes or I like him to go shopping with me I'm not sure how much he enjoys it but he does he likes it I know it anyway I thought you know what we're gonna do new arrivals might as well try a new store too and just see what's all the fuss about is it better is it cheaper sometimes you can find things cheaper same town different Aldi so we're gonna go inside check it out I'm gonna take you in with me and then we'll probably go home and try some stuff right I think it'll be tasty so a little lady you ready okay Miss Zion and I are headed on in let's do this this Aldi is a single building I don't know what you call that but the other one's like a strip mall so that's kind of fun ready things are looking different because you walk right into produce but we gotta look over here and see what's what we've already seen all these at our all day so if you want to check those out you can but they're here a couple more little interesting things hanging around well this is something I haven't seen it's a deep seat cushion so you can add that to your outdoor chairs I don't believe we have that at the other one this has been here a couple weeks it looks like but you have the tan and the blue for whatever your heart desires and then pillows what 6.99 for these pillows you can do side back or stomach what's your preference for sleeping if I had my preference and I could wake up feeling good I'd like to be on my right side but I actually feel best if I lay on my back with an extra little pillow so 6.99 for those guys brand new I just had to show you I'm actually really impressed with the produce so far it looks beautiful so far prices look the same but man the produce looks really nice I'm liking it it's I like the store it seems like the aisles and everything here are much lighter too white cheddar Puffs now this is not a new item according to them but according to me this is new do you have this at your Aldi I haven't seen those 209 for the bag the ever coveted Danish butter cookies let me tell you what I buy these well no let's be real my dad buys these for me the huge tin from Sam's Club and I can nearly demolish the entire thing by myself am I proud of it maybe I am but you know it's good something different almond flour birthday cake cookies grain free and gluten-free they also have chocolate chip in the almond flour over here we have strawberry shortcake cookies yum does that sound good do you see yeah along with s'more cookies well those were fun these are running 2.99 brand new this summer almond flour cookies and uh well I'm a little bit confused I don't know which one they are this one says 269 this one says 2.99 so you know take your pick and enjoy Double Stuffed Oreo cookies are they are the best ever 5.98 they're brand new here at Aldi they have had different Oreos here but not the party size so that's always exciting comparatively I'm wondering if I can get those cheaper at Meijer I'm gonna have to look into that they do have their Aldi brand of the double filled I have not tried those I would love to know how many of you 80s 90s babies had hydroxy did you ever have those cookies they were like the thing before the Oreos our family had them we have clearly been going to the absolutely wrong Aldi and I am finding that out right here and now what is this mint stripe fudge cookies are you kidding me and then the caramel coconut those are running 1.99 and 1.95 none of these none of these are at our store so I've been missing out also oh look at this Cookie Thins key lime wholesome and crunchy these are running 2.99 you can also get lemon you guys know about my obsession with lemon so we're going to be trying these today 2.99 I'll tell you how good they are you can also get toasted coconut right next door hot dog I'm so excited at our Aldi the oldie that I typically shop at doesn't have a whole lot of options for pretzels but I'm seeing sticks I'm seeing mini twists I mean my mind is so blown right now also next door the multi-grain tortilla chips and blue corn 229. what is even happening here's something fun we have mild chimichurri salsa this is salsa with fire roasted tomatoes parsley garlic oregano and red jalapeno peppers 329 but there is also which I probably would love cilantro lime salsa I've been making my own salsa so I'm probably not going to go for these but 329 for those guys brand new you'll have to tell me what you think now this is not brand new but it's brand new to me avocado tamatila tamatilo salsa and I think that's the only one here I don't know that one's not speaking to me but it could be good 309 it's on sale 10 cents off shaped steak oh I would love that with the cheese and the green peppers a little red pepper even in there 549 I'm assuming that is no that's for the entire thing that would be actually really tasty put that on a hoagie bun come on now seriously this is like when I walked into Costco for the first time I'm like there's so many options that's what I feel like is going on here okay California French style dressing creamy French I have not seen these have I been sleeping 1.89 even Thousand Island dressing you put on a burger isn't there a burger that uses a thousand island dressing remind me what it is all a dollar 89 on sale I can't remember if I showed you that they are now carrying a Hidden Valley Ranch for 3.98 and there's quite a significant savings over here so brand new I just recently bought the ranch style from Aldi and we tried it and we like it so if if you love ranch you stick with ranch but if you want to try a little Aldi that's an option too price difference two dollars wow I haven't seen this this is a jalapeno pepper deli sliced hot that would actually be really good on that beef shaved stuff that you can make your little you know Philly Cheesesteaks on I know that the other Aldi has carried some keto and the energy bars but I thought we would take a look because I feel like they're a little bit different this one reminds me of Larabars pure and simple peanut butter cookie fruit and nut bars they have the apple pie they've got peanut butter cookie 465 for those and then over here they have some of the peanut butter and dark chocolate or the nuts and sea salt and those are running 279 but tons of different like options for protein bars and tasty goodnesses as well as keto and I'm seeing here salted caramel pecan chocolate coconut macaroon oh that sounds really good and the chocolate almond Brownie and those are running 5.99 the strawberry nut and macadamia nut are running 4.99 as well so some different options I'm not sure if you have these at your Aldi but it looks like we do ooh chocolate mint okay 20 grams of protein for that guys 7.99 wow for six bars that's intense still the absolute best price in town even on the other side of town are these um Ziploc bags and they've been keeping the price down now for quite a long time so I hope that that becomes the new price I think that would be amazing these are so great they work really well and definitely a great price salad bowls that we do not carry so these are Gourmet Cafe you've got oh I love putting Craisins on salad that's so good you guys had tons of tasty ideas of how you like to eat your salads and I'm pretty much like obsessed and would love to be eating more salad in my life so that's the plan up here watermelon lemonade that is new it's a dollar 49. we bought a watermelon and the kids were not impressed which means that I was given the task of taking care of the entire watermelon by myself I was not ready for such things but 1.49 for the watermelon lemonade I think that's a great idea who's ready to get spicy 389 for some yummy cheese scorpion pepper I don't think I've even heard of that this is Gouda because you know it's so gouda and I know I've seen the gruyere before and that's all now what else am I seeing here Applewood smoked cheddar summer gouda 359 this is spinach artichoke gouda hot honey and Sriracha lots of Keto goodness and organic keto at that so we've got the coconut clusters in dark chocolate as well as coconut clusters and this includes pumpkin sunflower and hemp seeds gluten free 629 for the bag of those I don't know throw them on some yogurt maybe some milk would be tasty too and then I think I've seen the pumpkin seed in flax granola but if I have I know I haven't seen the coconut Chia and those are running 319 right next door is some more yummy superfood goodness so we've got dark chocolate and sea salt that's always a yes please and thank you as well as the coconut cacao superfood those are running 379 and these are just you know granola goodness so what are you gonna eat it with tell me what you like your granola with is it yogurt is it milk is it plain oh chickpea rotini and chickpea penne here for 269. uh We've eaten some of those different ones around I'm not sure about the simply nature the taste of those so if you've tried them let me know what you think of those in the comments I'd be interested in finding out ooh Pasta Salad ranch and bacon I'm a little bit in love with that this one is pasta salad classic so pasta vegetable blend and seasoning mix of the ranch and bacon that does sound tasty dollar 79 it's been years since I've had bath but my taste buds I think would enjoy it we have here funnel cake kit oh my goodness how many Fair lovers are out there I will say this Aldi is noisy the funnel cake so we went to the fair for the county fair recently the state fair is coming up next month and this little girl is so excited about the state fair are you not are you ready for the fair are you excited he's been asking since we went to the fair last year every every chance she gets she wants to know how close are we to the fair anyway funnel cake mix pitcher and mix and then I'm assuming all you do is add some milk or water let's see okay we're just gonna put water in the bowl whisk it until smooth poured into this little funnel cake batter pitcher and get to Frying okay 2.99 for that guy according to this oldie giant marshmallows are new to them it was not new to me at the other one although it may have been on the newer side but if you're interested 2.99 as well as the jet puffed brand name marshmallows these are the regular ones for 2.12 cents not gonna lie the ones for 96 cents are just fantastic so oh you choose whatever you wish but just letting you know they're good did anybody else grow up eating Werther's original like sucking on those little candies oh they were so good and now they've got the pop so there's caramel popcorn and then there's sea salt and pretzel that sounds yummy 2.98 for those guys oh I do love caramel popcorn yum what are they doing to me guys 349 for lemon chocolate truffles is this a joke what are they wanting me to just eat everything in the world I can't take it I love all things lemon you know I do and then right next door Tabasco sauce 356 for that guy that one's fairly new put that on your eggs on your food on all the things what do you like to eat Tabasco sauce on I want to hear the craziest way that you use Tabasco sauce let me know seriously Aldi got the memo that I love lemon I think this is all for me I'm sorry to tell you a dollar 89 for the shortbread cookies I had the other lemon cookies uh last week um they're gone they were so so very good I imagine these are gonna be good too 1.89 now I know I've seen this before but it is saying that it is new as of this week so the popcorn Himalayan pink salt I like the front of it organic extra virgin coconut oil used with that I know a lot of you have told me that you like to use coconut oil when you make homemade popcorn which I used to do but then I didn't have any more so then I started using other stuff you know is what it is oh yum okay strawberry rhubarb summer fruit spread as well as watermelon spread any other ones see I think those are the two of them those are running 329. what do you even eat that on just like on toast on crackers I don't know sounds good also right next door rhubarb crumble passion fruit and cranberry raspberry rhubarb crumble these are running 249 for these chocolate bars these two obviously are made with white chocolate this one is made with milk chocolate I'm kind of a dark chocolate preference although I would eat all the chocolate so that does sound really good anybody want to get squeezy with their Mayo Hellman's real Mayo 548 I know you guys all have a lot of opinions about mayonnaise so let me know in the comments your absolute favorite mayonnaise brand I feel like you've told me this before and I'm having a hard time remembering so tell me again I know there's one that you said like this is the way to do live and I just can't remember what it is oh I've never had Cherry coffee these are K-Cups if you have like a Keurig or whatever they also have summer blend so the summer blend is like a medium the Cherry is a light fresh picked juicy cherries Blended to Perfection degrees sweet and fruity treats okay okay those are running 419 if you want to give them a go and right next door if you don't have K-Cups and you want to give yourself a go on oh I missed something chocolate coconut oh that does sound good these are already ground and you can get the summer blend cherry or the chocolate coconut you can also get chocolate coconut in the K-Cups I missed that one those are running 419 as well on sale currently 40 cents off there's that Werther's Caramel popcorn again and then next door almond flour vanilla wafers so on the other side you know we saw the other ones this time it's vanilla I'm so glad we came today there are so many yummy things what is this wafer rolls cream filled summer Berry yes oh stop it lemon meringue oh 1.99 are we gonna have to try those there's too many lemon things that are going to be going in my cart and I don't know if I feel good about that I mean my taste buds are really excited that does look delish okay we'll do it fine you've talked me into it I'll try them Brianna's Organics this is Rich poppy seed dressing oh for all those salads how many of you like Panera's uh strawberry poppy seed chicken salad oh I've had that so much Rich poppy seed dressing okay any other ones I think they're all the same those are running four dollars and 12 cents to give you a nice little summer goodness on your salad I love it also new here to Aldi is the Coca-Cola zero sugar this is the ultimate limited edition and then right next door this one does not say zero sugar so I'm assuming that's just plain old plain old I don't let me see I don't know what it means is it just that it has like it says plus XP flavor what does that mean I don't know but it's here for you if you want it this is 4.49 for either the zero sugar or just the regular ultimate this is seriously getting out of control I did not plan this so don't think I did because I surely couldn't have gotten all this lemon goodness here 3.48 cents for the lemon drizzle Baby Buns okay yes and then right next door how about Sonic or Mickey fruit snacks oh those are I don't know those are running 2.98 it's really new it's saying it's new Mamba this is a very tasty or fun part what does that mean we've got raspberry popcorn strawberry cotton candy blueberry slushy egg and candy apple those are a dollar 48 each this pink lemonade sandwich creams okay 239 for those oh that does sound good down here at the bottom it looks like it's just been all gobbled up we've got root beer and then it does say on here or blue cream which I'm not totally sure what that is but these are both uh this one's frosty root beer and I'm wondering if this is in the wrong spot I think it might be so use your imagination for the blue cream one these are 349 if you're interested all this goodness looks like it's just on the heels of summer fun especially like Fair kind of a thing so this one is the icy blue raspberry coldest drink in town oh so you get the icy at home I do love blue raspberry I will tell you that so you freeze it you squeeze it and you enjoy it that's what it tells us to do those are running 98 cents each Looney Tune Pez okay 1.98 not sure why Pez are out right now but if you want to get a head start on some little fun presents that could be cool I haven't been on the other side yet but I feel like the Isle of Shame is really small so if this is it so well I think I see something across the wait let's go around the corner let's do that I was wrong Isle of Shame is really large actually there are three sides practically I would say they probably equate to about one and a half times larger than the one that I'm used to so let's get to looking my friends the Belgian waffle maker is 14 nine it's two dollars off right now it's nonstick cooking plates adjustable temperature dial you gotta love the waffle maker yeah it's a week for more kitchen tools so the seven piece knife block 14.99 if you need some new knives as well as the kitchen tool set comes with measuring cups to get the spatula this food the other spatula what is that called and then a whisk this is a slotted Turner I'm so sorry I've always called that a spatula but really this is the spatula please tell me I'm not the only one if I am it's okay I'm not ashamed um green black is all I'm seeing for color options right next door we have a 20 police flatware set they kind of have a fun bottom to them really skinny little guys but they do seem kind of like heavy duty those are running 14.99 20 pieces so I'm assuming four of each of each thing and then down here we have the single serve coffee maker now I won't get into it too much because you do you but I will tell you that when I got my Keurig I started having tons of headaches and fatigue and nausea and stomach bloating and all these kinds of problems and I could not figure out what was wrong for months 24 hours into not using it I felt completely better and because I love to make myself feel terrible I decided let's try it again felt terrible immediately I've done all the special cleaning things I tried different K-Cups none of it worked it was so sad but you do you if you don't have any problems with it go for it this one's on sale this one is going for 49.99 not bad at all and the colors are really cute I will say for those that are looking for a compact airfryer they do have a two quart compact air fryer for 29.99 they have it in that matte black or that kind of baby blue with a touch purplishness I don't know I like that one it's pretty and then George Foreman hey I grew up with one of these guys if you ever want really easy bacon where all the fat kind of drips off goes into the pan this is a great way to do it this is a five serving Grill 24.99 75 square inches approximately five servings you can do it for grilling paninis ooh panini out I used to use a George Foreman quite a bit what other treasure is 14.99 for the ceramic pans this looks on gas electric glass ceramic and halogen and they have that bluish color and the green as well and you can also go for the fry pants set so you get the little one and then the bigger ones those are so cute 14.99 I actually would love one of these the Spin Mop set so my dog chewed up my bucket right right it was just a normal bucket 24.99 for these you have them in the black and in the blue as well does it come with the additional mop head is included oh nice so you get the thing with it you get two separate compartments one for clean water one for spinning off the water okay we've also got the broom set that comes with the pan and broom and those are running 12.99 and then right next door some decorative rugs we've got a little pink we've got the gray this isn't quite Navy but it's a nice blue we've got a little bit of a peachy color back there and a neutral those are running 29.99 let me show you down here what they're showing well this is a nice looking trash can this is a 10 and a half gallon stainless steel trash can easy assembly spring open lid removable plastic ring to hold the trash bag very nice 24 at 99 that's how it might look in your kitchen lovely and then under the bed storage bins for 9.99 oh man you could always have a use for storage bins couldn't you These are nice you've gotta if you need a laundry basket now's your moment I'm loving that 6.99 that is an amazing price I love the huge handles I'm digging that I'm digging that a whole lot very nice grab that while you can 14.99 for the comforters you've got some different options I love the stripes and then you've got some of the patterned color these are full Queen and I'm seeing twin back there do I see a king unfortunately here I don't see King those are running 14.99 and they're reversible two-sided you get a two for one deal come on now and then down the row we're also having some different sheet sets and uh we've got the colors kind of to match you know the comforters which makes a lot of sense I'm seeing Queen full twin and twin XL here those are running 799 to 9.99 depending twin or twin XL 789 full or queen 9.99 then you also have the set sheets for the queen so that's a four piece set sheet 300 thread count what do you get with it the flat sheet the fitted and the two pillowcases kind of typical 29.99 ooh the ratatan lamp is it time to like redo the house or what 29.99 that is lovely I love that lamp very cute also do curtains and these are blackout curtains these are light blocking okay so black out saves energy Rod pocket style so you can stick your Rod right through it those are running 7.99 and it looks like they've got kind of a silvery um whitishness and kind of a tan with silver and then the pink almost more coral-like pink okay how about pensonic Sherpa throws oh my word those are so soft that's just too much wow that is a bright yellow back there okay bright yellow they got the green they've got the kind of neutral and then this is kind of a pumpkin color lovely we're gonna do some meal prepping and some food storage over here so this comes with one large food storage and then it has little ones inside how many is that there are four large containers for medium containers and for small containers in there and then one cereal large 9.99 that is an amazing price if you are looking for some food storage containers for your house and then we have the glass meal prep containers getting ready to take things to work save yourself some money by uh prepping before you go I'm all about that this is 12.99 for four of those and they come with the lid you can get them in green they have the blue gray as well as well as school gets going like next month don't even think about it I know all right 3.99 and we have some storage containers for sandwiches on the go as well as what is this Cutlery you've got your Cutlery things you've got your drink what okay this is like an expandable drink cup I don't know about that one but if you're into it go for it and then there's also a soup one those are running 3.99 each so many of you have told me about Aldi's peanut butter cups and you said that they're amazing are these the ones you're talking about I don't think I've seen these at the other Aldi so if these are the ones let me know in the comments below and if I need to try them I will do it I will do it for you and I will love it I just know it we definitely don't have these how about dark chocolate covered coconut almonds 3.99 then here we have dark chocolate covered almonds without the coconut or milk chocolate covered almonds and then dark chocolate sea salt caramels oh okay those are 3.89. we have refrigerator apple juice so never from concentrate and you can tell that the look of that is quite a bit different than your average apple juice 339 I mean that reminds me a lot of like an apple cider type of a thing which don't get me started about fall okay I love it it's my favorite I won't say another word 339 for those it is good to see that the milk prices here are the same as the old day that we're used to 247 a gallon and as well as the eggs being a dollar twelve same as where we like to go shopping at Aldi so I'm glad I'm not missing out on any special savings it looks like it's just time for some beef sandwiches yeah these are steak and sliced steaks they're 100 beef and 100 delicious as they say 4.99 for those and then right next door we have some potatoes and green beans and rosemary or garden medley for 1.99 so I see here the steamed Garden medley that comes with sugar snap peas roasted potatoes red peppers with garlic and herb yum and then over here the roasted potatoes and green beans in a rosemary buttery sauce not gonna lie I can make that too and it's really good how about avocado chunks I know a lot of you like to put those in smoothies do any of you make your own guacamole out of them or does the texture get really strange let me know 3 49 for the avocado chunks how about a little bowl of goodness that's already put together for you tomato basil chicken no sugar added low carb life and this includes vegetables served on top of penne pasta in a tomato basil sauce top of 429 for those Totino's has made its way to Aldi for 10 47. you can get pizza rolls I do love pizza rolls Blends so these are running 6.99 there are a couple combinations you can get the mango pineapple strawberry apple banana unsweetened this is called Seaside and it's got a good source of vitamin C in it and then there is the green dream and this one comes with mango pineapple Apple spinach and avocado also our natural sweetened throw that in there are four pre-portioned smoothie involved 6.99 for that one life isn't complete without some cookie dough in it that's what we think so this is snackable chocolate chip cookie dough 448 5989 for crispy stuffed shrimp you get some options here at Nashville hot dill pickle Ranch my word those are running 5.99 if you're interested 9.99 for the Tyson chicken wing sections and it looks like they're already seasoned up is that what you're getting from that situation cook from Frozen eat that business 9.99 I gotta show you a couple more things these are silicone bakeware pieces so you've got a mixture of the mini muffin pan got like the square pan for making brownie good I actually love making brownies in a smaller pan they're very thick and delightful but the colors are so cute I'm loving all of these and then over here they also have mini bakeware sets for little pizzas they've got little things for brownies how cute we've been reading Little House on the Prairie and they talk about their little patapan stuff that makes me want to get one for the kids so they can make their own little thing right 3.99 for those guys and then down here we have lid sorters so tons of organizing things going on right now these are 7.99 if you need to organize your pot lids that's an option and they have them in silver and in Black I had to show you this look at these cute little bag clips little hoot hoot there and then we got the meow with their tongue out okay and is there a crocodile yes you know I just use like clothespins but those are cute they're 279 for a couple more things there is an ice tray in container so you make the ice on the top then you put it into the Container it's all in one that's actually kind of cool down below we have some plate cabinet shelves that you can put and organize your you know different sizes of plates and things like that as well as a mesh drawer organizer right next door I love those for organizing stuff in the kitchen or in the bathroom anywhere really how about a foldable storage ottoman those are running 12.99 I'm seeing gray and black as well as a little pumpkin one over there and then a kitchen accent rug for 5.99 so the same colors we're running here that kind of pumpkin and then gray and sort of a neutral there oh forget the green and I have a feeling black is probably in here somewhere but I'm not seeing it to head and Dot the basket I needed it actually ours was no good also are we gonna try the wafer rolls with the lemon meringue flavoring yes we are listen that Aldi that's the good old dude that's what we're gonna call that one that is the good old day the aisles are wide it feels very new it seems like there are a ton more options things that were not at the one I go to but I still love the one I go to it's very sweet and I know where everything is and that's always nice but man I really liked the good oldie okay here it is isn't that cute foreign exactly what you want anything lemon to be this is it buy these These are so good so good more lemon to be had wholesome and crunchy Cookie Thins lemon can you believe it can you when fall comes my flavor tastes will change just you wait maybe pumpkin spice and apply goodness oh buttery yummy have that with some nice tea going on milk in your tea a little sugar these little cookies eat the whole bag and one sitting yes and amen okay it says enjoy six cookies per serving or save broken pieces and crumbles for a delicious crunchy topper to your yogurt or ice cream they're assuming that I don't eat the whole bag because six cookies okay my
