This is the wife of Tony Mendez, the retired CIA operator who got the US dips out of Iran during the revolution. His persona is played by Ben Affleck in the film Argo. His wife used to work on his disguises when they were both still in. Really interesting couple.

When an American stands, they tend to support themselves on one foot or the other. In Europe they stand straight up, they don't lean on anything, their weight's equally on their feet...

Fascinating video, but as a European, this part really stood out.

In my experience, there are no trends here, all of these smoking/standing characteristics are equally common in Europe.
