self-defense Freedom well you know like it's a great way to put it like but I you know what I kept thinking about like you're you can't be telling if you're doing the right thing or not if you're being told what to do you know like maybe you're General maybe your commander maybe your government yes it it told you to go to war you know yeah because there are just mere soldiers you know fighting for people who are hungry for power as you said they are doing what they are told to do even if that's opposed to what they you know they are fighting he's a soldier you know he's fighting he's going to kill and he knows that it's the best thing to do and he's fighting an enemy who also has a family that's something he's going to do he's he he is you know he has been told to do because he cannot do otherwise but he knows he's killing he has he also has a family and on top of that he's like ah it treats him the war leaves him devastated at the end because you know as we've seen some scenes of PTSD oh my God I can't believe it suicidal depression of negative thoughts like like being devastating for them being close yeah I'm hungry and live home hungry yeah like how can you I did not know that and it broke my heart really to know that like people go to war to fight for people like to protect them I don't care right wrong I don't even care but like you can't but appreciate people who volunteer to go and willingly die or live with the thought of killing people and looking at people dead everything man I can't oh my God like it's so sad it's so sad I don't know I didn't expect it yeah I did it wrong side of Heaven that's what it means at the end um and he also told what struck me he told I'm not a hero like what he's doing is not a heroic Act you know I like I'm not a hero I'm not a hero and I'm not that cold like yeah I'm not made of stone like my heart is not made of stone but you know what caught my attention the fact that like the devil talk to me and I don't know what and then I looked away like I couldn't even confront yeah he looked like me yeah like me and I I turned away oh my like he sees himself as the devil like I don't want to do this no it's really so sad just to think about those who suffer from from PTSD they are really not made of stone they are permeated with guilt nightmare pain and everything that's so horrible we we cannot really and they're living with it everywhere every minute everything they take away their life every two man I can't believe it we're talking about the lyrics you know what the what we've seen what we've heard and actually they are a metal Rock it's metal or Rock if you want to talk about the music because the music's so intense it has some sober tone you know that really just reflect what a soldier can feel what they are feeling is the frustration the downward spiral they're going through everything it's so intense it's so powerful on the hook like they take it up a notch and then they they talk calmly after that you know like and what's written the captions here you know like they take it up in the temple and then they take it back Five Finger Death Punch this is the band this is our first lesson although it said opening it's really thought-provoking an action gotta be made I don't know it's so sad yeah even though we don't live in America we're not Americans really Lebanese but we don't we know what's happening there we know it's so sad in whichever country those those things can happen they are so saddening so Something's Gotta be done yeah like the Army in every country they're taught what to do you know they are commanded to go and kill another but everything that goes you know unappreciated neglected this is toasted yeah just tell us what you think of it just tell us if we missed
