TO HELP REMEDY INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS, OUR FLORIDA HAS MADE MORE THAN 80,000 OUTBOUND CALLS TO HELP FLORIDIANS COMPLETE AND UPLOAD REQUIRED DOCUMENTS. >> WE HAVE TO PUT OUR DIRTY CLOTHES HERE. >> I CONTACTED OUR FLORIDA AND SARASOTA'S SOCIAL SERVICES. DCF SINCE CALLED HER AND PROCESSED A $1,500 PAYMENT TO HER LANDLORD. THE COUNTY HAS FOUND HER A SPACE AT A LOCAL SHELTER. >> AFTER YOU HAD CONTACTED THEM, FROM THAT POINT I GOT A RESPONSE AND LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS, YOU KNOW, GOING ON WITH MY CASE. >> OUR FLORIDA TELLS ME THEY'VE ANSWERED CALLS FROM TENANTS THAT HAVE BEEN HIT BY AN EVICTION NUMBERS. THE STATE HAS NOW PAID OUT MORE THAN $31 MILLION TO OVER 7,000
