Fixing My Subscribers Beats In FL Studio! *insane results*

[Music] hey guys in this video i'm going to be fixing my subscribers beats let's get into it okay so this one is by 440h all right let's take a listen melody's nice it feels feels slow okay yeah definitely a couple things we can fix first of all it's slow maybe like a whole 10 bpm faster [Music] yeah that's better i'm gonna change this kick to a harder hitting kick cap will drop your four something a bit here i might change this kick pattern as well it seems like it's busy there's some wrong notes in the 808 so i'm gonna make my own 808 line [Music] hello hey it's andrew huang go bye i kind of want a brighter clap maybe like layering that during a more high energy section triangle you can paint it on here this perks it's a little funky so the timing [Music] i'll move everything over a bit a little bit of reverb on that as well just to make everything a little bit more consistent all right this is melody that sounds fine yeah this is pretty good on its own it just needed a teeny bit of finessing [Music] all right this next one's by prad balake it reminded me of the kian peel sketch do you guys know what i'm talking about it's called mcdonald's sprite i'm assuming there's a crispiness to this beat [Music] there's it needs a lot of work but i see i see what's what he's trying to do here first thing i want to do is look at these parts individually that base is an issue damn that's just naturally the sample snare can hit a bit harder way too much tail on this okay then we have high hats some of these are muddy that's pretty nice oh okay i'm thinking i'm thinking real hard right now phone call every time hello hello what's happening it's like a distorted heavy base but it's just it's too dirty [Music] so go down to up so it kind of swells that distortion in [Music] wait that's kind of hard there's not that many elements but any time one of them hits i want it to be super impactful i want that snare to just be [Music] delete some parts to add a bit of bounce [Music] yeah this is done [Music] all right so we have this one by this person let's take a listen [Music] okay so there's definitely stuff that i need to fix but i i completely understand the vibe we're going for here this is a really nice sound super warm this clap is cool during the intro but if this is the drop something a bit more hard hitting would be nice that's nice i want the swing but this is too robotic a little randomized the panning little quantize so that it's a little off the grid see that this thing it's a nice sound it's just too robotic aha it's a nice sound of course it is and it's on mixer track ah wow oh we need ambience that's what we need let's just get the classic vinyl maybe a little wind [Music] it has to conclude it's a good rhythm it just needs proper voice leading i might have to play to make it more human [Music] oh yeah like just get everything ahead ahead of the beat that bass line [Music] so [Music] okay we got this orchestra drill beat from this guy let's take a listen [Music] it needs to need some work but there are some good parts this melody is actually really nice it's this so this is kind of doing the same no kind of uh redundant so we can have that down an octave a little bit of quantizing make it sound like it's an instrument a little bit of randomizing 808 we got to change that nice okay we gotta change some of these sounds you're compensating with the plugins when you should just have a good kick from the start [Music] i might just change the snare [Music] all right i'm going to start over with this buddy with the base stuff consistently yeah we need a big consistency here let's get those chord notes in first yeah that sounds nice like this like up an octave what should we put on it the good old the old faithful [Music] maybe like a counter melody oh god the 808 slides bam bam bam [Music] yeah that turned out nice [Music] thank you so much for watching the video i hope you enjoyed it if you guys want to see me do this again i'm going to need 20 000 likes in the video also make sure you guys go get capital drum kit 4 in the description below and that's about it love you guys and i'll see you guys soon if you have any suggestions leave a comment if you like this video leave a like if you really like this video subscribe if you didn't like this video leave just leave get out of here
