hi guys this is Sak from dn.com and in this video we'll show you how to fix the issue of your device is corrupt it can't be trusted and will not boot you will mostly get this error message on your phone and when you get this message you will not be able to boot to the OS at the very Max your phone will stuck in a boot loop and you will only see this message after every 10 seconds you will not be able to access any other modes whatsoever so in this video I'll show you how to face this issue but first why are you but first why are you facing this issue well this error message pops up if the bootloader on your phone has been logged but you still had some custom mod installed on your phone for instance you had the a Magis module installed or you had a custom rom or a custom recovery like TWRP and even after that you went ahead and logged the bootorder so if you do so then you will get this error message so let me show you what I mean currently the boot on my phone is unlocked and I have a few Mages module installed as well as a custom recover is also installed so now if I move ahead and lock my boot loader I will get this error message and my phone will not be able to boot to the OS so let me show you how so first and foremost let me access the platform to I am just trying to show you the error message once again so let me try to log my phone's boot loader so fast for flashing lock and hit enter I will now get a prompt so as of now I already have a few modules installed onto my phone but even then if I move ahead and log the boot loader let me show you the boot loader will be locked but my phone will not be able to access the OS as you could see currently it's stuck in this error message your device is corrupt it can't be trusted and will not boot and then it's given a link that link is us useless it's of no help so don't go to that link so and as you might see my phone will undergo a boot loop it will again reboot and come to this same screen and it will happen over and over again until the battery drains out so this is happening just because we had some custom mod installed so as you could see it's g in a boot loop so how to fix this issue well when it comes to OnePlus the issue could easily be fixed all you have to do is use the hardware key combination to boot your phone to fast boot mode for that first and foremost you will have to unplug your phone from the PC once you have done that simply press and hold all the three keys the power volume up and volume down for around 15 to 20 seconds so keep holding all these three keys and your phone should then boot into the fast boot mode this method might also work on all the other pH phones but I haven't tested them on other oems as of now I only tried on OnePlus so let me not plug in my phone USB cable back into my phone so as you could see the device state is showing as logged but if you try to reboot your phone at this state let me show you once again if I now try to reboot it cannot read the phone this is because there is no OS the OS has been corrupted if you still try to press the power key and try to start the phone let me show you then you will once again be stuck in that same error message so there is no esape route so again let's first boot to the fast boot mode so press and hold the power volume up and volume down for a few seconds so as you could see neither the fast boot reboot command nor the start button both of them failed and we were not able to boot to the OS this is because the OS has been corrupted so what else can be done well first off you have to type in fastb devices and make sure that you are getting a Serial ID if you're not getting any ID then this signifies that the PC is not able to read the phone in fast boot mode do note that as of now the OS is still corrupt and not working but still that has nothing to do with this your phone should be visible here even if the OS is corrupt as of now if I hit the start button or if I use the fast boot reboot command I will again face the same issue so the OS is corrupt that's is something else but you should be getting the serial ID next to fastboot if that is not the case then this signifies that the drivers have not been installed so you could refer to my guide and install the fast drivers onto your PC once you have installed the drivers right click on the Windows icon and choose device manager then expand the Android phone section and make sure that your phone is being shown as Android boot interface so this as well as the serial ID signify that your PC is able to read the phone in fast boot mode and now you are good to go ahead so as you could see although the bootloader has been logged but we still cannot access the OS so to rectify this issue you just have to type in fastb flashing unlock and hit enter and this will bring up the problem to unlock the boot loader so use the volume keys to highlight unlock the boot loader and press the power key to confirm and with this your phone will undergo a wipe and after it has been wiped the boot loader will be unlocked and your phone will boot to the OS so as of now is currently undergoing a wipe as you could see and it will take a few seconds and now your phone will reboot to the OS and this yellow warning is completely normal and nothing to worry about so to rectify this issue in short all you have to do is use the hardware key combination to force reboot your phone to fastbot mode in case of OnePlus you will have to use the power volume up and volume down keys for all the other phone it might be a little bit different and while you are booting to fast boot mode please unplug your phone from the USB cable once you are booted into fast boot mode you could plug in the USB cable back into your phone after that verify that you have installed fastb drivers then finally use this command and with this you will get a you might get a prompt on your phone so click on yes okay or unlock the boot loader and with this the boot loer will be unlocked and you will not taken to the OS since you are now into the OS you could then easily remove all the modules or in fact since our phone has undergone a wipe most of the modules or recover or custom recovery might already have been removed but still just to be on the safer side please manually reverifying removed once you have removed everything you could then move ahead and relog the boot loader for relocking the boot loader you just have to type in the command fast boot OEM lock and hit enter and you will get a prompt just highlight relock or lock the boot loer and press the power key to confirm and with this the boot loer will be logged on your phone once again only do so if you want it's completely optional I always keep the boot rer unlocked just to be on the safer side anyways as you might have witnessed the first boot up is taking up some time this is completely normal and nothing to worry about and with this our phone is now booted to the OS so simply let me skip the setup process and take you to the OS just let me show you the bootloader has been unlocked on my phone and now I will use in this state only if you want you may remove all the modules most of the modules should also have been removed by now but still if any one of them is remaining then you could manually remove them and then you could relog the bootloader so as you could see let me go to the settings menu then enable developer option system developer option and as you could see the boot has been unlocked on my phone and if you want to relock then simply enable USB debugging boot your phone to fastb mode and use the fastb flashing lck command and with this it will be relogged just make sure that you don't have any module installed if you have any mod installed and you end up using this command then you will once again get this error message so so guys there is one more thing worth discussing if your phone is a OnePlus phone and you not even able to access the fast boot mode so in those cases you could easily use the MSM download tool and Unbreak Your Phone by booting it to edl mode and then flashing the OSP firware using it so in this guide I made a a complete video and a guide on the same you could refer to my guide and order the video and Unbreak your phone this is only only valid for OnePlus phone or all if you have any other edl tool as well then you could use the edl firware and Unbreak your phone in case of OnePlus we could use the OnePlus MSM tool it does not matter whether the OS is corrupted whether the boot loader is logged or unlocked the MSM tool Works under every scenario the only drawback is that it's quite complicated for newcomers so first off try the fastbot method that I've shown in the video but if the f method does not work then you are free to use this method and this will definitely fix the issue and your phone will then boot to the OS so first off try the fast boot method and after that if that does not work out or you are not able to install the fast boot drivers or for some reason your phone is not able to boot to the fast boot mode then you could use the MSM tool and using it you could then easily Unbreak your phone and boot your phone to the OS in a matter of few minutes so guys on that note I WR of this video if you have any queries do let me know in the comment section and thanks a lot for watching
