now whenever you launch the game for the first time it's taking time for me it took around 5 to 7 minutes to launch the game so when you launch the game for the first time just wait for some time and then check still you're facing the problem then restart your computer do not ignore this step just restart your computer and after the system restart launch the game and then check next step is to close the game exe file in task manager so sometimes when you launch the game um if it's running in the background so you can make a right click on the start um taskbar and then click on task manager and then if you see the game over here you can just make a right click and then click on end task and then you can try to launch the game once again if if it's there if it's not there you can follow the next step close V mode so if you have this application running so you can make a the start menu and then open task manager so if you have this application running which says V mode you can close this make a right click and then click on end task and once that is closed you can launch the game now if you have any other anti-che programs running like face heat or any other antiche program just close it and then launch the game and then check this has worked for many player so it might work for you next step is to disconnect the controller and then launch the game this has also worked for many players so after disconnecting the controller they were able to launch the game so you can disconnect the controller launch the game and then once the game is up and running you can reconnect the controller and then check next step is to unplug hotas wheel pedals so if you have any external devices connected to the computer which you're not using you can disconnect all the USB adapter and additional uh external devices which is connected to the computer also if you have sometimes we have a additional controller connected to the computer disconnect additional controller connected to the computer try launching the game on single Monitor and if you have any third party application you can open task manager and then you can go to task manager if you see any third party application running over here just go through the process Tab and then you can just make a right click and then click on end task and after that you can launch the game and then check also when you launch the game you can close all your browsers and then check if you have underw worlded your computer remove the underwat and then launch the game also disable steam overlay now for this make a right click on the game and then select properties and then option which says enable the steam overlay while in game if this is on you can turn this off and then launch the game also if you have any other overlay application running like if you have Discord running Either you turn off the overlay in Discord or you can simply close Discord sard if you if you're using GE Force experience either you can turn off the overlay in GE Force experience or you can close GE Force experience so close all the overlay application also close all the overlocking application so if you have like MSI After Burner running or R uner running or any other overclocking application make sure that you close all the overclocking application and then launch the game to perform clean boot you can type in system configuration in Window search box and then click on system configuration go to the service Tab and then put a check on the box which says hide all Microsoft Services make sure that you put a check on hide all Microsoft services and then on disable all in my case this option is grade out I already did it in your case this would be highlighted so first of all put a check on hide all Microsoft Services first and then click on disable all and then click on apply click on okay you will see a restart option restart computer and then launch the game now this has also worked for many players so it might work for you so try launching the game in Big Picture Mode so on the top right here you can see the big picture picture mode icon click on Big Picture Mode icon and now you can click on the game and you can launch the game from here so try launching the game from Big Picture Mode when the stream is in Big Picture Mode and then check now the next step is to verify the game files now go to steam make right click on the game and then select properties and then go to the installed files tab and then click on verify Integrity of game files once the verification is 100% complete then you can launch the game and then check next step is to run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder so instead of launching the game from Steam you can just make a right click on the game over here and then select manage then click on browse local files it will straight up it to the game installation folder now scroll down you can see the game exe file at the end make a right click on the game e exe file select properties go to this tab and then put a check on the box which says run this program as an administrator and then click on apply click on okay and then make a double click over here try launching the game from here if that does not work make a right click once again select properties and this time select Windows 8 from the list and then hit up apply click on okay make a double click launch the game if that does not work you can try this properties and this time select Windows 7 and then you can also put a check on the box which says disable full screen optimization click on apply click on okay make a double click launch the game now when you put a check on all these boxes and still you are facing the problem in that case you can uncheck these boxes so if if it's not helping you can simply uncheck these boxes and then follow the next step now the next step is to rename or delete the save game files now when you do this you will lose all the game progress you have to start everything from scratch only if you agree you can do this either you can rename the save game file or you can delete the save game file and then you can check so first of all to rename the save game files you can open file you can open File Explorer go to the Spacey open C drive open program files x36 now before you do this let me inform you that you have to start everything from security Windows Defender Firewall allow and app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall click on change settings on the top click on allow another app browse and then go to the game installation folder so open the again open the steam apps steam steam apps common and then open the game folder select the game exe file click on open now click on add in my case this is already added so once the game is added in my case the game is already added so yeah in my case the game is already added so here you can see the game is added once the game is added over here click on okay on the bottom and then you can launch the game and then check now the next step is to do a clean installation of your graphics card driver not updating the graphic card driver just that will be a clean installation now if you have Nvidia card go to Nvidia website if you have AMD card go to AMD website I'm showing for NVIDIA now some users may also find ddu uninstaller in Google you can search or you can simply I'm showing for NVIDIA and I'll show you how to do a clean installation so do a clean installation of your graphics card driver so go to Nvidia website now select your product type make sure that you uninstall the previous driver and then it will do a clean installation of the latest graphic card driver and once that is done once this process is complete then restart your computer make sure that you restart your computer after this and after the system restart you can launch the game now the next step is to run the game on dedicated graphic card now for this type in graphics settings in Windows search box and then click on Graphics settings and then go to browse option click on browse and then go to the game installation folder once again open the game folder select the game exe file click on ADD once the game is added over here click on options select high performance over here and then click on Save Now launch the game and then check next step is to increase the virtual memory so to increase the virtual memory type in view Advanced system settings in Window search box and then click on view Advanced system settings and then click on the first settings and then go to advance Tab and then click on change over here and then select the drive so uncheck the box which says automatically manage paging file size for all drives uncheck this box and select the drive where the the game is installed so select the drive and then once you select the right drive now put a check on custom size and for initial size it's 1.5 into total Ram so you can check the total Ram in Windows settings you can go to system and then go to about and total Ram in my case is 16 GB so you can calculate accordingly in my case it's 16 GB so I will calculate as per 16 GB so and first of all we have to convert 16 GB into megabyte so we will open calculator so type in calculator in run box and then click on okay and over here uh it's 16 1.5 into total Ram total Ram in my case it's 16 Ram 16 GB so 1 16 into 1024 1024 4 is actually 1 GB is equal to 1024 megabyte so 16 GB in megabyte will be 16 384 into 1.5 1.5 into total Ram this is my total Ram in megabyte now 1.5 into total Ram total Ram that is into 1.5 so in my case initial size is 24576 2 4 576 and maximum size is 3 into total Ram now total Ram in my case that is 16 GB I have 16 GB of RAM so 16 into 1024 I've converted this in megabyte megabyte now that is three into total Ram so total Ram is this much into three that is 49152 49152 49151 52 now click on set over here then click on okay okay apply okay okay now restart computer make sure that you restart your computer after this now the next step is to install visual C++ file now for this copy this link the link is provided in the video description open this link in a browser it have to run this exe file now again if you see the repair option click on repair if you see the install option click on install click on yes to allow and let the installation complete make sure both the installation are complete and once both the installation are complete you will see a restart option so you have to restart your computer make sure that you restart your computer so click on okay and here you can see the restart option so over here also you will see the restart option just restart click on restart over here once the installation is complete or you can restart from here make sure both are installed first and then after the system restart launch the game and then check next step is to update your windows to the latest version now for this open Windows settings you can go to Windows update or update in security and then click on check for update make sure you update everything over here and then once the update is complete restart your computer and then you can launch the game and then check still facing the problem update your system bies go to your system manufacturer website so if you have a Dell computer go to Dell if you have Lenovo go to Lenovo if you have Asis computer go to ASIS Acer HP whichever brand you have go to your system manufacturer website select your model number make sure that you select your computer and then find the latest bios update available and then install the latest bios not in case of laptop make sure battery on your computer is more than 10% when you update the system bios and the AC adapter the charger is connected to the computer when you update the system bios now during the BIOS update your system will restart do not unplug the power cable when it's updating the system bios now after the BIOS update you can log into the computer and then launch the game now still facing the problem the now this is the step if you're able to launch the game so if you're able to launch the game you can try this if you're not able to launch the game you can skip the step so when you launch the game you can just go to options and then go to presentation option and then you have to turn off the Superstar HUD this has worked for many players so it might work for you you can also try Window mode and turn off vsync and then try to lower down Graphics settings so if you're able to launch the game you can launch the game first so go to options so go to options and then go to presentation options and over here you can see the first option is SuperStar h Q now if this is on you can turn this off and then apply the settings and then check this has worked for many players so it might work for you now go to on the top go to options and then go to extras and then go go to Graphics settings now over here you can try Window mode so you can select yes over here and then if the screen resolution is set to 4K then you can try 1920 into 1080P or you can even lower down more so I will keep at one 1920 into 1080p but if you want to lower down more you can lower lower it down now if the V sync is yes you can turn it off and then check and if the refresh rate is highlighted you can set the refresh rate 260 if it is highlighted now scroll down turn off the Shadows shter quality I I will keep it at medium medium you can turn off the motion blur and then apply the settings and then and check the performance now the last step is to uninstall and reinstall the game to different drive so first of all you can make a right click on the game manage uninstall now after the uninstall go to the game installation folder and then open the game folder so after you uninstall it go to steam apps common if you see this make a right click and then click on delete so after you uninstall it delete the game in game folder from the game installation folder and then restart a computer and after the system restart try to install the game to different Drive suppose if the game is installed to another drive so if the game is installed to another drive then you can try to install the game to C drive so try to install the game to C drive and if the game is already installed in C drive then you can try to install the game to another SSD
