Fix Helldivers 2 Black Screen with Audio Crash

hi guys and welcome to game trailers and guides if you have been playing hell divers 2 and you're struggling with black screen that has the audio in the background and after a while the game crashes then I've got some fixes that you should try if this issue specifically started after the yesterday's patch then the first thing you should do is verify game files for this go to your steam library then locate H divers 2 right click on it properties then go to install files and over here you have the options to verify the game files verify the game files and wait for the process to complete once the process completes Run the game and check if you still have the problem if you do not have the problem then great if you still have it then we have better fixes that you can try the next fix you can try is to delete the config file this is a very good fix and has worked for quite a lot of players so try it go to this PC then open your C drive then look for users open the folder with the username then look for app data if the app data folder is not there then click on view show and click on hidden items the process is same for Windows 10 also so with with this process make your app data visible once it becomes visible open it then go to ring then look for Arrowhead open the folder then over here you have the config file take a backup of the config file and delete the config file once you delete the config file then open stem and play the game hopefully this fix works for you if it doesn't then there are other fixes you can try as well the third fix is to reboot your PC and then run Steam with admin permission so reboot the PC and once the PC has rebooted then in the windows search type steam then click over here run as administrator once team runs as administrator then again attempt to play the game if it works then great if not then the next solution is to lower the graphics settings go in game and lower the graphics settings to medium and hopefully that resolves the issue then finally if none of the fixes have worked then delete the game guard folder to find the game guard folder open Steam English us then right click on properties go to install files browse go into bin and over here here you have the gamard folder delete the gamard folder since the game is running it's not allowing me to delete the game guard folder but close the game and delete the game guard folder and then relaunch the game once you relaunch the game the game will automatically redownload the game guard folder and and hopefully your issue will be resolved thank you guys if the fix helped please like And subscribe
