Fix FPS Drops & Boost FPS in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2

hey guys welcome back today's video I will be taking you in steps where we will fix FPS drops and ping problems first thing is we are going to check our in-game settings and make sure all of them are correct make sure it's on full screen as this help improving FPS a lot put your FPS to the ultimate to get the highest FPS up PC could get choose performance and then restart your game go down to Graphics quality then put you 3D resolution between 85% to 100% then put everything on low or off go to game settings and put your servers as Auto to make the game choose the best servers for low ping apply and close game and let's move to the next step this method is optional you can make your game stretched for better fps click on R plus Windows type percent temp percent click enter click on the local files search for fortnite game then saved then config then Windows client then rightclick on game user settings then click proper properties then uncheck read only then open the file or click edit find these commands or codes then change the numbers of it to the numbers that are showing on screen save the changes right click on game user settings click properties check read only and close it and let's move to our next step you need this file let me show you how to download it copy the link below the video go to Google and paste it and click enter then right click on it and click download run as admin do all the steps I'm doing here close and let's move to our next step search control panel and open it click network and internet then Network and Sharing Center then click on your internet name click properties click on the ipv4 4 change DNS to 8888 and 8844 apply and close let's move to our next step open epic games launcher go to settings scroll down until you find fortnite put this code and you should find it below the video let's move to Next Step go to library click on the three dots that are next to the fortnite icon then click on manage then click the folder icon click fortnite game click on binaries then win 64 and then find this file copy and close epic games open your Windows settings go to your display settings go down to graphics and click on it and make sure it's on desktop apps and click on browse and then paste it in the here and click add then click on it and put it high performance now we are going to add the ultimate power plan open CMD as an admin paste this code here all codes are below the video search choose a power plan view additional choose the ultimate power plan close let's move to the next step now search for adjust and choose this app and choose adjust for best per performance then click Advanced and make sure this is selected then click apply and close that's all you need please let me know if these methods help you fix your problem thank you for watching subscribe for more videos like this bye
