FiveM - How to Fix Couldn't Load Resource

[Music] it's really common problem with cannot load resource and like basically any resource so you know I just tried connected to the server but I did this on purpose just to show you guys how to fix this on your own I seen a discord a lot of questions in this and yeah so it's really simple all you have to do is so the resource that was breaking here was help so make sure that the file it's not called resource it has to be underscore underscore resource that's in then if we open this up I set it up just it's just so it wouldn't work just so I could show you guys why it doesn't work you have to make sure in this file and your resource underscore underscore there's two underscores resource doubt Lua in that file but there's no syntax are in that computer is dying right now but it's alright just make sure there's no syntax here that's like any open quotes anything that'll just potentially break it make sure it's you know the same you know everything's alt all good so you know if I were to do that I'm gonna have to restart the server for that clear it should usually fix it it's usually that resource table with the cannot load resource it's basically it I'm going to the server load up here this is an old server build thinking about upgrading it later but this is just for the our tutorial so I'm gonna connect to it I think that's from when it was but you know once you restore the server will clear that cache your server cache and make sure it's called underscore underscore resource outlook for your resource click connect and it should work you should be able to join your server without that air it cannot so this is for like a different resource you know like let's say like it's guns or something just make sure this the resource table is called underscore underscore research data and the syntax in the resource table is not broken meaning like any open quotes make sure there's like between these strings make sure there's a separator with the comma to make sure the syntax is good you can always use a syntax validator for Lua there's one on the Lua org somewhere there so it's gonna be this is a short video I'm sorry I'll definitely start uploading again more I was gone for a while and I'm starting to upload again and I hope you guys enjoy the video make sure to join our discord and I think he guys for watching and yeah yeah
