Five days in Seoul 🌸 cherry blossom season, café hopping, day trip to Suwon

[Music] kind of like we got chemistry same energy I can see make history b b do I got this sh you a goddess like [Music] [Music] made it to soul and I just dropped off my bags at the hotel the check-in is at 2:00 p.m. and it's actually 1:30 p.m. right now so I'm probably just going to walk around a little bit and then check in I am really close to a lot of stores in gunnam so I will probably be able to just walk around all these stores the kilo bookstore is actually really close to here it's like right across the street so I'm thinking I'm going to start with that [Music] go went to see you to grab some snacks and water and now I am checking into the hotel okay just got into the room and already put down my stuff but here it is I am in love look how spacious it is I mean especially compared to Japanese hotels that are very small this is huge and it faces the corner so you have two views over here or at least two sources of light and yeah you could see the cherry blossoms over there that's so nice then here is the bathroom also nice and spacious another thing I'm super excited about is there is an iron which is especially handy because all of my clothing has been in my suitcase for the past like 2 weeks so they're so wrinkly and we've also got a hot water boiler that will come in handy for ramen and and here we just have a lot of shelving wow I can like truly unpack here wow I am so impressed with this room it really just has everything that I need in it and a lot of space which is perfect it is a little bit hot because of the Sun but hopefully that temperature will come down but either way I am just wow I'm I'm very impressed I'm just freshening up right now because I always feel so gross after being in an airport and I have an appointment at a beauty clinic at 5:00 p.m. today it's not too far from the hotel so it won't take me too long to get there I'm planning on getting some treatments done seeing what they recommend and I've never gotten any beauty treatments in Korea before so I'm really looking forward to it I've always wanted to do something and I found this Clinic through Tik Tok and hopefully it's good [Music] [Music] should be good [Music] it's actually not as bad as I expected some people go really red in a purplish color oh really I think should disappear maybe after 3 3 days okay [Music] cool okay just got out and so he added some volume here that I guess the fat dissolving injection so he said ignore this but yeah I definitely think like there is a lift over here I can feel it too my lips even feel a little bit numb right now so I think after all the redness goes away I'll probably be able to tell a little bit more because my face looks kind of crazy right now but pretty cool and I'm covering up that chin portion and then I didn't video it but I did get BOTOX on my trapes and I'm getting a little itchy do there right now but I'm trying not to scratch it [Music] oh [Music] oh my my God guys so I woke up this morning and I felt my jaw area and it just feels totally different like something here is gone and I can even tell to this morning like I looked in the mirror and I was like wo I can actually see it today so this is my morning after update because I haven't put on any makeup yet and so you can see that the redness has kind of started to go away it looks a lot better than yesterday yesterday it actually started looking a little bit like purple at the end of the day but now it's back to looking red and then also the additive that he put under my chin it's still there a little bit but it's gone down a lot so now I don't look as crazy with like my double chin here and yeah I think that I mean that's really it I just I'm shook that my jaw like I have never been able to feel it like this I don't know it just wow crazy anyway I'm going to start getting ready now I have plans to just go to Yoo Park in the morning to see the cherry blossoms things always open very late in Soul so I can't go to any cafes until like 10: or 11:00 a.m. but that's okay because at least then I'll get to go to the Garden Walk Around see all the cherry blossoms and then I want to go to yanam or like I guess the area around there there is a very popular Cafe that has a very nice view of the Cherry blossoms so that's kind of the plan and then I will take it from there I do want to visit as many like cafes as possible try to see as much Cherry Blossom stuff I think I don't have it as long in Soul as I really thought I did like there's actually a lot of stuff that I want to do especially since it's spring I'm going to try to get it all done as much as possible so yeah stay tuned okay I am all ready now and this is what I'm wearing today let's head out [Music] fore May I'm get in and down so hold outfit because there's just so many cute cherry blossom spots to take pictures at but I think what I'm going to do is I'm going to walk back into yonam dong and go to another Cafe okay okay I just walked like 20 ft and I found this mingu birthday event that I have to go to there's something [Music] [Applause] [Music] new sh open I heart to see it sh you got this playr of your [Music] own your so cute they're also doing some kind of like birthday event here but I don't know this fatal I'm going to look him up now but looks like wo wo his birthday is actually today so that's that's him so I'm going to look him up and see who it is cuz I don't know who it is I got two drinks at two cupcakes because it photographs better and it's cuter and I just like couldn't decide which cupcake I wanted because they were just so cute so I wanted to get two and I didn't have any lunch so honestly I think I can probably body all of this so let me try [Music] hey everyone so now I am in I think this is Goan the area or it might be aong but I'm not completely sure the neighborhoods are kind of difficult to understand but I'm here because I really want to go to the gentle monster store here I heard it's really cool so that is why I'm here right now [Music] [Music] it's good this top [Music] hello so I am back at my hotel now I think I was out for like 11 hours so it feels really nice to be back at the hotel but I wanted to h on to do a little unboxing of my new sunglasses that I got gentle monster is always really well known for their packaging so I already opened it and I saw what the packaging looked like but I wanted to show you cuz it's so cool so the case is this little pillow kind of style I think that's so cute so cute and here are the sunglass glasses you already saw me wear them in the shop but I am going to take them [Music] out here they are super fresh and so clean and here they are on these are a little bit bigger than the gentle monster sunglasses that I already own so it's it's nice I love these These are the deer sunglasses in Gray and I got gray on this one instead of black because I thought I'd actually went a little bit better with my hair just cuz my hair is a little bit lighter than black and my other sunglasses from gentle monster are black so I thought this was like a little bit different and gave it a little bit of Dimension so yeah I love these and then also I thought I would unbox my txt album that I got at CU because it gave me the best luck ever I got yanen for my photo card and he is my ultimate bias so I was extremely happy when I was at CU and I pressed the button and I was like taking a video of me like picking up the on card I was so happy when I got the card but the worker was like looking at me I guess you know he has to make sure I'm only pressing it once so I was like getting so nervous about him seeing how happy I was so I was like trying to hold in my excitement but I was so excited I was like so happy that really made my day anyway I got this version of the album It's called The Light version because I already got one of the other albums online I thought I might have as well get this one cuz I know I didn't get this one yet and I was really only getting it for the CU photo card I really can't like get too many things or else my luggage is going to be way too overweight so yeah that's why I got this one but I thought might as well open it now I hope the CU gave me Good Luck because of that yanen pull we'll see who I pull in this one ooh okay okay I got subin I can already tell from the sticker that I got I like suben subin's one of my TOPS oh oh okay photo card is right on top and it's upside down so let's flip it over oh thank you okay okay okay and then yeah I got the subin version of the album so I have a lot of postcards These are nice I do like this concept A lot has a CD in there and a little yeah it's suben suben all right I'm happy with that and before I wrap it up for the night because I don't think I'm going to go out anymore and I do have a long day tomorrow so I should really get as much fresh as possible I am going to show you once again my yanjun photo card it's beautiful I'm is to go to suan to go to the new Starfield library that is high on my bucket list and I also want to go to a couple cafes there that have been on my bucket list for a while too I do have plans to meet up with a few friends at a cafe around 300 p.m. so I do have to be back for that so I don't have like super long that I can be in Su on but I think that'll be just enough time it's about an hour and 20 minutes to get from here to suan I'm trying to get there for 10:00 a.m. so I'm going to leave now probably get there a little bit early if I'm lucky and yeah we'll take it from there [Music] [Music] yet good morning everyone it is Sunday today and it's it's around 8:50 a.m. and today I have plans to go to Soul forest with my friends I thought it would be a good idea since they should have some cherry blossoms there and then we can also explore songu afterwards because songu is just so much fun okay I don't have a full length mirror but this is my outfit for today I'm just wearing white today is my last day in Soul but I have a lot of fun things planned today so I'm going to make the most of the last day yeah I love how I chose a spot here to Vlog that has all my stuff in the background ignore that Helen actually is in Soul as well so we're going to spend the day together and I got reservations for dear moment which is a very popular cherry blossom Cafe it has a lot of cherry blossom trees outside of it so it's a very popular spot to take photos at the windows and get all the cherry blossoms in the photo and during cherry blossom season they actually Reserve out the tables that are by the windows so you can't sit at them unless you reserve and the way you reserve is you have to send a DM to their Instagram account at 8:00 p.m. sharp and it's first come first serve for the three tables for like several different time slots but it's really not that many reservations and I got so lucky yesterday I had my friends do like the exact milliseconds on their apple watches and I sent it exactly at 8:00 p.m. when it turned 800 p.m. and I got so lucky that I got the reservation so 9:00 a.m. today we're going to be there so looking forward to that and then I think Helen and I also wanted to go to another Cafe and then we wanted to go to sukron Lake which has a lot of cherry blossoms so we're going to have a pretty packed day cuz some of the things are quite far away from each other but it's cool because I did want to do all of these things so I'm glad I get to knock them off my list on the last day [Music] [Music] my by some man yeah can't get old [Music] the cafe like an hour after we left so we're really hoping that he's still there and yeah we're just heading back right now we're back so sadly jinuk was not there but we did ask the employee when he might be there and he said that they're not exactly sure because it just kind of comes and goes so maybe we'll try again later but for now I just stopped by an olive young and bought some more things and now I'm going to go back to the hotel and just drop off my stuff and maybe change so I hung out at the hotel for about an hour and now Helen is done with her meeting so we're going to meet up in yongdong a little early and I wanted to go to a K-pop shop there it's a shop that we've been to before and it has just a lot of stuff in there has great K-pop shopping so I always love to go there for all of that and I think there's a lot of like great makeup shopping there as well so we'll probably just do a little bit of shopping and then find somewhere for dinner oh and I changed my [Music] I do feel like I've been here for a really long time which this is the longest time I've ever been in Asia I've Done 3 weeks total and it was the best experience I'm just so glad that I was able to do it and I cannot wait to do it again in the future I loved traveling alone and I loved the fact that I was able to also meet up with so many friends on this trip so it was just very a very great trip for lack of better wording I'm going to pretty much just pack up tonight I do have an early flight tomorrow I think it's a 10:00 a.m. flight so I have to be at the airport pretty early so I'm going to take a taxi early in the morning and that means I do have to get all my packing done right now and then get as much sleep as possible so I do think I will end the Vlog here but thank you for joining
