First FULL TIME trip in VINTAGE RV and our SOLAR panels cant keep up

foreign slippers or my indoor slippers outside next to the horse poop oops hey welcome to 69 everywhere we bought a 1993 RV for four thousand dollars and decided to live in it full time we're loving being on the road but we're running into issues every day we're glad you can join us in this episode where we struggle to harness the power of the Sun and lack basic household items like a can opener and just because of the cold temperature drained the battery overnight or maybe the fridge is running like crazy the things I do for you who needs electricity anyway the sun's beaming now can you see how much um battery we're getting in so if it keeps up like this in nine hours it'll be full okay too bad the sun goes down and what yeah flowers all right well we'll have something so on the first night we stayed at a farm in North Carolina on our way down from New Jersey we pulled in kind of late and it was too dark to see that we were just 50 feet away from the horses we woke up to the most obnoxious rooster in the entire universe and the Majestic horses farting in the wind Steph loved them this is my friend horsey she also loved their farts we had one neighbor who was also traveling she was a middle-aged lady in a camper van with a dog she had told us how the road gets lonely but running into nomadic people keep her sane we're starting to feel a sense of community with every new person we meet I don't think she had a bathroom in her van so she probably poops in a bucket and honestly I salute her for her dedication to the lifestyle hardcore in the Smoky Mountains look out on fire we spent the day visiting an old plantation it was weird to reflect on how different culture is now simpler times but darker times we then took a ride into Myrtle Beach before heading to our next Harvest host which was a bar with pretty solid Wings they actually didn't give me diarrhea which was a nice change of pace getting close to 30 has changed the gastric anatomy of my butthole here's the Harvest host spot there's the 1993 and the 2022. plastic surgery yeah that's a plastic surgery model so we're staying at a place called uh Coach's Corner or something so we're gonna go get some wings after our Excursion through rainbow row and Myrtle Beach we cleaned up and headed over to our next Harvest host which was a farm with some animals that we got to do hood rat stuff with yeah this is uh this is chicken crack cocaine oh okay stuff it's just like Philly a boy you're just lean down and put your face in front of him [Laughter] this is John eating raisin canes well there's horses going around that guy's got too many horses on him trying to make popcorn but the circuit like keeps popping oh it popped again I don't think we can make popcorn there's an alien in there yeah microwave didn't work should I look I told you [Laughter] there we go after kissing a boy goat and popping our circuit breaker trying to make popcorn we settled in for the night Steph got to feed and say goodbye to the animals in the morning before heading more south we drove all day and we made it to Florida and I did a kickflip we checked into another Harvest host and Steph made me dinner here's her cooking show I'm gonna have a cooking show I'm going to show you how to make rice I need my Asian help yeah it's like that episode of Seinfeld we can't open the comments see that and the water pump's not on so that's just what's chilling then turn on we're still new to this RV so we don't always know which Outlets work and which don't it turns out there was a reset switch in the bathroom for the outlets in the kitchen but at this point we were just looking for a spot to set down the rice cooker without burning the RV down on fire wait okay those aren't plugged in plug it in down by the look there's a power strip that I plugged in there you go I don't want you to cut yourself oh God what so what did we forget it's pretty obvious oh God what is this my girlfriend made me dinner after cooking dinner the rice cooker used so much power we ran out of it so I had to help Steph wash her beautiful face the girl needs her beauty sleep we woke up with the sunrise to another rooster screaming his lungs out as we travel more and more we're learning what is essential and what can be left in a storage unit back home quote unquote home I think at this point we're 100 committed to living on the road the freedom and Financial Freedom it provides outweighs any normal comfort that having an apartment or house could offer we took most of the day to drive through some Florida beaches and palm trees to make it to our final destination Disney World [Music]
