fireb0rn plays Pantheon 5 with Nightmare Spikes

hey everyone how's it going god gamer here and today i'm going to be doing it pantheon 5 with the nightmare spikes mod so this is a mod that just adds nightmare king grimm's nightmare spikes attack to every single boss in pantheon 5 even bosses so it doesn't just work on the ground with this version on older versions of the mod it would only spawn nightmare spikes on the ground so bosses with more vertical arenas um like absolute radiance or markov and no wise you could just go above the nightmare spikes but on this version nightmare spikes spawn on the platforms as well so uh this is gonna be an interesting challenge i think um some other things about the mod is that if you're in a state where you can't move or do anything then the spikes don't spawn and also when the boss dies the spike stops spawning so you get like a little heel break but um it's definitely a pretty challenging mod i haven't practiced much with it but i've kind of given some bosses a try and it's it's a little bit tough uh especially nightmare king groom is the number one toughest boss i think because you already have to deal with the nightmare spikes and it's tough but uh yeah i think i'll be able to do it but do it like first try i might try with the nail binding i don't think i'll get it first try though because there's just so many bosses in pantheon five that you can screw up on and you can die like just you know nightmare spikes deal double damage so you can die really quickly um this is the charm build i think i'm gonna go with shaman stone is just kind of because i'll be using descending dark a lot for invincibility frames so i may as well get that extra damage on the shock waves but mark of pride is really good just to give you the extra range because your movement is so limited with the nightmare spikes so it's kind of nice to be able to still hit the boss even if you're a bit further away quick slash is a no-brainer carefree melody can also block the double damage from the spikes occasionally if you get lucky or if you get really unlucky you could just block damage on the single damage attacks so we'll kind of see carefree melody is a random factor but it's a great charm so night is laying down like oh god why yeah um i was doing it i just went into the pantheon to test it out and then died but i died on purpose promise fire's best companion carefree melody yeah i love that charm i probably won't she should quick slash yep i'm using legacy quick slash i could probably just use regular quick slash and unbreakable heart yeah let's just do that i'll just use unbreakable heart instead of carefree melody it's pretty much the same because you can heal up after most of the bosses anyway so i might as well just go with that it'll be a bit less random this way too all right uh i yeah i probably won't be able to read chat quite as much during this but oh my stream is at 17k bitrate okay i'll be back in one second i forgot to change the bitrate okay i think adds nightmare spikes all the pantheon bosses um yeah that's the short version of the intro i don't know if it's going to be in the video or not because uh i had to just restart the stream but yeah steady body might actually be pretty good for this challenge because steady body is just nice for nightmare spikes but i just couldn't find a way to fit it into the build if only there were a way yeah i just had to restart the stream really quickly because i had the bit rate set to like 20 000 and youtube was not happy about that hey twink okay i'm gonna [Music] start the run so it actually starts with a really easy boss you can you can cheese some of the bosses like if you can go above the screen then they're not that bad oh there's no music let's get some music going so with vengefly king you can go above the screen so it's not too bad especially if they stay here like this you can just pogo forever you can also just do this in the uh normal like with the normal version of the boss but um [Music] it's not like the normal version of the box that bad so the spikes take like five seconds to spawn so you get like a little period oh oops where you get like a break from them okay and you always get like a little mo like you get the normal time to heal after a boss dies i think there was a version of the mod where you didn't get that time but are there no spikes on this oops false knight doesn't have spikes oh well i tested most of the other bosses at least in the hall of gods and they all have spikes so hopefully this is just a weird exception [Music] hmm should have tested be tough oh no eyes is going to be tough too i'm scared about no eyes as well oops oh cotton moment so the spikes have a smaller hitbox than they appear to have which is why you can kind of squeeze in between them like that i think i might just shade soul now okay i wanted to save soul for dung defender too because just being able to de-dark tongue defenders really nice oh okay good spikes don't much that will take the compliment these bosses take so much longer when you have to dodge the nightmare spikes like this boss takes like 10 seconds in 112 normally [Music] oh jumping oh i think that the heck oh god it's okay to damage tank as long as i'm damage tanking the boss not the spikes if you try to damage tank the spikes you're gonna get dead real quick how i can use my shade cloak okay oh they they still man that's so weird because i i like just tested this before i started stream on vengefly king and on vengefly king if you heal up the spikes stop spawning while you heal but on other bosses that's not the case and i was 100 sure i tested it like five times so what the hell is going on i i'm i'm really not sure but i i don't think this mod was tested that much because it wasn't working on false night like i'm not complaining much creator did an awesome job but yeah thanks so much blue i've improved a lot in the game in these months that's true that's very true because you have a bench maybe it could be anything with hollow knights code oh and yeah i don't have lifeblood for this challenge just to uh make it a little bit harder i think some of the bosses oh i'm like no damage on the other one it's almost dead okay i can't believe my favorite streamer cheats hey list i would actually like to heal up for this i don't think this boss will actually be that bad because you'd get to d-dark so much but oh okay oh i get a little break until the bosses spawn i don't know when the bosses are spawning though technically okay got to heal up nice oh do not want to get hit by the spikes that was a good dodge i couldn't do much about that oh no oh sh that was a little bit scary alrighty heart rate got up to 82. oh 85. alrighty yeah that was actually a little bit trickier than i thought i thought i'd just be able to cheese it with the dark but i made a couple little mistakes and some of the fights are some of the fights are tough because there's so many hit boxes that you really have to shade cloak and it's so hard to judge the distance to shake cloak like in between the spikes it's really hard more mood time oh i should have got soul what am i doing that bounce what oh he went under me oh i should've up slashed but thanks so much for what you do smile oh thanks a lot gun biter that's a very kind of you oh the spikes are a lot more sparse on this boss i guess because some of them are set to spawn on platforms thank you very much gun biter gum spider oh god good luck with your work oh okay i just barely didn't you know jump into the spikes there why 24 seconds of latency i i don't know i think i have it set to low latency well maybe not oh this boss is gonna be annoying okay yeah we're just kind of damage tanking to the boss's attacks rather than to the spikes oh oh i should have just went for one heel that was dumb so nightmare spikes does give you some soul for some reason sometimes i think it's when the boss fight starts you get like a little bit of soul and i don't understand exactly how it works should probably try to use the staggers heal there we go uh not healing twice healing twice it's not gonna work okay okay a there's a bench after this get seoul yes good call hello yeah getting sold from the springs is a good idea okay i wasn't sure if i should dive or swing there or not oh those always throw me off so yeah thanks a lot pancakes pancakes i'm a fan of pancakes but not those kind maybe i should get rid of shaman stone i'm not relying that much on spell dps i think shamanstone's a mistake like i could um i don't know i'm mainly just oh i don't have strength this build is so dumb why wasn't i using strength um oops so yeah this build is better i don't have room for steady body unless i exploited legacy quick slash but as it turns out that's a controversial move and i don't think it makes a huge difference either way yeah but you can you can always move in between your swings right and i'm kind of i'm used to i'm used to not using steady body i love rusty's way of describing elder who how's that thanks a lot just casual i haven't actually watched rusty's like latest it was like a charm to your list or something yeah i know helen thank you yeah i haven't actually watched it so yeah that was a lot more difficult than it should have been because i was using purely nail damage and uh i didn't have strength on for some reason oops so that this should definitely be easier there we go hey mcalley that's that's my fault i have spikes with false knight now but i didn't before well at least okay so now now we've got a legit run going last time was the mod was glitched out i didn't get spikes on false night hopefully that doesn't happen on like an important boss because oh the spikes are still going i'm sleeping on the job oh i wasn't paying attention once again but yeah it might be worth it to steady body instead of uh heart but i've already practiced nkg a little bit without steady body and i think you have so much space in between the spikes that if you're paying attention which sometimes i'm just not i guess because the pantheon is so long it's just easy to make mistakes like that but i think if you're paying attention you can always just like shift a little bit before you swing like not there i couldn't have swung there so steady steady body would have been good in that spot for sure okay this is gonna be so much easier with strength strength is just such a busted charm man like i'm just gonna roll through these bosses compared to before at least that convinces me that a nail binding shouldn't be impossible to do this with it shouldn't be impossible to do this with a nail binding that's the proper phrasing oh okay this is much easier also with a little bit of practice on these bosses what mod does the nightmare spikes uh it's just called nightmare spikes uh i think i put a link in the description and um the mod is by like eight two six five eight nine o2 or some like it's just like a long string of numbers a person's name i want to try and give credit but it's kind of difficult to remember from being honest but it's all in the in the description the mod is for one four three two though not current patch oh that was a steady body moment hey milk by the way and here revenge now i i always shape cloak that attack like slightly too late god oh oops oh no worries i just need to not die in the transition to the hot spring there we go not even close baby this run really gets a lot faster yeah strength and quick slash is a very good combo who would have thought we're learning new things today all right i was a little bit scared i was gonna fall into the void there oh i was wondering if like you could like get under the laser that would have been cool [Music] thanks nancy oh i was very close to that you can actually pogo nightmare spikes as well i don't know if everyone is aware of that but it's like something that i'll probably never use but it's kind of cool potentially i guess okay freezing milk why would you do that crazy ideas being thrown around in chat oops okay that fights actually a little bit scary and like if there were any fights before it that were tough then that could be really annoying it's kind of like elder who like a lot of the fights in this pantheon are only scary because there's like another regalian yeah a lot of these bosses i think you want to play pretty aggressively and just like not damage tank but just play aggressively so you kill them before you you know risk taking damage to nightmare spikes too much oops heal once i love that you can parry this boss it's so good like i'm not trying to parry obviously it just happens accidentally yeah totally intentional berries oh thanks think i just need to chill out and i forgot the left side strap that's the most important part for these fights just chill on the left side it's not that bad okay i'm dumb that was really bad okay now is you just stay on one side it's the same thing for regular grim because if you stay on one side like the boss always teleports before it attacks so if you're on one side it'll always teleport to your right so you don't have to like guess where it's going to teleport so it's so much easier to just stay on one side the entire time and you can heal up with certain attacks oh okay i did do nkg radiant to kind of like practice for this it's the only boss i practiced so hopefully that'll be okay oh it's not paying attention that one oh i got a triple without shaman stone that is rare okay let's heal up i want to see fire tab on stream not that kind of streamer milk oh oh i wasn't dream nailing dude oh oh i can't see that far down i need to stay up oh as long as i'm up here it spikes oh that's not the case oh i destroyed you moo nice i was really scared well it's not that bad of a fight but that could be pretty nasty i think oh this boss is gonna be ass just casually super chatted i think you might just have to dive a lot of the attacks see like most of his attacks are so big that they just like hit perfectly in between the spikes so you have like not much room to stand just like that could just try to use like the face tank strategy that we used in 112 essentially yeah like just playing a bit more aggressive like that worked out oh this this space is messed up okay yeah you have to you have to make you have to make use of descending tarq on the second phase for sure um do i ever intentionally parry uh almost never i do on a pure vessel like that's pure vessel i think that's pretty much it um i i very rarely do on watcher nights in any percent nmg but like that's the only like that that's the only fight that i've done enough that i can almost get the timing i feel like parries are not consistent most of the time the first two swings when goddammer jumps in yeah some like when the enemies have like a bigger hitbox that they're throwing out it can be easier to get parries okay i'll just have to try playing sly aggressive i know wink nosqu is right before so i just need to play winged nos really well so i'd have enough health to make it work health and soul really okay yeah if if you play sly really aggressively you'll probably get a lot of parries off because slice hit boxes are huge that that's like part of the reason why just damage taking sly works so well especially when you have quick slash okay nope i thought i might be able to get in between those oh there's hornet too afterward too oh yeah i forgot about that god that is that's a really rough section of bosses just casually super chatted five dollars next oh god no i think there's like a vvvv mod maybe it's possible oops oh god yeah the ending of p5 is rough so i tried to just like slightly get on the platform okay oh i need to walk away or i'm gonna get hit okay did i speed run before playing hollow knight no hollow knight was my first speed game um and it was a really good speed game to get into because like there there wasn't like a ton of competition when i started oops it's definitely a lot harder to get into today like there's better there's far better resources which helps out a lot but um oh but the run is the runs in general are a lot harder and there's way more competition so it's definitely like if you're starting to speed run a game it's really nice to speedrun a game that's like newer oh i meant to okay speed running games that are newer can be nice because your skills kind of develop as the run develops too whereas like if you're running hollow knight you'll probably be trying to use strats that people have been playing the game for years or using which might be something you want okay nice rose yeah it's always good to see other hollow knight speedrunners yeah mckelly that's pretty funny the speedrunners are very dedicated to that game i should not have wall jumped there should i just fell down oh okay had a lot more trouble with that boss that time routing is definitely one of the coolest parts of speedrunning and like you don't even have to be a top speed runner to do it that's the cool part usually like often it is top speed runners who come up with routes because they're just like the people who are generally the most committed to the game but it's definitely cool that people who aren't top speed runners can also like contribute to the run so we've definitely had like people just come out of nowhere with like new strats especially for glitched runs god it's so hard to see so there is a hitbox for that okay okay it's my favorite aspect of hollow knight i like the freedom of movement because you can just a lot of a lot of modern platformers have like acceleration and stuff but in hollow knight you just tap the button you go in that direction you know it makes the combat a lot better oh okay hell yeah the path of pain ledge was a really cool find i was so proud of finding that and then i found out that a player in the chinese community had already found it they just had no way to communicate it to the like you know international community stool had found that damn it i need to dark more not like that though oh my god gotta keep with my tradition of getting down to one hit for this boss just casual super chat is five dollars what's your favorite ice cream flavor uh cookies and cream or cappuccino mint's pretty good i like ice cream i like any ice cream vanilla vanillas vanilla is an excellent flavor too yeah stool is a legend oh okay i'm gonna take a sip you know what i tried to get into playing monster hunter again because i i just bought iceborn and like it just bugs my hands because it's like the exact same i i don't know it's the same kind of hand pain that i sometimes get from playing hollow knight so if i'm playing hollow knight and monster hunter it just like compounds itself but i really want to play that game so i might switch to keyboard which will be probably pretty awkward but hitless marmot let's go ice cream you say oh yeah twink is an expert oh god [Applause] yeah i do that a lot too rose well as you can see oh oops now is the twink well it's good to hear i play both so i think now some keyboard might actually be better okay face tanking that boss works really well especially if galion does the phase changes toward the ground because you can just quick slash yeah definitely like with some some melee weapons i think it would be a lot harder but what am i doing that was that was dumb oops okay shio is actually one of the easiest bosses to face can't imagine running hk i love watching hk runs though no that's awesome that you speed run souls games i've always tried to get into them and souls games are like really hard to speed run because like whenever i've tried to learn the run i just look at world record and they just do these super difficult skips that i can't emulate but i've tried to learn dark souls 2. glad you enjoy watching the tactical zebra oh oh yeah i forgot the strat is to stay on the side so let's actually do that this time i don't like being on the right side though just like doesn't mesh with my brain for some reason so i'm gonna make my way over to the left yo okay heal heal again probably could have healed once more but yeah this boss is so much easier if you just take it nice and slow like this i could have healed there probably should have it's okay what am i doing okay oh oh the spikes are still spawning gotta be i think i get a yeah i think i get a break here yeah i always forget where it is left side is way better yeah totally is i don't know why it shouldn't be but okay i'm gonna take a sip of water [Music] rose proctor super chatted five dollars why do you jump over him when he does the upward attack before raining fire uh i just find it's a bit easier to get dps in that way i used to always like dash away but then i saw a cranky jump over his head and i was like yeah it looks kind of cool because you can like pogo grim as you do that it's also a bit better with this because like as opposed to dashing away it's just really risky to do that with spikes you should take two sips every time i sip because i don't drink enough when i stream that's the optimal strap i don't drink enough for me maybe other people have different hydration needs oh i did not see that one just like hidden oh tacticals of your gj super chatted two dollars p5 but you drink water the whole time thanks tackle zebra i will consider it okay i can't dream nailed boss here oh now i can i should definitely lure umu down although down seems risky because there's spikes spawning in the acid i kind of like here i like this spot just have to be careful with that [Music] ah that's up that is up how did neither of us hit i really expected the top one to hit oh jesus uh this is really bad i'm not gonna get more health from this boss oh yeah this this is really bad and i have sly after this i'm totally um okay so after grim i might need to change my charm build so i have umu then wingnosk and then sly what's before umu is there i forgot what's before umu quick slash is really good for sly though so strength so i can't get rid of them is there even anything for me to um this is a tough challenge okay i'm just gonna go i just need to be really careful during umu and wingnosk but if if i if i'm really careful during umu and i don't use too much soul then i'll be able to heal up afterward and i need to do the same during wingnoss like i can't use all my soul on spells for umu i kinda didn't have enough soul when i ended there i think that was my main mistake other than just like getting hit a couple times uh i don't think gun would be good for that section it might be good for like nkg and stuff oops okay it's really rough like pantheon five it's up just like it's sent back to the start if you die whose idea was that oops nice bug before it moves watch your knights oh yeah you're right so with watcher knights i can definitely squeeze in heels after that too i need to need to be really really diligent about that in that section so oops okay okay bruce thanks for hanging my hands too much um i know pantheons can be really rough on the hands because uh you're like constantly nail swinging i can already feel it like a little bit in my thumb i don't want to risk injuring myself i'm also working on the next god gamers video so i could just work on that oh god now i'm taking a hit okay i'm ready i have full soul already okay yeah that fight's way easier if you uh play it aggressively like that yeah if you have any like long-term ambitions with a game definitely take care of your hands it's like the number one thing i remember i like really wanted to get good at melee and i tried and i just my hands could not handle it at all because i was like trying to spam tech skills so much oops i didn't think he was smashing and uh yeah as a result of that i really testing it would definitely be cool to know apparently flibber like the mod creator did test it though and they said that uh it was possible but tricky so like i guess it's something you definitely have to practice okay okay i'm gonna take a second i need i really want to do this fight hitless or at least if if i only take three damage then i can heal it all up real easily but i want to save soul so i won't use too much soul at the end definitely want lots of soul for no okay jesus the sword in the foreground hides the uh spikes like i've never given that sword any thought until this might be better to hang on the left side okay ideally i would have more soul but that's okay i can still go for a dream nail at the start of this if i just react to the spikes yep okay yeah i was afraid of that so why is there ones at the top of the screen like that how it instantly destroyed okay that's this fight is i can heal up a little bit but i can't dream nail the zuma which really just like play bad for like 10 seconds and get destroyed that was really really bad you just like lose focus for a little bit and then it's over all of a sudden that boss actually isn't that bad with nightmare spikes watch i'm gonna i'll beat the boss with like less than three hits watch actually i think is he on the bottom tier i think he is yeah it's like right here these fights are okay with that city body oh my god what's with all the shock waves should have waited for this to explode before staggering oops or unstaggering rather oh yeah seeing this boss is not that bad i played that one way more aggressively but thanks blue um i i don't think i'm gonna change to weaver song grub song but this is just an easy build to use i'd have to change my playstyle a lot to go weaver song grub song and i'd probably also have to get rid of other charms as well like i'd have to probably use shaman stone i'm gonna give it one more good attempt i think today but i'll give myself like a little tiny break right now yes time to give the hands a rest where's teddy body [Music] i'm not using my last charm notch because i don't want to abuse quick slash like i think it's fine but some people take issue with it and i just i don't really care that much either way um if i did use weaver song grub song i'd have to get rid of like mark of pride i guess thanks ruby thanks helen fraxel uh so it would be like weaver song grub song i don't even know it i'd have to get rid of strength which would really suck but it might be worth it i wonder if it's just worth giving it an attempt yo join uh waiver song grub song the only thing is i feel like some bosses would be pretty tricky to abuse the heal build with like especially sly umu like wing winged nosq would be good with this build but um fly like any any boss where you damage tank a lot like mark off i also um some soul soul so what what what is his name soul tyrant uh you can get a lot of heals on soul tyrant but there are some bosses where you can't really heal that much on i think the collector would be okay with the heel build for sure it's just like that this build is a bit less versatile and i feel like a couple of bosses would be really hard with this build but i mean even on markhoth there is that little phase where markov you know uh does the shield spinny thing where you can heal up hmm [Music] and i don't want to rely on spells too much but maybe relying on spells is okay because um i'm gonna have so much soul so it might be all right so if i actually go with this build how do i finish it off spell twister is an option [Laughter] [Music] glowing womb grub song weaver song that's the perfect build that you just then you just dodge the spikes that's it that's the 1000 iq play yeah spell twister is a good option for sure but i know on some fights i'm gonna be focusing on healing like a lot that's the only thing um twister might be the best option though either way slug the only problem with shape of on is that if i use shape of on i'm going to have quick focus as well although maybe i could use shape of honor instead of quick focus but um the shape of unquick focus would be kind of tough because you moved so quickly though i think it would be hard to maneuver into the right positions babies good luck then okay thanks a lot fury really appreciate it hope you have a nice sleep ah yeah tournament kind of convinced me that the hollow knight pvp scene scene i wouldn't really call the scene exactly but it does have a lot of potential for sure like more than i thought oh yeah the weaver links are going to wake enemies up from staggers that's like their main flaw i guess but they're making up for it the waverling scotter yeah infection tag is pretty fun i want to do pantheon 5 with traitors thing but infection is definitely a lot of fun too and we can use skins instead of defenders grass this time so that'll be that'll make people easier to see because i know like whenever whenever there's like a big brawl essentially where there's a lot of players it's like impossible to see who has crest or not nope yeah having a spell build does make bosses like corp a lot easier [Applause] my god [Music] you know i was actually thinking of a way to make like a game type that would like imitate squid game but i don't i don't think it's actually doable i guess you know there's like roblox squid game why isn't there hollow knight squid game you know know what i'm saying but you'd actually you'd need like referees like for each player essentially it would be dumb and you did you need like 30 people in the same voice chat everyone would just be hooting and hollering the whole time oops the show that everyone's talking about yeah [Music] oh ah i miss quick slash i need to be really careful that i have enough soul to heal up after some of these monsters get him weaver links go go oh i was expecting that charge for some reason zero notch quick slash hell yeah that's what of scared i don't know if i'll be able to do it with this build maybe weaver legs jumped up to the ceiling to get soulmaster out of that stagger oops oh double hit got a moment okay it's always nice when uh soulmaster spawns close to the ground like that so you can d dark so okay [Music] i think this fight should actually be easier maybe oh the spikes stop so my weaver links can't farm okay just endlessly darks actually i like this build oh oh the weavers got it got got one of them again they're doing work the weavers only deal like three damage or some i think it might be two damage i think weavers originally did three or four and then they got nerfed by one damage because team cherry's like no this is doing too much damage it's actually insane wait did the spike stop spawning at some point i like was totally zoned out during that entire fight i was totally zoned out did the spikes not spawn again because that happened during false night once i was 100 zoned out i guess that's why the fight was so easy [Applause] oh god holy i'm dumb okay no spikes oh geez it just goes to show like how much speedrunners zone out when they play video games i pay no attention at times like absolutely none alexa vtd6 super chatted two euros they stopped spawning after the second man just died oh okay thanks a lot alexa uh [Music] okay man yeah i mean technically it is i guess hopefully like i'm just hoping it doesn't happen on any of the serious bosses sisters of battle is isn't like i'm not heartbroken over that because i've got a 100 success rate on it barely but technically okay after the second sister was down oh yeah okay that's weird because like the one time it didn't spawn with false night it was just like from the beginning at least dealing with the pancakes is easy i can get soul without actually hitting the boss which is kind of broken still like i think overall this is probably close to the same difficulty as the other charm build but it might be a lot easier or and a half hours in so hopefully we get it this time i think is going to be really tough with this build i didn't have shade cloak oh okay i need the darks for this phase because it's dumb oh oh that face is really dumb you just have to completely cheese it oh oh no problem not even close okay we can we can do this snap that d dark shitload the dark more than ever before i didn't see him start that attack wait doesn't fail champion next oh god i have no soul that was up i realized i needed to de-dark but it was like just a moment too late if i jump de-darked i think it would have worked though no i really needed to be more aggressive with d-dark right there that's definitely doable like markoth is tough you have to play mark off a bit better than that i definitely didn't play mark off that well i i didn't i didn't quite realize that there were three bosses in a row but but even even even then like you still need to play marcoth really well no matter what well i'm gonna i'm gonna showcase some of the uh bosses that i didn't get to just because i i don't know if i'll stream this again i might but just so i can show y'all what they're like no none of them are crazy bad but abs rat is like actually kind of tough with this mod yeah once you once you down field champion once it's fine that's why like if you get to fail champion with seoul it's not that bad because you you can just hit fail champion's shell and then continue to just heal around the spikes but yeah pure vessel surprisingly isn't that bad but it's definitely challenging you have to focus oops i have a video of myself doing actually doing this challenge pretty much but with a mod called short nail it took me a long time it's actually one of the harder challenges i've done oops i'm really this up oh almost dead what was that dash hey void rupee i'm doing pretty well how about yourself okay let's do attempt number two i did one attempt of this before before stream and i did it hitless and then you know of course i get on stream when i play like crap it's all good though but yeah i did i did this uh radiant with a tiny nail that was one of one of the really cool challenges that i've done i was thinking of making like a top 10 fireborn videos thing because i know there's a lot of people that haven't seen like my early videos where i just did like some of the cooler challenges like dark path of pain oh i got down to one hit again dark path of paints really cool one too that was like the time when i was like i need a break for my college classes and then i just spent an entire day doing a dumbass challenge hell yeah helen okay we hope you have a nice oh i hope you have a nice rest thanks a lot for hanging out oh oh yeah i forgot you're supposed to hang on a side always forget but you always punish that attack because you can get so many hits in so it's such a waste not too but yeah oh it's always fun when those spikes overlap oops i i did this radiant recently there's actually a video of it um it was definitely a fun challenge i mean it's just it's a lot like nightmare king grim or nightmare god grim so it's kind of not crazy interesting but it was still pretty fun to do i got it i got it for the first first time in like 25 minutes which i was really proud of and then i realized i had debug mod on i like opened up my mods to show i didn't have debug mod on and it was just like right there i'm like oops don't want people to think i'm cheating but yeah this fight is definitely tough and you can you can also die right here if the boss is like on top of you it's death animation just fills the screen with so exactly lyogee and fraxel so yeah that's a fun boss um i feel like with the nerves of being at the end of pantheon 5 a lot of these bosses are much harder oops oh god i was not expecting it to be there good thing about abstract is it doesn't actually have that much health oh oh and the corpse blocks vision of the spikes well i guess i guess she's not a corpse yet but soon um oh not not soon give me like two more minutes but yeah like the the abstract fight is fun i remember on like initial versions of this mod you just like go up to the second phase and there would be no spikes because they would just keep spawning all the way at the bottom but now it's really cool because you get spikes even in the platform phase and afterward as well of course but like on the older version the spikes would always spawn in front of everything but on this version sometimes the spikes spawn behind things like radiance's body which is unfortunate oh god that followed me so far okay now i'll move over here so i can see the spikes decent strat seems to be just chilling on this platform because i think there's only two spikes spawn locations okay that was an easy platform face oh god oh god oh oh jesus oh no but yeah this is see this this is fun oh this phase uh isn't that bad in theory but see you can still you can still die um the spikes actually reach a bit higher up than you'd think i'm gonna give this another attempt i think i'll get it this time it's not that bad i was just busy talking instead of paying attention oops oh god oh oh yeah i couldn't see the spikes let's keep going i actually want to finish apps right at least i climb faces the climb phase is fun when i got to the climb phase i was like this is cool there's spikes everywhere oops oh god oh i did not mean to shriek okay i kind of want to heal up a little bit if i can yeah the spot is so safe right here famous last words i know once again spikes were hiding behind her oops should have anticipated that oh god jesus the climb faces stuff um i was considering stalwart shell as well but like i think it would be good for some bosses and then once you get to like the double damage bosses you really just wanna play patiently not like this can i get a single heel off oh my god i didn't see it oh i didn't see that one either so so okay there we go god abstract is tougher than i thought i got it really quickly in practice but then on these attempts it was a lot harder giving you any red flashbacks yeah it's honestly and any rat is harder but this is pretty hard to yeah that's true i can avoid the four damage combo for sure all right we finally did it we did pantheon five just ignore the fact that we got teleported back to the hall of gods we finally did a pantheon of hollowness with nightmare spikes let's go yeah i think i think i'll start wrapping up the stream though i'm gonna grab the kitties if they would like to come be right back
