hydration I had many coconuts in my life but first time like very textured outside like this yeah very hairy oh there's a lot of fresh produce we have bananas more coconuts and more coconuts over there seafood we have a cat sweeping under there the vendor was telling us that he helps his kids go through school by him working here right behind me there's another car coming and over there Cardon another car just passed by very narrow but somehow people still can squeeze through it's amazing you know it's kind of funny because the pedestrians walk faster than the cars because the cars have to children in the next bite the chicharrón and brings up crunchiness a bit of a rugged crunchiness and then the sauce and the noodles are very jelly like very soft and man I can't help but keep thinking about the humidity I have sweat dripping down my neck constantly and in my shirt and it's going back I think there's a green onion chopped green onion or chives right yeah you're right yeah there's some green specks in here okay the next bite I'm gonna give you some boiled egg this is not something you want to get on your clothes I would say overall though the chicken neck was more flavorful so most of the market that we saw a wet market there's a lot of produce not like the explosion of street food but when you go to the ends there are some street food options so let's continue to explore more of this area and then circle back so we're a couple blocks down from though main wet market we were led by two kids we're like where's the street food and then the kids just took us here brought us to this area they have something called a challenge area which opens up for lunch breakfast dinner it's so good for the locals very affordable also we were told that at nighttime more street food vendors come out during the day a little bit more quiet on that more fresh produce this area's pinniped wow there's so much to eat it take a buffet we like to be called Express another thing that you recommend you you adobo is one of things I really wanted to try we are gonna get that this right here it looked like pinnacle but this is made of egg you pair this a scrambled egg with opinioni and that contains pork I believe altogether this was 215 PHP we got pork pork pork and pork and then egg and I was also told that you can eat the egg with dried banana what a combo egg and fried banana what should we try first adobo here's a nice piece oh this one we got some fat we got some skin on there it's like juicy wow so much flavor let's pour some sauce on here deep with the sauce on the rice or the rice in the sauce while flavor impact booms the sauce itself is salty but if you add it with the rice it makes a great combo but even more than the sauce this pork is so good because of pork absorb the sauce very savory next up we read the letter up you forgive any a mispronunciation with adobo the porch is chopped into cleaner bits is still three thick but this one is like a whole we tried in terms of the pork bone I really liked the adobo L&S pieces of hair still there let's try the juice sauce of the cheap good unique keaneally run for it run for hmm definitely different experience and let's how they have the peas in there hard to beat that we could express Wow a texture is a little bit more clumpy this kind of like how it looks now you don't get a lot of fat in that
