FIFA 23 How To Fix Controller Not Working/Detected PC

hello guys so in this video I'll be showing you how you can fix your controller issues on FIFA 23 the PC version so normally when you connect your country list for the first time it's not going to show as in the game will not detected and I'll be showing you how you can fix this so you can drop a like to show some support okay so now the first thing I'm going to do is that you go to your documents now your documents you see a folder FIFA 23 you are going to open that then you go to the settings folder then you're going to delete this folder so I've already worked on mine so there's no need to delete mine so you delete the settings folder now the settings folder contains your custom configurations custom a custom B and it's not really going to impact the game okay now the next thing you're going to do is that you're going to you go to task manager and make sure that you close all origin from any origin application that is running you can use the tax manager it locates your origin programs you End Tax make sure you end all origin related tax so any EA app for them if you're using the EA up then for the next thing you're going to do that you download Steam especially for the non-steam users you have to download Steam I think mine is mostly ghettos in Austin because I use origin you have to download Steam so after ending the origin tax you launch Team you run it as an administrator [Music] okay now the next thing you're going to do is that you add a game so you're going to add a non-steam game that's for the origin uses foreign [Music] so if you can't find it you're going to you have to search for it so you browse [Music] and windows should be at the Origin Games and then there you have it FIFA 23 to add selected programs foreign [Music] go to settings then you go to controller then General controller settings then make sure you take the ones that you use okay so mine I don't know it recognizes as Xbox One and a PlayStation 3 controller so I take and it's actually a generic Gamepad so I take generic and Xbox and a PlayStation just to be safe so these are the only things you you go back you can close this now then you go to launch you launch Team in Big Picture Mode [Music] you're almost there then you go to the library then it looks like your FIFA 23 then go to manage shortcut controller options then you're going to untick normally these two will be thick so you untick them then you set a steaming per game to Global setting so for some people it might vary some people in my wake for first off of falls on my mind with global setting so after that then you click ok then then you can then launch your FIFA 23 game and it's what so there you have it it has detected my controller and shown by the E and the X buttons no more the enter key and my controller now works perfectly hope this video helps so if this video helps you you can drop a comment that awake or you can just like And subscribe to my channel thank you very much
