I formally lost a lot of weight like you know what I'm saying so I've been and da for 240 to 250 so I've been staying in that 10 lb radius and I've been straight I can lose 10 lbs easy if I don't eat for 3 4 days I'm going drop six seven pounds so I'm cool I know I know what my metabol metabolism is and I know how to how to carry it how do you feel about some of the new funny people on the
