I had to shut it down about 1:07 in. I never been to Angeles City but I travel to Manila pretty frequently. There's this place in Manila called Mabini Street, it's pretty much the best place to exchange money that I know of. Mabini street is also known for prostitution. Pretty much most the time I change out money there, a group of kids will come by and just beg for money.
It's infuriating that these sex tourists can just nut in a prostitute, spread stds, and just go about their day without considering the ramifications.
I have a co-worker who goes every year to the Philippines for a month at a time. He's not Philippino, doesn't have family in the Philippines, In his late 40's to early 50's not married, no girlfriend..... But I mean I don't have proof proof. Just speculation.
