FALL MORNING ROUTINE: productive!! | how I edit my thumbnails + lattes, zoom classes, exam & more!

[Music] [Applause] ah [Music] hello everybody good morning welcome to or welcome back to my channel it's currently 8 am tuesday morning and i have an exam that i need to take soon so that is why i am on top of it today but i'm going to show you what's on my to-do list this is not just for the morning it's for the whole day but i'm going to show you the whole thing anyways just so you can get a gist of what i'm doing today and yeah also before anyone points it out i am breaking out it is that time of the month and my skin is not very happy now that we're past that let me show you my to-do list okay so this is my tuesday to-do list i already woke up and showered and got ready for the day i still need to make coffee and have breakfast um but i'm gonna do that after i take my exam i'm gonna take my exam in a little while it's open book open notes i'm not worried about it and it's probably gonna take like 30 minutes so i'm just gonna get that done soon and then i have a class zoom class at 10 am i need to do my devotional and bible um i need to finish a video editing a video and then send it in for approval and then i need to do a discussion and then i also need to call and schedule a root canal yay but yeah i think my plan is to take my exam right now while i drink some water this thing i mentioned it in my last vlog but this is a two liter water bottle from amazon i'll have it linked but this is amazing it makes me drink so much water it's just one of those motivational bottles that have like motivational quotes but it really really really helps so i'm gonna try to drink as much water as i can while i'm taking my exam and then hopefully i'll probably be done around nine which means i'll have an hour until my next class and in that hour i'm gonna go make coffee and breakfast and do my devotional and stuff like that so that's the plan i'm gonna take my exam right now but first you guys what candle should i light i've got options i've also got some up there so um i think i'm just feeling this one again this is the sweet cinnamon pumpkin from bath and body works and i love it it's very folly and very yummy so i'm gonna light this and set the tone for the day just kidding i changed my mind i'm gonna light the cedar magnolia one this is from target um this is literally my favorite scent ever from target and yeah so don't know why my candles aren't lighting there we go all right set the mood let's take my exam [Music] we could drive along i'm also just pulling up my ebook for that class because it is open book so i get to use that which is so nearer nice you to feel the dew on your skin that is how it would begin for summer is for falling okay i got like so cold when i was taking that because my door's open but i just finished um i'm pretty sure i got 100 on it there was some essay questions so i still have to wait for those to be graded but i'm pretty sure i got them spot on and i got all the multiple choice correct so yay i mean not surprised because it is open book so if i didn't get 100 i'd kind of be a little concerned for myself okay i'm also just going to go and answer some emails right now for youtube and then i'm gonna go make some coffee so exciting stuff going on here but you can't see so brb okay i just went and answered some emails and now i need to do my devotional and my bible which is my favorite part of my morning if you are not religious or christian um you probably don't know what the heck or why the heck i do it basically it's just time in the morning to spend with god and just dedicate time before my day gets stressful or i don't know and it's just a really good foundation for the rest of the day yeah and i just get to get anything off my chest that i've been worrying about or thinking about or just any concerns that i have i get to talk to him about it before i start my day so that i have a good rest of the day if that makes any sense to you i don't even want to mention them again because i weather for the first time ever but it's not staying like this because it's supposed to get 90 degrees again today but as of right now it's so nice outside so i want to definitely sit outside okay no it's actually very hot but we're still gonna go out here do my bible and sit somewhere comfy my room's actually right here but i'm gonna sit out here and do this and yeah [Music] okay i'm done with exactly how to do the virtual try on it's seriously such an amazing feature that i think every single eyewear company out there should have yeah i'm going to show you how easy it is and how fast and how accurate it actually can be so i have the virtual try on here right on my phone and i'm going to demonstrate exactly how you do it so it's really important that you're in front of clear natural lighting or even a ring light if you have one and it's important to be in front of a clear background such as white or just any solid color with not a lot of distraction it's important to tuck your hair behind your ears and then you basically just follow all the instructions on the screen so here we go face the light source align your face take off your glasses and tuck your hair behind your ears i personally have my contacts in right now so that's why i can see but i'm just going to follow the instructions on the screen and how it says to move my face so right now i'm moving it right and left and then back to the center and then you're gonna take a picture by placing a card on your forehead so that they can figure out the correct sizing so i just had to find one with not a lot of personal information on the back so i can actually show you so you hold your plastic heart against your forehead with one finger like so and you take a picture so i'm going to align my face like this and take the picture and now it's preparing my try on and it actually tells me my face shape so it says my face shape is oval and i have a chin that's slightly narrower than my forehead so all frame shapes and styles should work for me and then you just press go to try on and then you're able to try on a bunch of different glasses so i personally am going to virtually try on the three frames that i'm going to show you in person right now and then show you what they actually look like on to compare that the virtual try-on really is amazing and it's so accurate so this is the first pair that i tried on on my virtual try on and they are very very true to size as to what it shows you on the try on so now i'm going to show you what those actual glasses look like so this is what the glasses look like on compared to what they looked like in the virtual try on and as you can see the sizing is very accurate as to what it shows you on there so that is really cool i think these are so cute they have black lining on top and then they're just gold frames very thin frames and i'm obsessed with them okay next i'm going to show you a different pair that i picked up so here are the next just some eggs with garlic salt and then i made a hot latte today so it's two shots with soy milk and starbucks dairy free um caramel macchiato creamer yum this is ugh this is delicious this is a meal it's 9 38 right now i have 20 minutes until my next and last class of the day it's from 10 to 11 ish i think and it's my early childhood education class so we just talk about schools and lesson planning and stuff like that so i'm gonna eat my breakfast watch a video while i eat my breakfast and then i'm going to go to class but i'll talk to you guys before that okay you guys my dogs are barking i apologize but it's 9 56 so i have four minutes and then i need to head to my class so i'm gonna sit here on my bed by my window just because the fresh air feels really really good right now i'll talk to you guys after class [Music] okay just finished with class okay i just finished are you done biscuit just finished with collab i just finished with class we finished like 10 minutes early so that's good right now i'm going to finish up editing a video that i need to send in that i need to send in for approval so i'm going to do that first before i get anything else done all right guys i just finished editing the video and i'm exporting it from final cut now so i can send it over for approval it's my productive day in my life which you guys love and i love and it's a really really really good video so i'm really excited for you guys to see it but it's 10 57 so my morning's pretty much almost over i'll probably film like until 12 or something just to get some more footage for today because to me 12 is when like the afternoon hits and it's not morning anymore so yeah some other things i definitely need to do today are go to the post office and mail my driver's license renewal application because it expires on friday which is my birthday and i need to get it renewed or else you know i can't drive anywhere with an expired license which would be really bad i actually just found out that they extended all driver's license that expired around this time until december 31st so i don't have to worry about it but i did it anyways so i need to mail that into the dmv to get that fixed and then just do some homework for the rest of the day i think i don't really know exactly what else i have in store for today but definitely just gonna keep it low-key and chill because i am on my period and i just i'm not feeling the best obviously but yeah so i'm gonna wait for this to export and while i do that i'm probably just gonna clean up my room a little bit and um go wash my breakfast dishes and stuff that's about it for now i'll talk to you guys once i do something hi everyone hi i'm famous now there's your debut okay due to popular demand i'm going to show you guys how i edit my thumbnails so basically i just took four screenshots from the video um i airdropped them to my phone put them in a four picture collage hold on my battery's dying of course okay and then the um app that i use for the collage is collageable and then i put it in lightroom which is what i just did right now and i'll put a preset on it the preset i use is bahama blue by marla faye's like faded concepts preset collection i'll export that and then i'll go into facetune and the only thing i use facetune for is whitening my background so i'll go to the retouch whiten and then just whiten all the white that needs to be white in the thumbnail and this is how i make everything so bright and like not yellowy you know [Music] [Applause] i'll also go over like any bluish tones and make them like more gray so that it's not as colorful and then this got on my sleeve so i'm gonna erase that and then i finally found something okay and then after i whiten everything that i want to whiten i export it and then i go into what is this called procreate the photo i'll add a layer i'll go into black and then into script or the brush pen and then i'll just write the text so this is a that's way too big still way too big once i write that i'll select all of it and then move it more into the center and then i'll add a new layer with the same brush i'll go into this color right here and then just write any more text so i'll do one right here and say like college again i'll move that up and adjust it however i need to and then and then and then i'll do another layer with black and then i'll go up here make the brush smaller and just do little text so like work website and starbuck i lost in fantasy football this week to my sister once all the text is done i'll add one more layer drag it underneath all of the text and then i'll go to change it to charcoal and i use 6b compressed i turned that white and this is what i do to put all of the white like crayon effect behind all my text to make it stand out more so i'll just go around all of the letters with this just so you can easily read it and then and yeah that's about it and then lastly i think i'm just going to change the color of the college because it just blends in with this way too much so let's see we can do like a green maybe i kind of like this green so i'm just going to take the color and then drag it to each of the letters to change that see how that looks i like that better definitely with the green i might do a little darker one and then drag that to every other just to add some variation you know and yeah there's my finished thumbnail okay i just sent that video over for approval hopefully soon so i finished that all i need to do today is a discussion i need to also go to the post office i forgot to write that down and then i need to schedule my root canal so yeah time update it's 11 52 which means the morning is basically over which also also means this video is
