foreign [Music] even more industrial than the 20 I guess that's obvious looks like it's going to make a round um briquette this time it's a bit different so I think just on the front we can unpack this now it's got a sealable lid different again okay so this is the first look for me here we are Mana wood so as Ian said at iwm really helpful Ian and Henry um this thing's Plug and Play which is what he said and it is you just get it with a plug on which is quite nice a lot of the stuff arrives you have to put a plug on see which way around it is so what's the difference in here let's have a look so this will be um this just needs to be attached see bolts on there I'm going to put that on in a minute do it while we're outside in the light stop raining for once and then inside something slightly different it's going to kind of this big knife thing um rotary so see what that does I guess that's gonna Aid it to help her I guess that's gonna help the sawdust get to the middle and the hopper looks about the same size I'm crossing my fingers that it fits in my little shed thing that I've made but anyway let's get this on and then we can fire her up okay so it didn't actually fit in the small briquette shed um but we've managed to cut through into the sawdust collection area and we now process the briquettes across the two sheds and they end up being stored in here which is a really good spot for them actually um works well so in the process we also had to extend the pipe and that's turned out really well because there's actually a compression fitting which I didn't know about and that gives the briquettes longer to cool and they're actually forming much larger briquettes now which is really cool so let's have a look look at the difference with the compression fitting it's the same material making much longer briquettes yeah yeah and that's just adding this which I didn't know that the side effect of adding that compression joint um I think that's what it's called uh I'll put a link in the description to iwm and it'll tell you all about it but um this is the size of the briquettes now so much bigger before the joint you saw we're getting more this size so you can see them in here they're just breaking as they come around this Bend other than that look at this this is one look this Bend is breaking them basically look there's a solid but all the way back to where I kind of need well that's solid basically and what I was told is that whilst the compression joint is giving a little bit of pressure you can see with those Springs the blocks are cooling uh the briquettes are cooling and they're staying more solid so much better way to store them and move and that bag's pretty full and in terms of capacity so this I don't know if any of you guys have got these this is a pain emptying these These are really big uh doing that on your own is quite difficult this is just the sanding planer this um this setup here with these huge pipes um show you some super fines which I've got to put in the machine this machine will eat them no problem um but in terms of capacity so with this uh RL Felder RL 200 this side will always fill first and I just emptied it it was about there so I'm not quite full it's much neater if you empty this before it's full now this is the second side and what I'll be able to do I'll be able to get all of that and that in this machine I'll show you how much you get okay so the contents of the RL 200 a little bit of a push down so you can get an idea will fit basically in this Hopper so the whole thing will go in one go so during the day depending what I'm doing if I'm doing tables there really isn't a lot of waste but if I'm planing stuff down for legs or any sort of joinery stuff then that's when the waste starts to come especially when you're doing the hot tubs so the super fines I said coming from the sand machine I put a mask on for this because these are really really fine uh what I tend to do is just mix them up with some of the planings so that way you get in like a really good brick hair it's not all solid um but it will handle it if you just want to put super fine food now the next thing to look at on this machine I showed you earlier it has a big wheel inside which is turning and moving the material so now there's I'm not quite sure on the settings I was told um for the super fines you can put it on one or on one or two um so I'm going to be playing around with that at the moment I've found one to be a really good setting and then the stroke the cycle stroke there's not a massive difference kind of in the middle or towards the full and it does a longer stroke which as far as I understand is giving it more pressure which is how we're creating these really long I mean that's like one solid briquette which is amazing um so I'm going to fire it up it is quite noisy as you see I'm just going to put some super fines in from the sander and I'll fire it up and I'll give you guys an idea of how long it takes to empty that bin into one of those bags okay so that's it with all the fines in you can see it's not completely full you get quite a lot in the top then if you push it down but it will mix it up for itself so we get this shutdown quite nice having the lid fire it up and I'll time how long it takes to fill the bag foreign to be honest there's too much in there that's going to be very difficult to lift but if you were going to try and sell it or move it around it's really really heavy but I'm using these at home and in the workshop so I kind of fill the bag to about there you should really have about 20 kilos in a bag but like cement um I actually reuse the bags I haven't bought a single bag since I bought the first lot uh with the Falco 20 and I was told that I need to seal the top so I started sealing them and then it's hard to reuse you can still reuse it but you have to cut the top um I was told to seal it because it goes mushy now I haven't had a and with it being in a damp Barn so I've stopped sealing them that means I can just reuse the bags over and over which is really good um now next week I'm gonna do a little story this bag here next week I'm gonna do a little story on waste because there's been a few comments about uh generally waste and because we're talking about a briquette press I thought it was a good time to do a little video on that as well just to put in perspective this bag here is five tables of resin so deal with that as well this is what's left after one bag which is a bit heavy so we've probably got I don't know let's run it and see how much is left anyway so that's it that lot which would just fit in a bag but it'd be very heavy to lift so that's pretty much it I think it run for just under an hour and it wasn't quite full so around about one hour we'll empty this machine which is pretty impressive okay that's it for this one I hope you found that useful please like And subscribe if you did thanks so much as always to my patrons thanks for everyone for watching I'll see you on the next one stay safe bye
