extreme room transformation and room tour | kaws decor + amazon finds *all black aesthetic*

i'm gonna show you guys some of the stuff that i have been purchasing i haven't bought everything that i need yet so we need to get some pillows and prints for my wall most of my items are here they have been sitting here i have these package sitting here for like a week now but i've just been waiting for the right time to film the first thing that i have is this comforter set i just bought this from burlington two days ago i have two different comforters i just don't know which one i'm gonna keep this one was fifty dollars i think i might keep this one because the one that i got from amazon it doesn't look like it's very good quality this next item y'all in love with it i think it's gonna be my favorite piece in my room but i got a cause rug i got this off of a depop seller i'll leave their at on the screen this is what it looks like i think i'm gonna put this in front of my mirror oh yeah it's so pretty and it's super soft i got a couple more cause pieces my room is not cause themed i just thought it looked good with my type of style i got this little cos figurine it's so cute but it's so tiny i thought it was gonna be a little bit bigger but i don't be reading like the fine print which is why i always end up getting stuff that i don't mean to get also from amazon i got a coz book i like this book so much and it's pink i thought the pink would add a little pop of color to my room i always wanted like a little vanities so i had the brilliant idea to just get those like circular circular if i could talk that would actually be nice again i didn't read the fine print and they sent me these tiny light bulbs like i wanted the big one i'm gonna still try these out and see what it looks like but i really wanted really big bulbs i'm gonna start moving faster because i actually have a lot of stuff contact paper i'm gonna fight the construction worker i have this black one and then i have this kind of like wooded gray one i'm not gonna open these boxes but these are candles next box this is from the thrift store they're just like mirror panels and it comes with like six of them damn these are heavy as hell but i just peeped one of them cracked i don't even know where i want to put these but if i do use these i have to get these professionally installed because i don't want them dropping like these are really heavy mirrors oh god okay oh my eyes are short okay this box i haven't opened it i actually don't know what's in here okay i couldn't find any scissors but i just got something sharp oh i know what this is i don't know if you guys saw but i have a stool so i got a black stool cover but this looks like it might be too small but we'll test it out i think this is the comforter set that i ordered yeah it is i don't think i'm gonna keep this so i'm just gonna keep it boxed up i'm probably gonna return it it's just a plain black comforter set i ordered a rug off of amazon like a big black furry rug and why did it come like this like it's like vacuum sealed and i feel like it's not gonna look like the picture so i'm scared i need to get scissors to open it up and see what it really looks like i hope it's nice but if not it's getting returned also have led light other knickknacks but i'll show you guys those as we're decorating because i just want to get started so let's get it i look you want some help like i'm like should i tell my cousin to come help me you think she will help me i feel like she won't okay so this is my room we open the door you see my bed i have a nightstand and then i live on the top floor so it's an attic space so the wall is kind of slanted this is just like an overview yes it's a mess but that's why we are doing this video because we're going to transform it together i have a door right here this is my closet it's probably a mess in here too yeah that's my closet then we come over here we have another door this is the washer and dryer then we have a nightstand my mirror [Music] then we have my bathroom it's only a half bathroom and that's my wig i'm about to put on this is the other side of the room we have some of my clothes my dresser and then there's also some space over here i have a little stand thingy and then all of these are storage and then there's also mirrors on them i want to paint these either black or gray but we'll figure that out okay so i think the first thing i want to do is change my bed sheets just because when you spread your bed it just makes a huge difference so we're gonna do that first [Music] all right so i'm starting to spread the bed but i'm realizing that this is not really black i just looked on the packaging and it says it's called pebble color looks like dirt but i still kind of like it i don't know i'm asking my sister what she thinks okay the bed looks like pretty much black on camera but i promise you guys it's like dark brown i don't know i kind of don't mind but we'll see because i do have another comforter i can switch it to right now i'm about to get started on the contact paper i'm really excited to show you guys what i'm gonna do with that i think we're gonna do the hardest part first or should i do the easy part first i might need some help but basically so basically you guys see this little small wall right here i want to use the gray contact paper and just put it all around this wall i moved my dresser from the wall i want to put the contact paper the gray brick wall i think it would be cool to add like a little accent wall to my room i'm kind of scared to do this part not gonna lie i might need some help but i'm really excited to see what it's gonna look like and actually rip the paper balls while i was trying to open it so yeah i'm gonna have to measure and cut and make it as even as possible so i'm gonna do it up and down like do yeah i'm gonna need help i'm asking my sister to help me feels good this makes my skin look like not awful oh i lied [Music] um the theme is black and white very predictable [Music] yeah wow the lighting was actually horrible yeah [Music] yo this part is so difficult we've been doing it for probably like 40 minutes right now and it looks trash like thank god i'm gonna have like a piece of furniture to cover it but like it's so uneven like we're missing part of this it's been difficult but we're gonna get it done i just have this little section to do my dresser piece will just hide all the imperfections but i'm really liking it so far my little accent wall it's gonna be real cute y'all i'm tired but it's been about an hour we finally finished the wall finally finished the wall but unfortunately i'm not done using the contact paper so this is what the wall looks like as you guys can see all of my furniture has like this detailing which is really pretty but it doesn't go with the theme my room i need to wipe down all my furniture because they are dirty because i've had them for a couple years now i'm going to be taking this wood contact paper and i'm going to basically just cut a strip and put it on top here i already did this one i really like the way that it looks yeah i'm just going to cut a long strip and cover this and then my other dresser over there i'm going to take a little food intermission because i'm hungry i'm supposed to go to the store today but it's getting late i don't know if i'm still going to make it to the store later i think my camera almost fell to its death so it's been some time i put the contact paper on all my dressers i'll show you guys that later but yeah i wanted to finally open up this rug and see what it's giving because i'm terrified and then after i open up this rug i'm gonna try to go to five below before it closes i think it closes at nine and it's about to be like six o'clock now i just want to see what they have at five below i'm really going for like decorated pillows but if they have other stuff [Applause] maybe it doesn't look bad we have to fluff it out it smells like glue smell it right i think it's supposed to be really big yeah help dang this is huge wow it might actually not be bad we just fluffed it out it's really thin though it's getting bath mat i'm gonna put it in that area maybe i should have got a gray bug can you help me i actually wasn't expecting it to be that big that's what she said yeah i don't like the rub over here it's just too big for this area i think if we put it long ways this way new location unlocked we just got to buy below i came here to get my pillows and also some candy i'm gonna see what else they have but those are the main reasons that i'm here let's see what we can find it's really bright in here for the summer they do have a lot of decor pieces um this might go with my bag they have a lot of fake plants i definitely want some more greenery in my room so i'm gonna see if i find any that i like [Music] so yeah i am gonna have a candy jar in my room um i found this really cute jar at burlington the other day i'm gonna show you guys when i get home i'm gonna put like rainbow candy in it just so that we can have like a pop of color in my room i think i'm gonna do like those little mini air heads those sour airhead thingies i'm gonna try to find them and show you guys so i'm looking for these but just like the cut up one jackpot [Music] [Applause] [Music] okay guys so i'm back from the store i'm literally exhausted i'm gonna just show you guys everything that i got and then i think i'm gonna take a little intermission for today because i need a nap i went to five below and then dollar tree so from dollar tree i just got some hangers i wanted white hangers so i just got two packs they come with six so that's gonna be perfect for my little clothing rack that you guys see and right here i have this little shelving unit so i wanted to get little bins to put inside of it so i got these gray bins i got three of them i have no idea how i'm gonna be storing my makeup yet so i just got these two makeup pouches just to put my makeup in for now until i figure out how i wanna organize that then i got some batteries and a pink little lighter so i can light my candles now from far below i could not find any cute decor pillows but i did find these furry pillowcases so i got two of them they're white i thought it would add a little contrast to my bed i remember earlier i was showing you guys those lights i got from my mirror and i ended up finding better ones at five below so i just picked up two of them i think these would look so much better on my mirror so i'm just gonna return the ones that i got from amazon and i'm pretty sure these use batteries so that's why i got the batteries you know thinking ahead so so they have these inflatable chairs they had a black one i thought it was cute i don't really know where i would put this but it was only five dollars so we're gonna see what it looks like once i blow it up last time i got one of these i had to blow it up with my mouth and it's looking like that's gonna be the same thing that's happening then i also got this thingy where my my camera is currently on because i always edit on my bed you know when your laptop just be overheating it'd be burning my thigh so i got you know little stand so that i can edit on my bed or if i need a table or something i thought that was cute and then i got the big pack of air heads and i'm gonna put in this jar i got this jar from burlington it was 3.99 and i thought this would be so cute as a little snack jar maybe i should have got trollies i love sour candies but i wanted a sour candy that would look cute the loki trolleys would have been fired to put in this jar but it's okay we can always switch it out next time you know what else i have to do today i should put up my led lights at least sometimes i don't like sleeping in complete darkness so having my led lights on i was expecting to have like extra so that i could like refill it this thing is done yeah it's not as cute as i thought it would look but it's okay i'll see you guys when i decide to do something else if i take like an hour to rest i probably can like get back jump in and ready to move yeah the room wants to match right now but this is where we decided to put the rug it looks really nice right here it's like directly in the middle of the room this is the progress that we have made so far i know it doesn't look like much but it's because we did all the small details like the wall you know the dressers stuff like that so yeah [Music] [Music] all right guys so i went to the store and i got some paint to paint the wooded areas i'm about to paint these with the black paint got my plastic wrap i don't have gloves so hopefully it doesn't stain my hands but yeah i'm about to paint this i only have two of these wooden walls dang this hurt my knees jeez bro when i was posing at the photo shoot the way my knees was hurting the whole time i got bad knees at this age [Music] so i'm at home depot because i was trying to find plants i was actually struggling to find plants this whole time but i finally found one that i want she's so pretty oh i got dirt all over me yeah it's such a nice day i actually love being outside in home depot it's so nice it's such a vibe for rail it's really sunny today but yeah that plant was only like ten dollars so i'm about to get like a cute little pot for it and then i'm out right now i'm trying to find a pot but i want something cute and these are not really like this pretty basic i might hold on to that just in case i don't find anything else oh it's wet all right guys ignore the trash bag in the back we clean it up it's been about a week since i last spoke to you guys i did a lot of stuff to my room that i'm gonna show you guys and i also bought some more stuff yeah a lot of times i would just like get up randomly and just like start decorating my room so that's why i didn't film every single thing that i did but i will show you guys anything that i did off camera we're just going to do like the little final touches today and then i should pretty much be done for the most part i got a couple of items a few days ago so i'm going to show you guys we could do a little haul so yeah i got impatient and i opened this package already but i showed you guys earlier in the video that i got a rug off of a depop seller called revenge rugs and i ended up going back on their little depop shop and i found another rug that i wanted so i bought it and it's so cute i decided that i wanted my theme to be like black white gray and pink so you're gonna see a lot of pink detailing that i added off camera i wanted to get another rug as you can see over here like it's just an empty space i wanted to like put another rug there so i got this melody rug from hello kitty and i love it so much i'm super excited i'm super excited for i feel like it goes with a lot of the detailing that i have in my room then i went to bath and body works and i got my favorite candles in the entire world which are the lavender vanilla candles anytime like my birthday or like christmas comes up and someone asks what to get me i always tell them this candle because i love it i definitely recommend it it's such a calming scent and i'm definitely gonna light it today i'm super excited i got two of them because they were on sale i didn't even know they were having a sale and then i went to the candles and i saw they had them on sale and i was like it's just meant to be i feel like i should have got more because like they were really inexpensive and these are usually like 15 each okay here's what my bed is looking like i went to target and i ended up getting some pink decor so i got these two pink pillows and then i ended up getting this little pink throw blanket eventually i'm gonna need to get the wood polisher to polish like all the wood on the floors because they look a little dusty and i'm not liking it um another thing i did off camera i put up my led lights and i was low-key thinking about where it's hurting them i'm just because whenever i have my led lights on i always keep them on this like one purple color like it's like a purplish pink color and my remote does not have that color so like it makes me sad because the only reason that's like literally the only color that my led lights are ever on i feel like it's pointless for me to have led lights if i can't even use the color that i want the led lights that i um bought it has like a mobile app and like you can create your own colors but even when i create the colors i want it still is not giving what i want it to get so i was like i might return it and buy like another set of led lights that have the color that i like but for now they're on my wall putting up the led lights was already a struggle like it took me a minute but we'll see right now i want to clean my mirrors because they're all kind of dirty like this mirror you can see some smudges on it and then also my mirror over there right now i'm about to take the mirror cleaner and just clean both of my mirrors um i also opened up the five below lights and i put my batteries in them they're actually really bright like these are pretty bright lights are having a little trouble with the suction because you're supposed to suction them that word is funny you're supposed to suction the lights onto your mirror one of them keeps falling off and it's making me mad i'm hoping once i clean the mirror it will finally stick on properly so let's go ahead and try to get that done trying to stick them on again if it doesn't work i'm gonna probably use velcro command strips and just stick it to my mirror because i really want to have these lights on there so okay so it's on securely now but i didn't even check to see if it was like centered so it looks stupid but i'ma fix it later i'm just glad that it's actually sticking right now because before it was just falling off so i guess i just needed to clean it because it was like greasy and stuff so she's cute let me turn it on so you guys can see oh no i put the switch so yeah now when i do my makeup i got myself some lighting yeah i love it super cute i just a little desk mirror now i'd be stealing my sisters all the time because i don't have my own okay you guys saw when i um set up this little three-tier cart i got this off of target it was actually on sale when i bought it so i don't know a lot of stuff was on sale when i was shopping for stuff target was like a lot of sales for like their room stuff so god was really looking out for me decorating your room could be super expensive but yeah i'm going to use this card to organize my makeup and other items that i don't really have a place for so i want to go ahead and organize it because it looks crazy right now like my makeup is just scattered everywhere and [Music] [Music] oh [Music] okay so i finished organizing my cart i just put like makeup i have lashes and some other stuff in there and then i have some hair stuff in that back so yeah i just put in this little corner of my room i think it's perfect over here and then i could just roll it whenever i need to use it yeah i definitely recommend a rolling cart if you're someone like me when you get ready you leave all your stuff on your dresser because then you can just keep everything on the cart and it won't leave a mess so yeah i've really been liking that and like i said i got it on sale from target so you can check out target and see if they have it guys remember these mirror panels that i was talking about i decided i know where i want to put them i want to put the mirrors above my bed i obviously won't be able to do that myself so i'm going to have to wait to get professionally installed so that would be later on because i just want to get this video up guys won't see the mirror panels for a minute and yeah this little slanted wall like it's so empty i decided i wanted to make it a polaroid wall i don't have a polaroid camera yet i do plan on buying one very soon i do have some polaroids that my sister has taken on me so i'm just gonna stick them on this gradually over time you know once i get my own polaroid i'll just start taking pictures and filling up this whole entire wall i think it'll be really cute my room still feels kind of plain so i want to do that i feel like i have more polaroid somewhere but these are the only ones i could find [Music] [Music] so i'm finally gonna give you guys my room tour i feel like my room is missing more stuff i'm gonna add more stuff over time base of my room is done so we're finally gonna go through it i'm super excited okay so right this is my front door and then this is the closet the closet has not changed i ended up putting up my posters and these are what i chose to print out i chose the little cause painting since i do have a lot of cause decor in my room and then for the other frame i chose to put brent's new album it's not even out yet but the color scheme just went perfectly with my room and obviously it's brent so i know i'm gonna love his album regardless yeah and then for my third poster party next door is definitely my second favorite artist so i had to put him on my wall as well this is one of my favorite albums from him so and then right here i have my keys so right here is my little nightstand and then i have my trash can so yeah that's my little nightstand this has like my everyday necessities so yeah i just have my planner and then underneath my planner is my journal then i also have my glasses because versa is blind then i just got this candle i mainly got this candle for like the aesthetics but it smells really good the soft citrus sage and then i have this body candle which i got off of amazon i have another one somewhere in my room i'll link everything down below guys i promise and then i have this really cute decorative plant just for some greenery in my room before we get to my bed i just placed the melody rug here it's super cute and super soft i feel like it just fits this face perfectly next we have my bed i need to get a bed skirt because i don't like how you can see the box spring but for now this is what my bed looks like the comforter from burlington like i showed you guys before we have the fur pillows from five below and then i added the pink decor pillows as well this little stand is from five below i just have my led light remote on it i'm gonna show you guys the led lights on if i can turn it on my led lights i actually kind of like this color that it's on it's like pink color so yeah my led lights go from this all the way over here i have more strips so like i could actually cover my whole room i kind of like it just having it on half of the wall that corner is well enough but i have my laptop on here and then here is my pink blanket these blanket that i got from target like it was actually like super inexpensive and it's super soft over here is another little nightstand i love this nightstand i just put my dollar tree bands in here and they just have a bunch of stuff i think my glasses are in here yeah i have a bunch of sunglasses so i needed to find somewhere to store them and then in here i just have like electronic stuff i literally have my 3ds in here i was literally playing it the other day i'm gonna buy some games for it because i don't have any under here is all my nail stuff here's where i decided to put the little cause figurine it's so cute and then i just have my speaker and then the cause book i think i'm gonna open it up to show you guys this is my first time opening it so you look through it together yeah it's just like an art book so these shoes are fired yeah it just has a bunch of cause art and obviously the pink just goes with all my pink decor i have my little storage area i forgot to clean the mirrors so they're dirty but you i painted these all black bro this part was so hard the paint job is actually horrible but we're not going to look too deep into that it took me forever to paint these and then over here we have my three tier back then one of my favorite parts of my room is my little clothing rack funny story about this clothing rack my mom actually found it on the side of the street and she just took it home so yeah someone was throwing it out and someone was throwing it out and we kind of just took it i have a very extensive bag collection like i didn't even realize until recently that i have like so many fire bags um and this is not even most of them but these are just some of my favorite bags that i wear and i just have them hanging up i have a couple of jackets that i like to wear as well and then some more bags over here some more storage going on we have the brick wall i actually added this little neon light i have two of these one that's a blue light which is this is the blue light one and then i have a yellow light one but the yellow light one is currently not with me right now but when i get the yellow light i'm gonna switch it because i don't want this to be blue in this corner i just keep my tripods like all my youtube stuff like tripods i have my lights just stuff that i don't really want to be out here's the little vanity area the light is crooked but not too much on that right now like i said i'll fix that later um these little fake plants i got them from home depot they were on sale and then i have another one of the little body candles but this one isn't white they don't have a scent to them i'm not to light them i just kind of want them from decor and then i have a bunch of these like mini gray bins that i got from target and they just have random stuff in it honestly so i'm trying not to show the outside area because i don't have curtains but i did end up spray painting my heater's black suggested by my cousin she told me that i should paint them black and i trusted her vision and i'm so glad that i did it but let me tell y'all spray paint at your own wrist because when i tell you i almost died trying to spray paint these the fumes was crazy they did not leave my room until like two hours later i could not breathe i was watering like i almost died i have another little fake plant that i got from home depot that i just put on the heater here's one of the bath and bodywork candles um i did the inflatable chair um i ended up blowing it up with my mouth i put one of the pink pillows that i have on my bed on the chair i wish i had a smaller pillow but it works then we have the cause rug super cute and the college rug is right in front of my full-length mirror and then i have another plant that i got from home depot this one is real i wasn't sure where to put it but i actually think it looks pretty good in this area so i'm gonna keep it and here is my last nightstand y'all do not come for my fish the tank is dirty right now i'm gonna clean it this is another live plant this is my bamboo stick i really like the base that i got for it she's a new addition to my family we'll introduce her another time and then here is the little candy jar that you guys want to pull up it is
