EXTREME Diet Coke and Mentos EXPERIMENTS!

today we are here for a girl versus boy challenge not boy versus girl no it's a boy versus girl challenge for coke and mentos experiment 3 - give me your mentos is much better I can already tell it's gonna be a fun challenge I have to make my mentos fly really high or is it the coke that needs to fly really hot I don't know I have to be Preston in order to do that I need a power tool I'm not normally allowed to use the power tools I normally let the boys handle that but today I am a strong independent woman let me grab the salt where do I cut this PVC pipe for those of you who don't know I am 5 - hey the whole purpose of this is to make the Mentos shoot really high up in there and I have to know how short to cut it do I make it short so it's like a pistol from fortnight or do I make it long so it's like a whatever other kind of gun there is guys I don't know let's get the cutting curve I have decided that I'm gonna start by making this PVC pipe my height because I've been told I'm fun sized and who wouldn't want this challenge to be fun [Music] right about there you know we're all about exact measurements here oh man this is hard labour ladies and gentlemen it has been brought to my attention that a myth is a handle I don't often use saws guys uh don't make fun of me at all but uh this might make things easier for me don't tell Preston oh my gosh this is so much easier like I should insert a Mario noise whoever possessing this video so iong is hard work it's time for the first challenge this is the height challenge with the Mentos and the coke my method is going to be using string and a needle and what we're gonna be doing is we're gonna see if we can drop more than 2 min toast at a time as you guys saw the beginning of the video that was only two Mentos in a diet coke bottle I think we can do way more and get way more heights we just need to get the string and get the thread okay so what we've done we've got knots at the end of the string and then we've got Mentos on this rope we've got a needle and it's very very tiny if you're trying to do this at home be careful better yet just don't do it coke and mentos get everywhere mom and dad be very upset big no-no but we are going to be Breanna the first method is of course our stringing method here I'm gonna try four or five Mentos and then if we still get the height that we're looking for we're going to add this bad boy it's kind of cheating but just don't just don't tell Briana I'm just gonna put that in my pocket save for later so the Mentos are they're tough okay they don't like to be poked I broke the needle I don't even know that was possible what the heck man I'm not letting Bree beat me broken needle or not give me another needle there's more power drills to use I don't often use drills so uh you might want to back up for this one no next we have to drill a hole into this thingy I'm all about correct words and you know this is a thingy and this apparently is a power tool I was gonna start drilling now but apparently you have to put a drill bit on to the end of this and this wouldn't do anything the way it is now so I now have a hole for pressure hi-yah and I have a secret one because you have to have a hole here so I can have a stopper because what I'm about to do is load this PVC pipe with tons of Mentos how do I do this you know what after we load it up with one hole Mentos I think I should do it for a test run just to make sure that it's doing good enough that I think I can be Preston and then I'll load it up to do a full way so I now have a stopper in the bottom here all the Mentos are loaded in this PVC pipe I have it taped onto the coke bottle and I think it's time for the test run we have to beat the boys let's go we've got our string prepared with the Mentos my boy t-dog upstairs I think he's a little thirsty yeah I'm coming babes okay give me a second I know you've been building Legos treads I just hope this works okay alright okay here goes nothing that's it that was like two feet that was so lame I got another plan we're gonna need way more Mentos okay so we prepared another string with Mentos this time we've got the nozzle we're going to see if we can tape the nozzle onto the Diet Coke so we can give our boys something to drink I mean look at him he's dying over there we're gonna help this man's see you guys when I let go of this pipe it falls so I might have to cut this shorter but let's see what happens for this first test run well let's cut it shorter we got this that's why we have test runs no sweat off my back come on it's a lot shorter now it doesn't look as fun but uh I need it to happen now it's tape time let's see if it'll stay this is our second attempt to water my man's Trent we've got I'm gonna drop the Lego on my head that is dangerous I'm trying to feed you okay that's going to be very meticulous we have to unscrew the diet coke then we have to sum out all this gummy okay I can do this we're going to run the thread and needle through the nozzle let the experiment commence truth get ready [Music] [Applause] that worked perfect I only poked my finger two times and there's only a little bit of blood coming out but that was beautiful clean this up Joe I got to go on to my next experiment okay we're testing it in my first one was better than not okay you guys I am going to try to win this high test and beat the boys all better comment down below that girls won because with item okay ready for this three Oh three two I think it was ready my first time was better y'all better take my first time into account now better say gross one I did this way better is impressive he probably did not even go to any level of effort like I said next challenge so you guys we're on to experiment number two it involves skateboards I am NOT the best skateboarder so luckily coke and mentos is gonna help me go further on a skateboard today but a little birdie might have told me that earlier the boys might have had an item that might help me with my experiment I'm just gonna sneak back there enough take it really fast but you have to be really quiet see exactly what I need I'll be on my way so for challenge number two like I said pink board a Lego because who doesn't love Legos and Diet Coke we are going to get our trusty duct tape and then I'm working on stringing some Mentos together because apparently if you string Mentos just add the magic and [Music] it's going to make it across the road I don't even have to do anything which is good because I don't really know how to skateboard very well you want me to show you how far I think you're gonna go I have this to mark and show you from [Music] but see if Preston can beat me plus have a secret weapon I'll show you so we're here about to have our skateboard Mintos challenge it's kind of like Christmas card your Mentos are weak I have three weak Mentos he's being a bully look at them they're just weak no look trying to cheat I like them which means I licked off their nucleus membranes sugar to college anyways girls go first is that why my Mentos and Coke would I are in the first challenge he didn't watch mine so we are going to go we are going to go first girls are gonna go first and I'm gonna drop this string of mid toes into the coke bottle these are a syncope I'm gonna drop this string in to the coke bottle and see how far I go and then I'm gonna mark it with some tape he's not gonna beat me also apparently this is supposed to help somehow so I stole it from Preston earlier I don't know how to use it though I figured it out you do this do-do-do-do-do-do Beauty don't watch me so closely you're making me nervous sorry I mean you went to college so I figured you could string this I'm offended okay so you have to angle the called Preston's going to the rap scene to fall into early and let the magic be Bruins don't ruin my magic oh yes grow it on okay so I have it duct-taped and I have the string and I just have to set it down it looks a little bit like a rocket if I do say so myself I'm really girls win I have an announcement I didn't make one of these in school looks like she got a whole two feet I'm gonna stand right here because I don't think they can go farther than me he's cheating I don't think I don't think I started that so close yeah you did look no no I started way back there I don't think the problem is where you started that thing you just everything about the education you know like guys Brees got a big college degree so I do I do yeah well I got a degree in being awesome slowly releasing this is the strategy that you want to do if you're gonna all go out man you're not gonna get any co2 builds up on the inside still releasing the world's longest bar stop farting it alright we're good slow steady are you intimidated this is how far you have to come don't laugh this is serious all right get ready here's the trick I've gotta somehow back up I gotta put it down and skateboard looks like it came a hair better than yours actually he can't deal with loss Breanna's outside right now doing the outro for the video but look at how many mentos I strained I don't want to tell you how long this took but a took about an hour it doesn't look hard but mentos are like rock solid think obsidian from minecraft it's pretty much that and it's wild Green is doing your outro I'm
